- "I stayed in Hafen with my daughter and 7 year old Grandson. The bungalow is very close to all the restaurants and beach. This is ideal as I have mobility issues. The house was very clean upon arrival and has all amenities that you will require. The only issue I had was with the conservatory door. I followed the instructions on how to close it but it would not close. A call to Anglesey Holiday lettings and they came out to us within the hour. I did not open the door again and had to enter the back garden via the side of the house. Not ideal. I will love to come back to Hafen."

Ty Traeth (pronounced 'Tea Try-th') greets you with an impressive central dining area featuring a vaulted ceiling, overhead gallery, and patio doors on three sides. This creates a space that merges indoor and outdoor living. The sitting room, with its L-shaped sofa and wood burner, is perfect for relaxing or movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has ample work surfaces, a dining table, and a sofa, making it an ideal space for cooking, chatting, whilst cooking up a storm. The kitchen also opens onto a terrace for dining. On the ground floor, there is also a twin bedroom and a guest toilet.

- "House was beautifully laid out, comfortable and clean, we had no issues whilst there. Position is excellent for town and beach. Super location with a view of the school playing fields and the Snowdon range from the back and roofs and some sea from the balcony at the front. Lovely, comfortable open plan living on the top floor, all four bedrooms and the family bathroom open out into a central hallway separated from the stairs with a child/dog gate on the middle floor then another bathroom and access to the garage which houses a utility area and a shower room on the ground floor. - "Lovely house with parking and peaceful patio area at the back. The kids loved the table tennis and pool. Beautiful views from the front bedrooms. Lots of space for 8 people." - "Maelog Villa is the most amazing property. Everything inside is top end, it’s the ideal base for small or larger gathering. Several steps throughout but not an issue. Views of the sea and local restaurants / cafe / shops literally a few yards away. The villa is very private though with a very skilfully designed sun trap at the front of the villa for an afternoon nap! There is a larger area at the back for BBQ / outside dining. Rhosneigr beaches – Winner of of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr lies on Anglesey's Western shore. With its two broad , sandy beaches, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, it is a popular centre for all watersports. Rhosneigr is superb for walking on the beach, with rocky outcrops and dramatic sand dunes.

Llyn Maelog Lake – A small shallow lake and fringing reedbeds trapped behind the dunes of Tywyn Llyn common land at Rhosneigr. The lake supports good numbers of wintering coot and other wildfowl and some stay to breed in the reedbeds and islands. A public footpath circumnavigates the lake (except for the southernmost shore) and is linked to footpaths leading to Rhosneigr, and the area to the east around Llanfaelog. The Anglesey Coastal Path is accessible from a footpath to the south side of the lake, via a link which leads through the Tywyn y Llyn sand dunes.

We were the first visitors after the lockdown in Wales and were a little bit worried about how everything would be. Nothing to worry about. I received a call from the owner shortly before we were due to arrive to tell us about a few changes to the accommodation. On arrival we found everything very clean and organised. The house and garden are in a great location and we kept ourselves to ourselves most of the time just venturing out for food and walks. It was easy to stay socially distant as it was very quiet during the week we went. This is our favourite place to go to rest and relax. Just a few requests to help improve. A larger shower cubicle in the large bathroom would be appreciated. A couple of new armchairs in the living room would be great for some of us elderly visitors that are finding the sofas a little bit harder to get up from. Too much complaining from me now. Gwel y Mor is one of two identical houses next to each other, completed in 2022 in the heart of the coastal village of Rhosneigr. Shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and sandy beaches are all within walking distance.

Inside you'll find four well appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom off the main corridor downstairs and stairs lead up to incredible main living area. The house has been designed to ensure that the views of the beach and sea play centre stage here, glass doors in each gable enable you can always gaze at that amazing view. There is a well equipped kitchen to one end of the living space with the huge sociable island for everyone to gather around. A dining area with lof burning stove sits to one side and beyond is the seating area where you can sit to admire the ever changing sea scape or indulge in some people watching when the village is buzzing with summer tourists. To the rear of the house is a large roof terrace, a sheltered sun trap with outside dining table and comfy sofas.

Town: The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Close by is the Anglesey Race Circuit, great for lovers or car and motorbike racing, while on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle. Boat trips around Puffin Island offer the chance to see nesting puffins and guillemots, or cross to the mainland and enjoy Victorian Llandudno’s shopping, restaurants and dry ski slope, Snowdonia mountains and the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.

