This Detached former workshop has been converted to what is now a stylish detached studio apartment located in the grounds of our grade II listed building, 2 Walnut Tree Cottage.

The Studio consists of a spacious room with kitchen and shower room, Ideally suited for couples or business trips. Easy access to Manchester / Macclesfield via Adlington and Poynton railway stations.

Located in a semi rural location, within two miles of Poynton town centre which benefits from numerous amenities.

BOHOTEL is located on Chestergate just a few doors up from the Picturedrome food hall and all the independent cafes, bars and shops that are opening up around town.

The space
Room Two has a king sized bed by Feather and Black.
We've kept all the original wooden flooring, which has been lovingly sanded back, stained a deep black and varnished. The room is mostly painted in Farrow and Ball's 'Salmon' with two distressed feature walls.
There's a shower, wc and sink in the small ensuite.
You'll find an in- room kettle and tea tray, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo and body wash for you to use.

You have the room to yourselves of course and access to the restaurant on the ground floor.

Dye House at Doe Meadow is located in Langley, a peaceful village at the foot of Macclesfield Forest. The property offers the opportunity to explore the local area with its cosy pubs, stunning walks and outdoor activities.

This contemporary and distinctive accommodation is an open-plan design over two levels. Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and a traditional log burner, the property is suitable for short breaks or rentals for up to one month.

Other things to note
Please be aware that the cottage does not currently have central heating. There is a very effective multifuel burner, 2 wall heaters (mains powered) and a plug in free standing heater. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom as well as a heated towel rail. The hot water is instant.
