Located 2.5 km from the famous Francorchamps circuit, at the foot of the walks. Spa Malchamp Aerodrome 4 km, Spa 7 km, Stavelot 7 km, Malmédy 7 km.
The room is 13 m², with a dressing room and table/desk.
Next door is the toilet and in front of the bedroom is the bathroom shared with the owner of the premises. This bathroom is super clean and regularly maintained.
You can enjoy the front terrace for breakfast/picnic if the weather permits. In good weather, you can also enjoy the back terrace with the pool, heated from mid-June to the end of June until September, depending on the weather.
If you wish to use the pool, it is best to ask before booking if the pool heating is working on the date of the booking.
Sun loungers and armchairs are available.
There is also a small covered terrace with two armchairs in front of the garden house.

It is possible to enter the house without my presence via key box.
If you want to use the pool it is better to ask if the heater is working when you arrive. In general, the heater is running around mid-June to September.
But it's best to ask if the pool heating works before you book.

During the Grand Prix, we rent two rooms in our charming house that we are finishing renovating. It is located in the beautiful small hamlet of Amermont, 4 minutes' drive from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Pleasant room with a 160 cm bed with, right next door, its private shower room and toilet.
We offer another room, a "small living room" where there is a table with two chairs, a sofa as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and some dishes (2 cups, 2 large and 2 small plates, cutlery and 4 glasses).
If you'd like, we can provide a TV screen for you to play movies or series via USB stick only!

The space
Our house is located on the heights of the city of Stavelot, close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and about fifty meters from the Ravel L-45 - 44a leading directly to "Blanchimont" (+/- 1 hour on foot or 15 minutes by bike from the circuit). We reserve an extensive parking space dedicated to our guests. We can also offer to put bicycles and/or scooters in the shelters in our garage. Close-by shops and restaurants.
On request, we can offer you pastries for breakfast (to order only).

Guest access
We will greet you in person to introduce you to the premises and hand you the keys.
You will easily find enough to park since we reserve you a large parking space in our courtyard.
Check-out time is to be agreed together and may be variable.

During your stay
We are at your disposal for any necessary information or support but also know how to make ourselves discreet.

Other things to note
The rest of our house is private but we can offer a space in our second fridge for you to deposit drinks or others.
It's good to note that we have the joy of having a two-year-old boy who, fortunately for everyone, is very calm but who remains a toddler. Thank you in advance for your understanding :-)

If you are without a car, your host will be happy to drive you to the area and pick you up / take you back to Verviers train station. Bilingual French-English host.

We are located in a small quiet village right next to the Francorchamps circuit. The tour is within walking distance or we can take you there! For a group of 4 people, we provide two beautiful bedrooms and a beautiful large bathroom just for you. A small living room is also accessible. You'll be pampered throughout your stay! The space
We provide two bedrooms, a large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub with views of nature (see photos) used only by our hosts (we have a second bathroom and toilet for us). A third bedroom converted into a cozy living room is also offered. On request, it can be suitable as a room for 1 person.

This unique accommodation is located in the middle of nature while being close to the circuit. It is 400 meters from the entrance of Les Combes (5 min walk).
This is the closest home to one of the circuits in the Green Zone.
This accommodation is central, it is in the middle of the F1 atmosphere, the various campsites and the Young Village.

is an entire home on an area of 30 m2 which includes:
* a shower room with sink and toilet cabinet. Bath towels are available to you
* One bedroom composed of 2 90cm single beds. Bed linens are provided
* a kitchen area including 2 cooking cases, a fridge with small freezer, a microwave with grill and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. You will also find the basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil
* a lounge area with TV screen for Netflix
* outside you have a terrace with table & chairs
* Free parking is available on your premises

The accommodation is an annex to our new home, so we are at your disposal to meet your needs if necessary.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, to be agreed in advance for a better organization.
We cannot accept pets. No smoking inside.
We will ask you to sort your waste. You will have the appropriate instructions and garbage cans.