- "The property was clean and spacious and in an ideal location. We had a perfect view of beach and sea just about 100-150 yards from the lounge window. All equipment and facilities in the property, especially the kitchen. There was even a personal welcome card from the owners along with welcoming chocolates and biscuits. Small areas that would that would benefit from attention were the bathroom windows that didn't completely close and the lack of wardrobe space. None of this detracted from us wanting to return to this property n the future."

Set over three storeys, it has loads of space for a group of eight friends or family to spread out- four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, a huge sociable family room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas in front of the wood burning stove and a further sitting room for even more space. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the high overall standard of the furniture and fixtures to little touches like the Sonos speakers and toy baskets in the bunk room. There are views from the bedrooms over the sea and the beach which is only a minutes walk.

The sheltered garden is a pleasure: the games room up and over door opens on to the patio dining area meaning you have shade on sunnier days or shelter in more inclement weather. The downstairs wet room is great for washing the sand off after the return journey!

At the front of the house there is a lawned area, with a table and chairs from which to enjoy the sunshine for the majority of the day. At the rear of the house there is a another small lawned space. In the garage there is an EV charger, which guests are welcome to use on an honesty basis.

Enter Tyn Pwll (pronounced 'Tin Poo-th') through a spacious porch leading to a large hallway. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, integrated microwave, oven, tall fridge, under-counter freezer, wine fridge, and washing machine. The kitchen also features a small dining table for children. A utility area with a wet room provides added convenience. The main sitting room boasts a large L-shaped sofa by the bioethanol fire and leads to a beautiful conservatory with table seating for ten, offering garden and lake views. A king-sized bedroom on the ground floor provides easy access. The ground floor also includes a Smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment.

Booking Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully. When you make a booking request with us (either by telephone, email or online) the conditions listed below are deemed to have been accepted by you (the Holidaymaker).
Definitions
1.1. "Additional Fees" means any fees payable by the Holidaymaker other than the Rental Charge and Booking Fee, pet charges and linen charges.
1.2. "Agent" means Rhosneigr Property Lettings Limited (Company Number 9622408) trading as Anglesey Holiday Lettings, registered at Unit 5a Tregarnedd Industrial Park, Llangefni, Isle of Anglesey LL77 7JD. Office at Llys Llewelyn, Chapel Street, Ty Croes, Anglesey LL63 5AQ
1.3. "Booking" means the reservation of the Property by the Holidaymaker.
1.4. "Booking Conditions" means these terms and conditions.
1.5. "Booking Fee" means the non-refundable booking fee payable by the Holidaymaker to the Agent.
1.6. "Deposit" means: (a) 20% of the Rental Charge; or (b) when the holiday is due to commence within 4 weeks of the date of a Booking Request, 100% of the Rental Charge.
1.7. "Holidaymaker" means the person or persons making the Booking.
1.8. "Holiday Confirmation" means the confirmation of the Booking issued by the Agent to the Holidaymaker (by email and/or post) once the Initial Payment has been processed.
1.9. "Initial Payment" means the payment of the Deposit and any applicable Additional Fees.
1.10. "Property" means the accommodation for which a Booking is made.
1.11. "Property Owner" means the owner of the Property.
1.12. "Rental Charge" means the total rental charge payable in respect of the Booking.
1.13. "Booking Request" means a request to make a Booking in the form of a completed holiday booking form (whether submitted via the post, email, website or otherwise) or a telephone booking.
1.14. "Short Break" means a holiday for a duration of less than seven nights.

Role of Anglesey Holiday Lettings
2.1. The Agent acts as agent for the Property Owner to take and arrange Bookings. The Agent does not own or manage the Property but reserves the right to refuse any Booking.
2.2. Once the Initial Payment has been made and a Holiday Confirmation has been issued by the Agent, a legally binding contract shall exist between the Holidaymaker and the Property Owner pursuant to which the Property Owner will make the Property available for the period set out in the Booking. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agent shall not be a party to such contract.
2.3. The contract shall be subject to these Booking Conditions and any other special conditions made known to the Holidaymaker at the time of the Booking.
2.4. The Agent accepts no liability for any defects or unavailability of the Property or any other problems with the holiday. The Holidaymaker's right of action (if any) shall be against the Property Owner and not the Agent.

