The Coach House is both tastefully designed, very dog friendly and well positioned for access to the centre of both St Anne's and Lytham. Overall we had an enjoyable time." - "This is a very cosy place to stay. Everything I needed was supplied and a nice surprise was the lovely little welcome pack - not expected but most welcome. I had a little problem with a leaky sink but the owners had a workaround for this. It literally was just a few minutes from the beach and I drove to Lytham and the centre of St Anne’s very quickly. My little dog is quite timid but this was secluded enough for him to settle in immediately! I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a little stay away in in this locality."

The Beach House is a wonderful semi-detached period property which can be found on the picturesque Fylde Coast, in the family friendly resort of St Annes-on-the-Sea. A mere half mile from the sandy seafront and promenade are ample amenities, with the continental and spacious St Annes Square just around the corner. On the way to St Annes Square you will pass Ashton Gardens which is home to play areas and bowling greens, along with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant.

Just south of the bright lights and razzmatazz of Blackpool, St Annes is brimming with tradition, with bandstands, paddling pools, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. - "Very comfortable, well equipped house in a great location. Very near park, shops, beach, bars and restaurants." - "We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year. The house itself is a two bed terraced with on street parking, which we were able to do with no problems on any of our 7 nights, parking right outside each time we returned to the house. The house has been recently refurbished throughout and was clean and bright. It was an ideal location to base ourselves and then go out on day trips around and about in Lancashire. It was also a great place to take our dog, the owners even purchased a piece of Astroturf for the slabbed back yard as he's a little fussy where he goes, if you know what I mean? There is a beautiful park only 200 metres away from the house and the beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk so, we made use of these every day to walk the dog and let him run on the beach. There is also a very convenient Sainsbury's supermarket within 300 metres and the town of Lytham St Annes itself is only a 5 minute walk, the house is also within a 5-10 minute drive of Lytham and Blackpool. The Beach house looks to be a relatively new venture for the owners and there were a few very small improvements that could be made (bedside table/extra cups/plates/lid on the outside bin etc), though, nothing that impacted our stay at all. All in all, a small, neat and tidy house that was perfect for us. Thank you Sam for a great holiday, good communications and possibly, the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!"

- "Situated between the shops, cafe's and bars on Clifton Street and the Windmill on the green , this really is the perfect location to stay when visiting Leafy Lytham. The house itself is superbly furnished, spotlessly clean, and feels much larger inside than the front facade suggests. On first entering the house it was a lovely surprise to find a little care package had been provided for us in the kitchen. There is a small private garden at the back of the house, which was lovely to be able to sit outside in, and enjoy the sunshine. Parking a car in Lytham can be a little tricky on busy weekends, but as there is a large garage at the rear of the property, this was never a problem. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable, and along with it being in a very quiet area, ensured we all had a good nights sleep. Our host Holly kept in good contact with us from the start of our holiday ensuring we had a stress free break, and knowing we could reach her at anytime should we need anything. We couldn't fault anything at all, our only thought was to suggest maybe the inclusion of a small bin in the bathroom and a downstairs mirror perhaps, but this is purely a suggestion. Would we stay here again? absolutely, it is a little gem of a place, and a credit to Holly."

The space
The property is a private, self contained cottage to the rear of our family home yet completely separate with own entrance and patio space.

It is fully renovated with two double bedrooms and luxury walk in shower room to the first floor. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, seating and dining area with flat screen television, wc and patio garden. The property has parking space for one vehicle and is in the centre of Lytham within two minutes walking distance of the high street, Lytham Green and nearest public house (The Queens).

The cottage is stylish, cozy and perfectly located for those who want to enjoy all Lytham has to offer with over 20 restaurants on the doorstep. Ideal romantic retreat for a couple or 2 couples who appreciate the peace and quiet of a residential area yet in the heart of the town.

This property is at the center of Lytham and close to all kinds of businesses, grocery, restaurants, estate agents and so on. But still in nice and quiet area. The hosts of this property are super nice and kind. We had no troubles at all. And enjoyed our stay."
