We arrived after 9pm with no one from the establishment around. Unfortunately we had no bottom sheet on our bed, so had to find the linen cupboard for a fresh sheet. There was also no crockery or spoons in the room, just disposable paper coffee cups and wooden stirrers. The seal on the shower door was also torn from one end at the base, resulting in a puddle on the floor every time you showered. For the cost per night I would have hoped for a little more care and attention."

A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

The space
This recently added log cabin and separate fully renovated outbuilding provides a cosy space, with under floor heating, where you can relax and enjoy the views of Sharphaw and Crag Wood.

The log cabin comprises of a double bed, 2 seater sofa and fold away dining table.

The kitchen renovated outbuilding contains everything you need to cater for yourself with a hob, oven and fridge freezer. Please note the kitchen and shower room are situated directly next to the log cabin and are accessed via a separate door outside.

The annex is located in our back garden behind the house, facing Sharphaw. The garden is a good size and guests are welcome to use the garden as they wish.

Welcome to Brookside Cottage, originally two farm workers cottages later adapted and extended, the house has a wealth of original period features with beams, stone stairs and inglenook fireplaces.
We have two good sized double bedrooms with extremely comfortable king size beds, both are en suite and guests have their own cosy sitting room, with wood burning stove, which is well stocked with books, magazines and boardgames.

Guest access
Guests have a separate entrance and use of the conservatory and sitting room. If both rooms are booked then you will have exclusive use of the space, otherwise you may be sharing the communal areas with other guests. There is also a laundry room within the b&b which is for our use but guests may access it if needed on request.

We live on site so will be around to advise and help you with ideas for walks, what to do and where to eat. There are plenty of maps and guidebooks for you to borrow. If you would like us to book any restaurants for you in advance of your stay just let us know.

Highfields has an elevated position in central Skipton with panoramic views over rooftops and the Airedale Valley. The house is on the edge of Skipton Woods, is private and yet just 3 minutes walk from the town centre. There is ample parking and we are family and dog friendly.

The space
The location is quiet and private so you really feel you are in the countryside, yet you can walk to the shops and many good eating places within 3 minutes!

The bedroom is furnished with antique and vintage furniture and has twin beds. There is a TV/video player and selection of DVDs. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, handbasin and luxury towels. Guests have the benefit of their own private dining room.

Being a cyclist myself I welcome cyclists, walkers and anyone wishing to explore the idyllic Yorkshire Dales. We will be on hand with any information you need to help plan your day and make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible.

There is ample parking and we are family and dog friendly. Bikes can be stored in our garage if necessary.

During the week breakfast will be a choice of home-made granola, cereal, eggs, croissant or toast. At weekends however we offer a full English breakfast as well with locally sauced sausages and bacon. It would help if you let me know of any dietary requirements when booking.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location.

You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use.

It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

The space
We have some of the best views in Grassington. Come and stay in our family run B&B with two very large family ensuite rooms and two other twin/double rooms which share a shower room. Full English breakfast included in the price.

We have four guest bedrooms in the Bed & Breakfast. Two of the rooms are extremely large and have ensuite bathrooms, both with gorgeous cast iron baths. The other two rooms share the use of a large shower room and also two separate toilets.

Bedroom one is a very large family room. It has a super-king bed and two single beds. There is a big sofa and a television in the room. This room has a modern ensuite with a bath with separate shower above it. The room is very bright and has windows on three different sides of the room which all look over the fantastic views.

Bedroom two is another family room. It has a double bed and a single bed in it. There is also a small sofa in the room.

Bedroom three is a twin room with two single beds and two armchairs in it. The room has a beautiful original fireplace in it.

Rooms 2 & 3 share the use of the large shower room, which has recently been renovated.

Bedroom four is a large ensuite family room. There is a double bed and a single bed. The ensuite boasts a fabulous original roll-top bath and wonderful views. The bedroom has three armchairs and a television in it.

Please message me to enquire about prices for children as these vary depending on if they will be sleeping in the same room and their age. We can provide travel cots, a bed side and a highchair for babies.

Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am. We take your order the night before and cook it fresh for you in the morning. We cater for all dietary requirement. Let us know in advance if have any allergies or intolerances.

Please note that this is a Bed and Breakfast and we live here too. There are no kitchen facilities available to guests. No pets are allowed inside the house and smoking is not permitted on the premises.

With many walking and cycling routes nearby, options are aplenty.

Parking outside the pod leads to a paved patio area with seating. Inside offers a double bed and sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 children and a hanging rail for clothes. We live in a dark skies area so we’re not allowed many outside lights so if you go out at night it might be handy to bring a torch with you.

It is game shooting season between the months of September and February, this takes place over on the hillside nearby which is run by an organised shoot.

Once or twice a year during the warmer months the fields in front of the pods are cut and collected by a lot of tractors that access the fields via the track at the front of the pods. It usually occurs until late in the evening.

Enjoy some luxury at Coxons Farm Luxury Glamping Pods. You will find en-suite facilities, stylishly furnished interiors, double bed, underfloor heating, kitchenette, sofa(sofa bed), dining table and outdoor seating to admire the stunning views across the rolling hills of the dales.
Located on a working sheep and beef farm in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park our pods offer comfortable accommodation for those wishing to relax or explore.

The space
Small, but perfectly formed. Both Elbolton and Skelterton pods can sleep up to 4 (2 adults plus 2 children) in the double bed and pull-out sofa. Complete with a well-equipped kitchenette, and en-suite shower room.

The pods also offer free wi-fi, a television and a table and chairs. With underfloor heating, the pods are kept toasty and warm whatever the weather may choose to do. Outdoor seating is also provided.

Our small village of Cracoe boasts a farm shop, traditional dales pub, two cafes and garden centre within a 5 minute walk from the pods.

The pods are close to pubs, cafes, a tea room and more. Explore nearby Skipton, Malham Cove, Grassington and lots of excellent local walks.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is in an Internationally recognised dark skies reserve. We provide our guests with guides and equipment to enjoy the views by day or by night.

PLEASE NOTE
Cleanliness is very important to me. I now use the sanitising product Edge Protect to clean hard surfaces. I have removed surplus soft furnishings. I can leave breakfast out to reduce contact if you so wish.

Highfields has an elevated position in central Skipton with panoramic views over rooftops and the Airedale Valley. The house is on the edge of Skipton Woods, is private and yet just 3 minutes walk from the town centre. There's ample parking and we are family and dog friendly.

The space
The location is quiet and private so you really feel you are in the countryside, yet you can walk to the shops and many good eating places within 3 minutes!

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds, which are next door to each other and both with an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with antique and vintage furniture. There is a TV/video player in each room and a selection of DVDs. The en-suite bathrooms have a walk -in shower, WC and handbasin.


Being a cyclists myself I welcome cyclists, walkers and anyone wishing to explore the idyllic Yorkshire Dales. We will be on hand with any information you need to help plan your day and make your stay as enjoyable and easy as possible.

There is ample parking and we are family and dog friendly. Bikes can be stored in our garage if necessary.

During the week breakfast will be a choice of home-made granola, cereal, eggs, croissant or toast. At weekends however we offer a full English breakfast as well with locally sauced sausages and bacon. It would help if you let me know of any dietary requirements when booking.

Breakfast is served in the private dining room.

Guest access
Guests have a separate entrance into the dining room from which there is access to the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

Guests are welcome to sit in the outside area at the front of the house or on the patio area at the back, depending where the sun is!

During your stay
We will endeavour to be here when you arrive. Although 4pm is the official check in time, please let me know if you wish to arrive earlier and we will see if we can arrange it. You may park your car in the drive way at any time before then. You may contact Sally at any time by mobile during the day.

We will serve your breakfast at any time up until 9.30am.

The space
The suite overlooks our walled garden; accessed through a private patio. It is private and peaceful. Internally it comprises of a spacious lounge with a feature fire place and stove on the ground floor and a super king-sized bedroom en-suite on the first floor.
All windows overlook our garden, which is very popular with a large variety of bird life and the patio provides a ring side seat to peacefully observe our feathered friend’s comings and goings.