Bookings & Payment
3.1. When submitting a booking via our online reservation system an automatically generated booking summary will be sent by email to the email address provided on the booking form. This does not form a contract. A contract shall only arise when the booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.
3.2. Following receipt of a Booking Request the Agent shall check the availability of the Property. If the Property is available for the Holiday, the Agent shall reserve the Property.
3.3. Properties will not be reserved without receipt of deposit & Booking Fee (initial payment) for each booking.
3.4. Upon receipt of the Initial Payment, the Agent will issue a Holiday Confirmation to complete the Booking.
3.5. The balance of the Rental Charge (if any) must be paid by the Holidaymaker to the Agent no later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday (the Agent shall inform the Holidaymaker of the due date at the time of the Booking).
3.6. As part of our online booking process, guests will be given the option to authorise Anglesey Holiday Lettings to process future payments automatically using the same payment method provided at the time of booking. By ticking the relevant box at checkout, you expressly agree to allow us to charge your card or payment method for any remaining balance due on your booking (where applicable) and pre-agreed extras or services added to your stay.
3.7. Where the Agent has not received the balance by the due date, an overdue reminder will be issued to the Holidaymaker. If the balance is not received within 7 days of that reminder, the Agent reserves the right to treat the Booking as cancelled by the Holidaymaker; the Holidaymaker shall have no claim against the Agent or the Property Owner for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
3.8. The prices stated on the Agent's website and other advertisements are cash prices in pounds sterling. Any charges raised against the Agent by its bank for handling dishonoured payments, must be reimbursed by the Holidaymaker to the Agent within seven days of the Agent's request to do so.
3.9. The Agent reserves the right to correct any error in advertised and/or confirmed prices.

Booking Details
4. Immediately upon receipt of the Holiday Confirmation from the Agent, the Holidaymaker should check the details and notify the Agent of any mistakes/errors made by the Agent as soon as possible and in any event within seven days; no changes can be made to the Booking after this time. The Agent reserves the right to charge a holiday booking amendment fee to administer/correct any error by the Holidaymaker.

Cancellation or Amendment by the Holidaymaker
5.1. The Holidaymaker should notify the Agent immediately in writing if he/she wishes to cancel the Booking. The cancellation only takes effect when the Agent has received written confirmation from the Holidaymaker. If the Booking is cancelled after the balance of the Rental Charge becomes payable, such balance shall remain payable notwithstanding cancellation.
5.2. No refunds will be given on the cancellation of a Booking by the Holidaymaker.
5.3. This agreement shall be binding on the parties to this agreement and their respective personal representatives and successors, and references to any party shall include that party's personal representatives and successors.
5.4. If you would like to amend your Booking, please contact us directly. We will contact the Owner to see if the Owner agrees; we cannot guarantee that the Owner will agree to your request.
5.5. If the Owner does not agree, please remember that it is the Owner's decision, and we act only as the Owner's agent. Your contract is with the Owner.
5.6. If an Owner does agree to amend the Booking, there may be additional charges and an administration charge. The additional charges may be due to the fact that your Booking has been amended for a more expensive or longer Holiday Period (for example) or to cover our costs of making the amendment (admin charge). However, we will always notify you of these charges in advance and you will be responsible to pay them.

Other Cancellations
6.1. In the event of the Agent being unable to arrange the holiday accommodation requested by the Holidaymaker, or if the Property becomes unavailable for whatever reason, the Agent will endeavor to arrange alternative accommodation for the Holidaymaker of an equivalent type and standard in a similar location.
6.2. If the Holidaymaker has paid any money in respect of a Property that subsequently becomes unavailable, the Agent shall refund all monies paid by the Holidaymaker.
6.3. The Agent is not liable for any cost associated with alternative accommodation, which must be paid by the Holidaymaker.
6.4. The Agent shall have no liability for the cancellation or alteration of a Booking.

Advertisement Accuracy
7.1. To the best of the Agent's knowledge the details relating to any Property described in the Agent's advertisements were correct at the time of publishing.
7.2. Upon becoming aware of any material inaccuracies in any published description of the Property or material changes to the Property, the Agent shall endeavor to correct them in future advertisements and inform the Holidaymaker. The Agent may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer the Holidaymaker the option to treat the change as a Cancellation.
7.3. The Agent cannot accept responsibility for any changes or closures to area amenities or attractions mentioned in any advertisement.

