- "I was born and went to school in Llandudno. Good location for Prom, beach and shopping. Parking at the railway station overnight and street parking can be managed but a little bit of a walk to use unrestricted time zones. It odd a unique accommodation to say the least. E enjoyed our visit very much." - "Super cute property. Alice in wonderland themed. Very unique and cool decor. Property was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, with Queen of hearts decor. Upstairs there is a private garden, with decking and big table and chairs, and lighting and heater, which was a fantastic surprise. The upstairs garden has great privacy, and feels very safe from the general public. Theres also a downstairs outdoor area, with table and chairs, which was nice, though quite a few spiders outside, so we avoided that yard. NO creepy crawlies inside the house at all though, which was a relief! We stayed 3 nights, and all good. Only gripe is there's no upstairs bathroom, (which the cottage can't help as its small), so you have to navigate steep stairs at night, if you need the loo. Theres one sofa (2 seater), and one chair in lounge, so although the cottage can sleep 4 people, only 3 can comfortably watch tv in the lounge. No tv upstairs in bedrooms either. However, it was a very lovely place, and suited our needs perfectly. Owner has gone to a lot of time & care with making the property feel magical. Owner also provided milk, tea, coffee, and some welsh cakes, which was a personal touch. I advice taking spare toilet roll, and shower gel/shampoo. Master bedroom could do with a slightly bigger bed, as it was a small double, and only just fits 2 people. I never tried the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, but they looked fun! Nice kitchen. Nice bathroom. Good shower. Would go again."

- "Maesdu Cottage was an excellent base for us, a grandson and our great granddaughter. Lovely to find games, books and a superb TV set up as well as nice bedrooms for us all. The only minus point I found was the height of the mirrors - especially the one in the bathroom! Unless you are over 5’8” you can’t see yourself as it’s positioned so high up! Other than that everything was great. "

Our holiday home is under 10 mins walk from Llandudno sea front and there are numerous walks in the area including exploring the Great Orme straight from the front door. The Ski Slope, Cable car & Pitch & Putt are all within 5 mins. For tired legs (it is hilly) the Tram runs past the house (Apr to Oct) and there is a bus stop 100 yards away. We fell in love with it for the view which took our breath away. Purchased in June 2016 the summer renovation project was hard work but we hope now everyone can enjoy the result.
- "The property was as described, clean and comfortably furnished. The views were lovely and the location convenient. We had a very enjoyable week with plenty to do in close proximity. There were several good places to eat locally although you do have to climb the hill back after! But that’s in the property description, we saw a couple of people take a taxi back up so that would be an option. The local Llandudno attractions were fun to do and see too. We enjoyed our visit and would happily return. There’s still lots we didn’t get done and the views from inside the property are a treat. We would be happy to recommend to family and friends which says it all really. Thanks for hosting us and for the bottle of wine which we thoroughly appreciated."

- "Very central - the town was not particularly busy so parking wouldn't have been an issue but having the parking space was a bonus. Very clean throughout. It took a little while for the lounge to get warm but when it did it was very cosy. Disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations so we took our own. Minor points but would have liked a few more wine glasses and a bit more cutlery. Urged to recycle but no recycling bins so we had to take it away. Overall a very lovely, clean house in a great location. "

- "My family had a great time at the Glain Orme. It was my husband, three children (ages 6,8,10), my mother-in-law and her friend. Due to pet restrictions, my father-in-law had to stay at the Grand Hotel with the dog. Overall our stay was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Apart from thinking there was a dryer on the premise (it was printed in the house book but not on the website) and the cable TV not working, we had a blast. It was difficult driving up the hill/driveway at night and turning around without falling off the Orme, but once we got the hang of it, we were as agile as the mountain goats. Walking up the Orme driveway was somewhat tiring for my 85 y.o. MIL and her 91 y.o. friend, but they managed. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Llandudno. "

- "We have just returned from a great long weekend in Llandudno celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday. Lisboa is a lovely property in an excellent location that is just around the corner from the town amenities and less than 5 minutes walk from the sea front. The property is extremely well equipped, well presented and spotlessly clean. As 12 women travelling together we particularly appreciated the number of bathrooms / showers which made getting ready so much easier and despite the number of us, it never felt like we were in each others way. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy, the showers are powerful and all fixtures are good quality. There’s also a nice outdoor area which is also a bit of a sun trap. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself, the only watch out would be that the postcode doesn’t seem to agree with some sat navs and a couple of our party ended up taking a drive up the Orme as a result. For us this was quite amusing (we all know Llandudno quite well and they should have known better!!) but for anyone who doesn’t know the area it could be quite a stressful drive lol :) So stick the full address in to ensure you get to the right place!! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again - highly recommend."

