The space
A newly renovated and stylishly furnished one-bedroom space with all the amenities surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. The large bright glass windows allow you to admire the amazing Renaissance beauty of Florence from the comfort of your living room. Guests have access to garden and the pool that are shared with our family of four when we are there.

Guest access
The apartment is our guesthouse. It has a terrace with a table and sun chairs for the use of our guests. Guests have access to the whole garden and the pool ( usually open June to September) but these are shared with our family when we are also at the property.
We would like to host people who are mindful about the environment. Respect the nature around you, recycle and limit the use of electricity.

Other things to note
This listing is perfect for you if you’re looking for tranquility. It’s a beautiful green neighborhood where you can enjoy quiet and walks in the woods. Keep in mind that there are no shops next door and you cannot really get food delivered up here... Maybe shop in advance or hit the lovely local shops to get some delicacies once you're settled in.
You definitely need a car unless you plan on walking up and down a hill, 30 minutes dowa and 45 up.
