- "It’s a pleasant village and the cottage has unique old cottage feel but with modern amenities. Thanks for our stay!" - "Oozing character together with modern facilities, comfortable and warm, nice welcome touch with fresh milk and bottle of prosecco." - "Overall a lovely quirky property. We would stay here again. We did have an issue with the toilet but the company arranged for it to be remedied on the same day. The two bottles of wine which were in the fridge when we arrived was a lovely surprise. As somebody else has commented, the kitchen could do with being equipped with a few more utensils. We hired the cottage for ten days so having a washing machine there would have been nice. Also we could have done with a few more instructions in the welcome book, regarding were the switch for the cooker was, how to get heat from the fire in the living room and we never did manage to get live television."