But that's the technical side of the property. What you'll really remember are the fabulous views of Llandudno, the Great Orme and the rest of the north Wales coast.
Guest access
This is access all areas. You're renting the entire property.
Other things to note
The cottage doesn't have a dedicated parking spot, but almost never matters if you're only bringing one car. The cul-de-sac is almost secret and traffic is incredibly rare, except for residents.
However, you need to know in advance that if you are bringing a second car, you may, on occasions, have to park it on the road at the bottom of the hill, which is about 150m away. Right beside the cottage is a lay-by for two cars, but a neighbour often uses one of the spaces.
The cottage has its original wrought iron spiral staircase, which could impact people with limited mobility.

House Rules for Dogs (and their humans)
We do not like having lots of rules and regulations because we realise that dogs are very much part of people’s families. However, Sea Breeze Cottage is very much part of our family, so we ask that you please look after it for us.
Also, most of our guests will be visiting without dogs.
We thought it only fair that as a prospective visitor, our House Rules for Dogs should be plainly stated so you can decide if Sea Breeze Cottage is right for you and your pet/s.
Please can we ask you to:
• Please clean up after your dog/s - both inside and out. Please bag and bin all deposits as we often have families with children staying at Sea Breeze. In case you run out, poo-bags are provided in the outdoor utility.
• North Wales is famous for its wonderful walks, beaches and countryside, but alongside that comes rain, mud and sand. If your dog/s are wet/sandy and muddy please use the outside tap and bucket of warm water and keep your dog/s in the kitchen until they are clean and dry. If your dog/s do not like being shut behind a door we have an easy to put up stair gate which fits between the kitchen and the lounge, stored in the outside utility.
• If you do like your dog/s to curl up with you on furniture then please bring and use your own throws, we have leather sofas so please help us to protect against enthusiastic paws. There are some towels provided for emergencies kept on the dog-shelf in the outside utility. Feel free to wash any throws and towels, but please use the Petwear Wash Bag provided to prevent dog hairs in the washing machine. If you do use the towels provided by us for your dog/s, please ensure they are washed and dry by the time you leave and replaced on the shelf in the outside utility.
• Dogs are generally not allowed upstairs. However, we are open to discussions before booking in certain circumstances. We do try to be flexible and recognise some dogs like to sleep near their owners. There is a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs please ensure it is shut during the daytime to stop your dog/s going upstairs unaccompanied.
• We have lovely white bedding, so please do not let your dog/s on the beds unless you have had a conversation with us about bringing your own bedding and we can inform our housekeepers.
• If our bed linen is used and found to be covered in dog hairs, you will be charged for replacements.
• Sea Breeze Cottage has its own garden which your pet/s are welcome to use. Please bear in mind the boundaries are hedges not fencing so it is not secure.
• We prefer you not to leave your dog/s alone in the cottage - However, if you are confident that your dog/s will settle if left alone in a strange place, and if they are happy to stay in a crate and and this is for short periods only, we would allow this, but the crate must be in the kitchen area. If you know they can be destructive or reactive when they are left alone, or they suffer from separation anxiety, please do not leave them unsupervised for any period. It is just not fair on your dog/s (or on us if they cause damage).
In the unlikely event of your dog/s causing any damage, this will be charged at full replacement cost.
• There is plenty of room to set up a crate if required. There is a large dog-crate available which is kept in the outside shed. Please feel free to use it. All we ask is that you clean, sanitise, collapse and return it to the shed prior to leaving Sea Breeze Cottage.
• We have had some incidences of male dogs marking furniture. Please be extra vigilant and if this should happen, use the specialist products kept under the kitchen sink in order to minimise damage and staining. Please do not use harsh chemicals on the leather sofas. Thank you.
End of House Rules for dogs!! We are confident that our guests are responsible dog owners and considerate human beings and will look after Sea Breeze Cottage for us. This has certainly been our experience to date.
Suzanne and Paul.