Insurance
8. Anglesey Holiday Lettings does not offer, provide or advise on holiday insurance. To minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday it is strongly recommended that the Holidaymaker arranges own travel insurance that matches their needs when booking the holiday.

Responsibilities of the Holidaymaker
9.1. During the period of the holiday, the Holidaymaker (personally and on behalf of all other people visiting the Property) undertakes (for the benefit of the Property Owner and the Agent) as follows:
9.1.1. that the number of people occupying the Property will not exceed the number stated on the Holiday Confirmation;
9.1.2. that the Property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by the Holidaymaker and his party;
9.1.3. to show due consideration for other parties (to include, but not be limited to, refraining from abuses of the Property and/or dangerous, offensive or rude behaviour to the Property Owner, his representative or any third parties such as neighbours);
9.1.4. to allow the Property Owner or his representative access to the Property at any reasonable time during the period of the holiday;
9.1.5. to keep the Property and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the Property in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to ensure that at the end of the holiday the Property is left in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy and for any consequential loss;
9.1.6. to report as soon as possible to the Property Owner (or his representative) any breakages or damage caused by the Holidaymaker during the holiday and to reimburse the Property Owner with the cost of replacement. The Property Owner reserves the right to make a claim against the Holidaymaker for repair or loss as a result of damage caused;
9.1.7. to arrive after the set check-in time on the arrival day and to vacate the Property by the set check-out time on the day of departure unless prior arrangement has been agreed with the Property Owner and/or the Holiday Confirmation states otherwise;
9.1.8. not (without the express permission of the Property Owner) allow any person other than guests booked and staying in the Property for their holiday to use the facilities and amenities of the Property; and
9.1.9. to notify all other members of the Holidaymaker's party of these undertakings.
9.2. In the event of a breach of any of the undertakings set out in clause 9.1 the Property Owner (or his representative) can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the Property or make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the Holiday. In either case the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.


Pets
10.1. Pets are only allowed at Properties that are advertised as allowing a pet/pets and when the ‘Pet Premium' has been paid; as per property details. If a Holidaymaker takes a pet to a Property that does not allow them, or exceeds the stated number/size of pet, the Property Owner (or his representative) can refuse to allow the Holidaymaker to take possession of the Property or make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the holiday. If this happens the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
10.2. The Holidaymaker is liable for all damage caused by his/her pets. The Holidaymaker should remove all traces (inside and out) from the Property of pet occupation before final departure. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy. The Holidaymaker must not allow pets on beds or furniture within the Property and pets must not be left alone in the Property at any time. If the Holidaymaker breaches this clause the Property Owner (or his representative) may notify the Holidaymaker of the breach and if the Holidaymaker continues to breach this clause the Property Owner (or his representative) may make the Holidaymaker leave the Property before the end of the Holiday. If this happens the Holidaymaker shall be deemed to have cancelled the Booking and the Holidaymaker shall have no claim for compensation or reimbursement whatsoever.
10.3. Without prejudice to clause 10.2 above. Registered assistance dogs are allowed in all properties featured on our website or within any of our advertisements, even where the property description states that pets are not allowed. The Holidaymaker must notify Anglesey Holiday Lettings of the intended presence of any assistance dogs prior to booking. Customers with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that an assistance dog has not stayed in a chosen property recently. We cannot accept responsibility for any suffering that may occur as a result of such animals having been present.

Liability
11.1. The Holidaymaker's (and all other members of the Holidaymaker's party's) personal belongings and vehicles (together with their contents) are left at the Property entirely at their own risk.
11.2. The Agent shall accept no liability to the Holidaymaker for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Holidaymaker or to the Holidaymaker's personal property (or to persons in the Holidaymaker's party or their personal property) during their stay at the Property except to the extent such loss, damage or injury is caused by the negligence or willful default of the Agent.
11.3. No representative, agent or salesperson (whether employed by the Agent or not):
11.3.1. has authority to vary, amend or waive any of these Booking Conditions and no amendment or addition to any of these Booking Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by the company director; and/or
11.3.2. has authority to make any verbal representations or provide additional information over and above information contained in the Agent's brochures and website. The Agent cannot accept responsibility and give no warranty in respect of information or representations not contained in these Booking Conditions, the Agent's advertisements and/or the Agent's website.


