The space
We have recently completed this garage conversion renovation with parking space on driveway. Immaculate inside, comfortable for a couple get away with enough space for a baby cot if required. The conversion is a double bedroom on entrance, with drawers, cloth rail, double bed, under-counter fridge/freezer, all cutlery available, ironing board and iron, Smart TV (Netflix logged in, plus all other tv apps, Freeview with approx 150 channels. Internet connection provided for your phone or devices. Bathroom has a waterfall shower and handheld washer, toilet, heating via electric oil heater that heats up really well.

At the rear of the room is a door that is locked from your side. Where you have access our house, family kitchen and garden where you are welcome to use. We have plenty of BBQSs in the summer and guests are welcome to join us in the sun, or chill out in the garden with plenty of garden furniture. This is a shared space with our family and two children. There is a second door behind your door to ensure privacy for our guests and our family.

Guest access
Own front door into property for easy access the bedroom. Parking space on our drive we can fit 3 cars no need to park on the street. Ideal for anyone with mobility issues no far walking required. Please note there is 1 small step to get into the front door. Approx 5 inches high, no grab rail.

Other things to note
Strictly for singles/couples (Can include baby/toddler as space for travel cot). Any bookings found to be having more guests than accepted will be cancelled and the trip ended immediately. No parties. We must respect our neighbours.

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city.

The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket.
A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately.
We also have a travel cot for babies.
The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

The space
Compact and modern, the cottage has everything you need for a safe and comfy stay in Altrincham.

Although suitable for 2 adults and two little kids, we think the Little House is a bit too little for 4 full sized bodies, so please keep that in mind when booking.

One thing you won't need is a car, we can easily walk into town and the station, supermarket, cinema, parks, bars and restaurants are on our doorstep.
Safe kerbside parking is available for £1.50 per day.
Your hosts are available any time you need us, but happy to leave you to enjoy the space in peace if you prefer.

Guest access
The cottage is at the bottom of our garden, and access is via the garden gate rather than the house so you can come and go as you please. We hope you'll also enjoy sharing the outside space in good weather.

Other things to note
We share our home with a lively dog. You'll need to make sure the garden gate is locked when you come and go:)

Our home is on a residential cul de sac. Parking is restricted but we provide visitor permits at a daily rate of £1.50.

La Petite Maison offers guests a peaceful yet stylish place to stay. With all of its own amenities it is both comfortable and practical. It also boasts its own garden space. A superb location with the nearest tram being a short walk (12 minutes) away providing links into Manchester city centre and Manchester Airport.
It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed to allow the number of guests to increase to four.

The space
This gorgeous guesthouse is situated towards the back end of the garden of the main family home. It has a wonderful private back garden of it's own with outside seating area so that guests can enjoy their own space.

The main room is a large open plan living space including a lounge area, dining area, dedicated work space and fully eqipped kitchen including hobs, oven and refrigerator. The lounge area has a large TV with freeview. The sofa turns into a comfortable double bed to accomodate any extra guests. At the back is a bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe (with space for garments to be stored/hung). There is a bathroom with a stand alone shower.

We reside at the main property and can be on hand for any questions you may have, but you are free to come and go as you please :)

Guest access
Access to the guesthouse is via a side passage to the right of the house through a secure gate. There is a short walk through the family garden to La Petite Maison. The guest house has a lock-box system for an easy self check-in for the guests.

Unique barn conversion with private off road parking in Sale, Greater Manchester. Open-plan with a mezzanine bedroom reached by a spiral staircase, the property is detached and set in a private mature garden.

Close to all the amenities of Sale town centre and excellent links to Manchester, Altrincham and a short taxi from Manchester Airport; our place is ideal for short stays whether visiting for leisure or business.

Please note the bedroom is height restricted.

The space
Please note the Barn may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The bedroom is reached by a narrow steep spiral staircase and the bedroom itself is height restricted and care is required to avoid bumping heads on the ceiling.

Guest access
Our guests have full access to the property. The Barn is set in the grounds of one of the oldest houses in Sale (an old farmhouse which pre-dates development of the suburb itself). Whilst staying with us you have full access to private, unoverlooked mature garden, but please be aware that the main house owners have a small, friendly, dog that also shares this space.
