- "I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a very nice room which was well decorated with good quality bed linen that matched the decor. I was impressed because nothing seemed like too much trouble, I needed an early breakfast on a Sunday and that was no trouble, even though I offered to just have just cereal and bread left out, I was treated to full cooked breakfast. You could not ask for a nicer proprietor and Jo was a terrific host. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Seagull noise was minimal (nice surprise) and the double glazing gave excellent sound proofing if needed. There is plenty of parking either on site or the road outside. Next time I am sailing/visiting in Llandudno, this is where I shall stay. "

I love my caravan as it is super cosy and has absolutely everything you will need for a very comfortable stay in Llandudno. The bed is Super King Size, the pictures don't do it justice. It is situated in the centre of Llandudno, 5 mins from Asda, 10 mins from the town and 15 mins from the beach. Fantastic little get away for a fraction of the price of a hotel.

The space
As much as I love my caravan please be aware that this is a 2 Berth Caravan which means the living area is small and so is the bathroom. It is NOT Suitable for small children, elderly or people with mobility issues.

Check in time is after 3 pm but if you need earlier please ask as that may be possible. Also you may check in after the allocated 9 pm but please be aware that my phone will then be turned off so you wont be able to contact me late.
I am sorry that I have had to do this but I have had phone calls at 1 am over silly things. You will have access to the whole caravan and the garden surrounding it.

Please be aware that if you book, but then arrive and decide it is too small for you then you will NOT be getting a refund as I have clearly stated that this is a 2 Berth Touring Caravan.

We are located a few steps to the beach. Right next door to a licensed beach cafe .
You will arrive as strangers who are sight seeing, walking Snowdon, Adrenalin hunting the largest Zip wire or perhaps visiting the theatre. Or taking a slow pace browsing Conwy castle. Whatever your reason to stay when you leave we hope you leave with happy peaceful vibes.
The house is newly renovated but still ongoing and will will be shared with us and maybe other guests.
The walls are coated ( where decorated ) with Little greene and Farrow & ball paint colours.
The kitchen bench has a warm and cosy organic locally made sheepskin rug.
We offer you complimentary tea & coffee this can be enjoyed overlooking the sea from either the upstairs or downstairs lounge.

We use natural cleaning or homemade products when available.
If you have an allergies please let me know.

Your cosy king size bed is dressed in fine linen to soothe you to sleep, hoping you feel like a Welsh mermaid.

Step out of the door and you are surrounded by the sea, you can watch the beauty of the sun rising or reflect on the day watching the sun set.

A short walk along the coastal path takes you to the quaint Rhos on sea , past the famous St Trillos church.
A 5 minute (4 mile drive £10 taxi) or bus) takes you to the Victorian town of Llandudno, where you can scale the great Orme, by car,foot, Tram or cable car.
Conwy castle is £12 taxi ride or a shirt 10 minute drive.
There is always something to do if you can’t switch off!

We are currently renovating so various areas of the house may be in accessible or dusty when you visit.

Situated centrally in a quiet street only a 5 minutes walk from Llandudno North Shore promenade with easy access to shops,bars, restaurants, cafes and attractions.
We have a double bedroom, and en suite room and toilet. Facilities include free- wi -fi, flat screen TV, hair dryer and kettle for tea and coffee making.
Free off street parking alongside one private parking space for guests on driveway.

This is a lovely, bright, spacious room in my home. You will get access to the bathroom, kitchen and garden. My home is 5 mins from Asda, 10 mins from the High Street and Train Station and 15 mins from the Beach, so easy to walk everywhere. I proved bedding and towels plus tea and coffee. There is parking outside on a first come first serve basis.

A great location for easy access to services and amenities in Llandudno town centre. Excellent for romantic walks.

A wonderful location in Llandudno town centre within the province of Llandudno. It is surrounded by some of the popular bnb's and hotels. Walking distance to various locations including Llandudno train station, Asda, Sainsbury's, marks and Spencer, Gregg's, home bargain, McDonald's, pubs, restaurants, shopping centres, Llandudno promenade, Llandudno pier, happy valley, great orme, tram etc. As you walk out of the property , left takes you to the promenade from which you can see the pier, the small and Great orme, right takes you to the town centre, west shore, pubs, restaurant etc. A great location for easy access within Llandudno especially for romantic walks. Simply park your car in one of the free parking spaces and you can get to anywhere local within walking distance.

Railway station and free 24 hour parking close by. Only a short drive to the centre of Snowdonia. You will be the only guests during your stay. Breakfast is included if you require it.

We welcome you to share our home with us and enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay from the lounge or patio.

We have welcomed tired snowdon trekkers, social butterflies , people visiting friends and family in the area. Adrenaline junkies who have braved the zip wire and sighting romantic couples wanting some peace to blow away the cobwebs.
We welcome everyone , sadly not under 16’s to leave as a friend.

We offer you a comfortable firm double mattress with a single adult bunk above. There is a handy little sink in the bedroom and just outside your door is the bathroom, where you can hook your phone to the Bluetooth mirror & sing to the seals whilst in the shower.
We have another listing for a king size bed with an ensuite if this would be suitable.?

You can enjoy complimentary coffee or tea and there is always a choice of cereal for breakfast or supper. No cooking or kitchen use. Enjoy your morning coffee back in bed or watching the waves from either the upstairs or downstairs lounge, the choice is yours!
We are ideally located right next door to the licensed beach cafe, where there is great food all day.

We use natural & homemade cleaning products reducing harmful toxins for us and the sea. Let me know if you have any allergies.
We understand packing light is good so enjoy using our complimentary body products that are all natural & or organic.
