All windows have wonderful long distance views of unspoilt green countryside with grazing sheep, cattle, horses, rolling green hills and woodland.

There is be a new huge farmhouse style dining kitchen complete with 2 oven range cooker, extra large fridge, separate freezer and dining table for 16 people. There is a second kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, oven and grill and another fridge plus a second dishwasher.

Up to 4 dogs are welcome. The garden is dog proof, but they must be on a lead outside the garden because this is sheep farming country.

Four separate public footpaths radiate in different directions from this house, making it a perfect base for easy walking holidays. More strenuous walks are available in nearby Ribblesdale up the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

Easy 5min walk to town centre and bus station, train station a little further (15 min). The accommodation - an old Yorkshire terrace, with stairs that are fairly steep. The property is over 3 floors, with the kitchen at the back of the house on the ground floor and the bedrooms on 3rd floor.

We are 4 miles from the market town of Skipton renowned for its market and castle. Skipton has a wide selection of pubs, wine bars and restaurants. Malham Cove made famous by the filming of scenes from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows is 4 miles away with amazing views across the Dales. The Yorkshire Dales National Park provides unlimited hiking and cycling. For the more adventurous cyclists there is Gisburn Forest providing different levels of trails.

The room is at the top of the house and the staircase is quite steep if you have mobility issues and also for getting a large suitcase up .Occasionally when very windy it can be quite noisy up there.