Communication & Information
12.1. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, all personal and other information and details collected by the Agent in the course of its business, belong to the Agent and will not be disclosed to any third party except to the Property Owner (and/or his representatives) in connection with a Booking.
12.2. Provided the Holidaymaker has not told the Agent otherwise, the Agent may use the Holidaymaker's personal information for marketing the Agent's services.
12.3. If the Holidaymaker or other individual wishes to be removed from the Agent's marketing lists, they should contact the Agent by email

Complaints
13.1. In the unlikely event the Holidaymaker may have cause for dissatisfaction, the Holidaymaker should contact Anglesey Holiday Lettings immediately; who will seek to resolve them promptly with the property owner. The Agent encourages all Property Owners to take complaints from Holidaymakers seriously and to resolve them if at all possible.
13.2. If the Holidaymaker fails to notify the Agent of a complaint and notifies them after departure, the Agent will not consider or engage with the property owner regarding any form of compensation.
13.3. If the Holidaymaker is unhappy with the response to the complaint, the Holidaymaker should write to the Agent as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days of the end of the holiday) and provide details of the outstanding complaint.
13.4. This clause 13 is without prejudice to any cause of action the Holidaymaker may have against the Property Owner.


Force Majure
14. No liability can be accepted and no compensation will be paid by the Agent or the Property Owner, where the Holidaymaker or his personal property (and/or any person in the Holidaymaker's party and/or their personal property) suffer any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, inconvenience or otherwise, or where the performance or prompt performance of any obligations by the Agent or the Property Owner are prevented or affected, by any event which the Agent or the Property Owner could not have reasonably foreseen or avoided including war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions closure of international borders, disease, none availability of transport services, interruption to services/utilities and all similar events outside the control of the Agent or the Property Owner.

Internet / WiFi - Owners' Terms of Use
Internet is a free amenity, its performance and availability, due to the geographical location of the properties, cannot be guaranteed and no claim can be accepted if this amenity becomes unavailable. Where the property has internet / WiFi; the Holidaymaker undertakes:
15.1. Not to use the WiFi for any unlawful, inappropriate or immoral purpose.
15.2. That it shall not make any use of the WiFi such that the whole or part of the WiFi is interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or the effectiveness or functionality of the WiFi is in any way impaired.
15.3. Not to use the WiFi for the transmission or posting of any computer viruses or any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene or menacing character or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
15.4. Not to use the WiFi in a manner which constitutes a violation or infringement of the rights of any person, firm or company (including rights of copyright or confidentiality).
15.5. That it shall not use the WiFi to transmit any material for the purposes of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without the prior written consent of the Property Owner unless such transmission has been specifically requested by another User of the WiFi.
15.6. That in the event that it has any right, claim or action against any other user arising out of the use of the WiFi then it shall pursue such right, claim or action independently of, and without recourse to, the Property Owner; and
15.7. That Property Owners may block access to certain websites on the WiFi, including for example certain high bandwidth websites, in order to share bandwidth more amongst its User group.
15.8. The Holidaymaker will indemnify and defend Property Owners against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any use of the WiFi by the Holidaymaker. The Holidaymaker acknowledges that Property Owners have no control over the nature or content of information or programs transmitted or received by the Holidaymaker using the WiFi and that Property Owners do not examine in any way the use to which the Holidaymaker puts the WiFi. The Holidaymaker agrees to fully indemnify the Property Owner against any claims or legal proceedings arising in connection with Holidaymaker's use of the WiFi, which are brought or threatened against the Property Owner by any other person.

Security Deposits
16. A refundable Security Deposit will be pre-authorised against the payment card used for the Deposit or Balance payment 7 days ahead of arrival. The Agent will advise the Holidaymaker if there is a requirement to make any claim against the Security Deposit within 7 days after departure.
16.1. Although not exhaustive below are examples of claims against the Security Deposit:
16.1.1. Holidaymaker late check-out, £25 for every 30 minutes beyond the agreed check-out time.
16.1.2. Holidaymaker initiated callout, £50 for any callout that resulted from a guest error, i.e. lost keys.
16.1.3. Damage to linens or towels through misuse, at cost plus 50%, i.e. fake tan or used for pets.
16.1.4. Keys not placed in the key safe on departure, posted through the door or removed by Holidaymaker; £50.
16.1.5. Excessive cleaning required post Holidaymaker departure; £50 per hour per Housekeeper.
16.2. Damages to the property or inventory will be charged at cost plus 50% for the Agents and Owners administration.
16.3. If no deductions are to be made for damages or additional cleaning costs, the Security Deposit will be de-authorised 7 days post departure.

