My place is close to all the amenities of Leeds, the universities, the parks and generous grounds of the property, the property is close to restaurants and dining as well as countryside with good access to the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. You’ll have a ‘country in the city' feel with its cosy log burner, private garden, off street parking.

The space
The Coach House faces west so if you are lucky enough to have a sunny evening you will no doubt use the patio furnature to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. In the event its not so nice you will be equally well provided for sat inside round the large log burner.

With an open plan kitchen living area and seating round the dining table for 6 meals with family or friends will be relaxing. Should you be attending a wedding or event there are two rooms in the main house that can be rented individually, in addition, giving accommodation for 10 people in total.

As the Coach House is to the rear of Albert House its really quiet not near any roads. Should you want to bring a dog thats not a problem just count it in your numbers as a person then I make sure the cleaner has extra time to ensure the place is immaculate for the next guest.

The property has been recently redecorated in summer 2023 as well as having a recent replacement sofa.

Guest access
You get to use the whole Coach House and two parking spaces, you would also be welcome to use and wander the gardens of the main house. There are some lovely spaces and I am really proud of the gardens. I keep chickens at the end of the main garden and in spring the grounds come alive with thousands of bulbs.
