Ideal for two, three or four people and has a travel cot and high chair for the younger guests.

The space
Compact and 'home from home' - everything you need for a break away and bolthole base for exploring the Dales. Set over three floors, with a double room on the first floor, and single bed in the light and airy loft room/second floor. We have a travel cot for a baby/toddler and a high chair, available on request. Please bring own bedding for the cot.

Our living room and kitchen are open plan, with a comfy three seater sofa and chair and feature fireplace. TV with Netflix and a sound bar to play your favourite tunes. Although compact, East Cote living area is well thought out with everything you will need for a smooth stay.

On the 1st floor is the main bedroom with double bed, luxury bed linen and TV on the wall. A good size bathroom, with bath and shower over, glass screen, sink and toilet. All towels, loo roll and hand soap provided.

Up a short flight of stairs to a further bedroom with full size single bed with the ability to be extended into 2 singles as guests require. Please note that this 2nd bedroom may have reduced headspace when the bed is extended due to the eaves and exposed beams in the property.

Hawkswick Cote Farm is in the beautiful Littondale arguably one of the finest yorkshire Dales.

The space
A cosy little cottage which is an annexe to the main farmhouse although completely self contained with its own entrance. With central heating it has a small but fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, cosy lounge and double bedroom. All the accommodation is on one level on the ground floor.
All linen and towels are provided.

Croft Cottage is the perfect place to discover the dales, and surrounding area. Our en-suite double room is quiet yet very close the village centre where the shop s, cafes and pubs are awaiting you. The double room is downstairs and has views over the garden and surrounding hills. We are also happy for you to sit in the garden, weather permitting.

The space
A full hospitality tray will be in your room, along with towels, your wet room is en-suite so totally private but has a door lock. There is no lock on the bedroom door but you will only be sharing the cottage with us your hosts.

Bank Newton is within an hour’s drive of the Lake District and is surrounded by wonderful countryside, canal towpaths, bridle tracks and footpaths, so ideal for a walking and cycling holiday.



The space
Welcome to The Nook Bank Newton, a charming 17th Century Cottage sleeping two guests. The cottage is perfectly placed to explore the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Nook is found in the picturesque hamlet of Bank Newton, within an 20 minutes drive from the villages of Malham, Grassington and Bolton Abbey and it is surrounded by wonderful countryside, canal towpaths, bridle tracks and footpaths, so ideal for a walking and cycling holiday.

The Nook has a superb well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, and dining area. A lovely spacious sitting room is an area where guests can relax on comfy sofas to read a book or watch the flat screen Tv with Freeview. There is also a Dvd player and iPod docking station, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer provided.

The marvellous ground floor shower room has underfloor heating. Upstairs there is a twin room with large 1m x 2m single beds, which overlook a private enclosed walled garden and have beautiful south facing views of the surrounding Dales scenery. Enjoy sitting in the garden and viewing the abundance of bird and wildlife.

The medieval Skipton Castle is a popular destination to visit nearby as well as the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway. Neighbouring pretty village – Gargrave, is on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and The Nook sits on the National Cycle Route 68, with the nearest shop and pub within two miles.

Off street parking is provided on the driveway of the cottage. Please note that for last minute winter bookings, this property is equipped with storage heaters and requires at least 24 hours' notice prior to booking to allow sufficient time for the heaters to warm up.

We have 'probably' the best views in town, yet only a minute's walk from the square with pubs, restaurants and many coffee shops.
Like the village, our cottage is very old, staircase is steep, narrow and without handrail. The room has an en suite, desk and a sofa corner. Continental breakfast is included, usually with Andy's bread. We hold a 5 star food hygiene rating.
We live here because it is perfect for; village life, walking, mountain biking and climbing.

The space
The room is large with en suite shower, desk, free Wi-Fi and chill out sofa corner. There is a hostess tray with tea, coffee, and various fruit teas. The bed is raised off the floor, a stool is needed to get in and out of bed. You get lovely views in the morning and there are black out roller blinds to ensure a dark night, it is likely to be noticeably quiet. The room is two floors below our bedrooms and one floor above the basement, it feels private and you can get in and out through the basement where you can also store bikes and boots. Disinfection spray is available in the room.

Our riverside cottage is on the River Aire in a quiet Yorkshire village near Skipton. It is a haven for wildlife and recently otters have been sighted in the river. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way.

There is a lock box for convenient self check in.

The space
The cottage is near the village green and through an archway. Tea and coffee is provided.Small well behaved dogs are welcome. Please let us know if you intend to bring a canine friend. Please keep your dog off the beds and sofa. There is an additional charge of £10 per stay for dogs.

Come, relax and enjoy our Barn on the Green, a lovingly restored traditional little barn located at the village of Kilnsey in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The charming property overlooks a beautiful fishing lake where you can catch your own dinner and is perfectly placed to explore the wonderful Dales countryside, with fabulous nature walks and bike rides including Malham Tarn and the Dales Way.

The space
Inside the Barn, you'll find a newly fitted kitchen complete with an induction cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is perfect for relaxing with a good book or watching our wall-mounted Samsung TV from the comfort of the sofa.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and the option of an additional bed for an extra guest at a small charge of £20 per night. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and we take pride in providing high-quality towels and bedding. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible and use green cleaning products.

Outside, there is a patio area with a wood-burning Chimenea, where you can sit back and enjoy the spectacular views of the Dales across the lake. Kilnsey is located in a Dark Sky area, making it perfect for stargazing at night.

If you’re feeling energetic you can play on our private tennis court half a mile away (we can provide tennis rackets and balls) or if you prefer to chill out why not go for a relaxing horse ride beside the river.

Parking is available outside for 1 car. Fishing or visiting Kilnsey Park Estate is just a few minutes walk away and we offer a 10% discount for any fishing or visitor activities.