Law and Jurisdiction
17. All contractual obligations arising out of these conditions shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.

The space
Located in in the vibrant village of Rhosneigr, it is just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach of Traeth Crigyll and within strolling distance of all the great bars, restaurants and cafes that you will find on your doorstep. This welcoming cottage provides ideal accommodation for solo or couples who are seeking an escape to the seaside.

Enter the cottage and you’ll find a useful handcrafted boot storage unit and are welcomed into the open plan living and dining space with engineered wood throughout. The living space provides a sociable atmosphere for you and your fellow guests to unwind, whether you choose to gather around the table or sink into the indulgent sofas in front of the TV or with a book.

There is a large and well equipped modern kitchen with oven, and all the cooking essentials to serve up a romantic evening meal. Off the living space is the luxurious master bedroom, again with handcrafted joinery, storage and seating throughout. It’s an easy-going coastal escape, slap bang in the heart of Rhosneigr. With everything on the doorstep and a haven for water sports, soak up the sun on the terrace with its sea views, or pack a picnic and head for a surf.

The space
The kitchen is a light-filled haven dazzle of views with a handy sofa to help keep the chef company or to stargaze. There’s lovely lighting and lots of glass but with underfloor heating you’ll feel cosy even if the weather is blowing a hooley. The dining table is the heart of the space, and a gloss gleam of a white kitchen has it all. Well equipped and beautifully presented with all the kit you need. Outside there is a courtyard for al fresco dining.

The living room feel is spacious with a south facing window overlooking the sunny terrace with reading table and wicker chairs. Smart sofas and a wood-burner, lots of games and puzzles and a plethora of books about local flora, fauna, birds and history will help gather some holiday activity plans. TV has Sky and Sky sports wild weather days or head down to watch the unfolding drama of the sea on the shore.

Love and care have been lavished on this bolthole’s five bedrooms with plenty of attention given to the little details. There are two handy ground floor bedrooms – one double, one single. A handy bathroom with shower is at the back of the house.

Bedrooms are calm and warm upstairs – to the front a bright and breezy nautically themed twin room with zip and links - you won’t draw the blinds in this bedroom. Plus, a rustic-chic king bedroom with a nod to the past with its classic feel. Sip tea in bed, admire the views, feel lucky to be here. A cosy double bedroom is at the back with charming art and an antique style brass framed bed. The bathroom with honeyed travertine tiles and bath/shower over is cute and sparkling.

The space
On the ground floor of this family holiday home is a south facing sitting room with an open coal fire and French windows leading directly onto the garden, dining room with a decorative fireplace, brand new fully equipped kitchen with an electric double oven range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with another fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and a separate shower room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom. There is easy parking on the road.

New carpets throughout from August 2018.

The paved garden is south facing and enclosed with a table, 6 chairs, umbrella and sun loungers (obviously depending on the season).

All mod cons including wifi and basic kitchen ingredients. There is an initial supply of coal and kindling with further supplies available locally.

This thriving seaside village on Anglesey’s west coast is home to three miles of sandy beaches. Trewyn Bach is a charming seaside holiday cottage that sleeps five, set in extensive grounds with wonderful views over sand dunes and a sweeping sandy bay. It has a private path to the beach and is within easy walking distance of Rhosneigr village centre. There is a patio with outdoor seating to take advantage the sea view and the beautiful sunsets over Holyhead Mountain. Ideal for family holidays with direct access to the magnificent beach for swimming, kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing.

The cottage sleeps 5, with one double bedroom, another with twin beds and the third with a single bed. Well fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Lounge with sofa and chairs, TV with Freesat HD, and small dining table for mealtimes. Bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin as well as a separate toilet with washbasin. The washing machine is located in an adjoining utility room.

Private grounds:
The property is set in four acres of private sand dunes, in a privileged position directly above the beach, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. There is 100m of beachfront and a private path leading down to the beach.

Close to village and shops:
The house is a five-minute walk from the centre of the charming village of Rhosneigr, with access to its shops, cafes, pub and restaurants.
