This three-storey townhouse is a great base with fresh and bright interiors all completely renovated in autumn 2023. Three lovely bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms and a sociable living space on the 1st floor make for the perfect Trearddur beach pad. The kitchen is a delight to cook at or the sheltered courtyard garden a great spot for a barbeque on warm evenings.

- "Lovley bungalow, comfortable and in a great location very handy for the beach. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo" - "We really enjoyed our week at Rutherglen which was only a short walk from the beach. The bungalow is on a quiet road. The bungalow is well laid out and very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable (which isn't always the case in rented properties!) and the linen was lovely and fresh crisp with big duvets. It wasn't a problem for us but the curtains are quite thin so the rooms were bright in the morning (if the quality of your life is dictated by how early your toddler wakes up then you may want to take black out blinds with you!) The furniture and decoration in the lounge and dining was of really good quality and we found the sofas were also really comfy. Having the sky box was a real plus for the evenings and the odd rainy day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The washing machine is in garage which was also really useful as a bike store for us. The garden was great for our dog. There are some signs that the property has had damp/mildew issues in the past which worried me when we first arrived but it's clearly been dealt with as we didn't get any of the damp smell at all. I'd say the only downside was if you were expecting to use the garden Room as that really has a lot of mould etc We had a really warm welcome from the owners including a little welcome pack and fresh flowers in the lounge. Would we go again? Yes we would"

There might be a tussle for the super king four-poster bed in the main bedroom. There is a twin room with views over the field for those that miss out. One basic bathroom is perfect to wash away the salt and for the brave, there is also an outside shower! Very handy for a post-sea bathing clean up.
Light up the barbecue in the child and dog-safe garden. relax in the hot tub and congregate on the sofa on the patio area. There is a dining room for a more formal meal and sofas by the wood-burner beckon for after-dinner drinks or a cosy film.
- "We absolutely loved our stay at Tideaway in Treaddur Bay. The property is like a home from home - beautiful decor and furnishings, big comfy bed, great safe garden for the dog and a big hot tub too. Its 2 minutes over the road to a lovely beach, loads of walks nearby and loads of excellent places to eat, including fabulous fresh croussants from the Spar 2 mins down the road. I am very fussy about where I stay - Tideaway was lovely, ticked all my boxes and i would definitely return and recommend."

- "Lovely caravan located to the rear of Spar on the main road opposite Trearddur Beach. Sleeps 4 and easily caters for 2 cars parking. Nice welcome pack. We had a dog so the enclosed garden with lawn was great. The caravan also had a large seating area with settee and lougers. Nice quiet and private givens it's location. 50 yards or so over the road to the beach. Only negative was cleanliness of sinks/cutlery. The power of the showers and heat control of the the only other negative. Those small things aside would come back again. Great central location, good for the dog and cosy well presented caravan. Owner Ken easy to get on with and solved any issue immediately."

- "We had a fantastic few days. The house is beautiful and well kept. We could not have asked for a better 3 day escape! The house was well equipped, warm and inviting. Ken was a gracious host. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! " - "This is a wonderful place to stay. There were some difficulties outlined below, but we would choose to stay there again. It is clean and very convenient to restaurants and the beach. The store next door has the basics and is convenient, although pricey. The nearby take-aways and restaurants are quite good. Our complaint is that the binder for the house with passwords, instructions, and appliance information was incomplete. For example, it has instructions about taking the trash out on alternating Mondays, but doesn't say where to put it. The instructions for the appliances were not there, and they are complicated devices. There was an impressive espresso machine with no instructions, the microwave was very difficult to get to operate, the oven has some unusual features and was difficult to figure out, and the floor heater in the kitchen was non-functional. It was not possible to contact the owner for more information; one could only send an email with a response that it would be days for an answer to questions, or leave a phone message with an equally long time promised until a response.Since the kitchen floor heater did not work, it was a very cold place to be much of the day.The people at the convenience store next door were helpful with some information about trash and checking in and out. Check with them if you have questions.Overall, a good location. It would be better with a complete binder and a contact person."

- "+ seaviews from the front room and conservatory are fantastic. A lovely home from home. Fantastic weather made sitting in the garden watching the daily fly over from the local RAF base a real pleasure. Would quite happily return to this cottage and look forward to returning in the future. - only a slight negative is the arrival time think 4pm is a bit late in the day. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo" - "A lovely well equipped bungalow the only thing that is a bit of a problem is the entrance between two stone walls you have to take a wide sweep with a large car to get in, you do get used to it though we would go again if funds allow. - "What a lovely house, in a great location. Absolutely perfect. We had a great weekend in Trearddur Bay and couldn’t fault the house we stayed in. The only slight issues. I couldn’t find the welcome book explaining everything about the house, how all the electrics worked and the WiFi code (with it being wales the signal is poor 😢 so WiFi was needed). Could not get hold of the owner to explain any of our query’s. Text them on numerous occasions. Other than that we had an amazing weekend at the house. Would definitely return, just for the views if nothing else. "
