The space
The Bungalow is a separate studio from our house with a bedroom, a separate ensuite and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a small cane couch. Access to the deck is via a sliding door where there is a table and chairs and sun lounges. The bathroom has an average-sized shower with shampoo etc, toilet and hand basin. The kitchenette has a breakfast bench and stools, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The essentials for breakfast are provided: coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, milk, orange juice, water bottles, crockery and cutlery. There is no sink in the kitchenette, so please leave any used crockery in the provided tub.

Street parking available - please park beside the boat. The bungalow is accessed via balcony passing alongside our house to the shared deck. For your security, cameras are in place and there are movement sensor lights after dark.

Please note that when you book for two people, you are booking one bed, if you need a second bed, please book for three people, or you will be charged $50 per person per night for the extra bed.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located new unit. A short 400 m walk on footpaths and you're in the CBD. Mum and Dad have their own Queen bed while the kids and their friends have their own room to sleep.
Ride to the St Helens MTB trails, bring your boat and go fishing, drive to the Derby MTB trails while the non riders can stay and enjoy themselves on the beautiful St Helens.

The space
Enjoy yourself in this two bedroom unit with kitchen, lounge and dining in the same open space. Walk to the nearby Colchis Creek, have a fish or a paddle if you have a kayak. Walk by two short walkways directly into town for meals, coffee or a post ride drink at a number of establishments. Ride 2 blocks to Gravity Shuttles. I am aware that the listing states the yard is fenced, but it is not. Sorry, I can't change it in the description.

Other things to note
No Smoking anywhere on the premises. There is lockable storage for bikes please ask for access. We are 'young family friendly' as we know how expensive it can be be for young children to bring their friends. Bringing more than 5 guests? Bring their bedding and towling, there is now a sofa bed, though we won't supply linen.
No illicit substances.
Rather than booking, send an inquiry for your dates, if you wish to stay 3 or 4 nights we can offer you $80 for night 3 and $10 for night 4.
