public transport is less than 100m from the house and can quickly take you into town or by the sea! of course, the price is the price for a room!there is a fridge outside for guests ,and the possibility when you stay several days to prepare meals. Possibility of making coffee or tea for breakfast.

The space
Located in a very quiet residential area, the studio is adjacent to our house and completely self-contained.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: microwave, induction stove, pots, pans and dishes for all meals.
The bathroom has a washing machine and a towel dryer. There are also towels, bath mats and a hairdryer.
A first aid kit is available.
The sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to unfold. You'll feel like you're sleeping on a real bed!
The studio is also equipped with internet, Full HD TV and air conditioning.
On the terrace, you can relax after a busy day, have your meals and aperitifs. A barbecue is also available.
In the pool, you'll also have access to the jacuzzi area.
For everything else, we are just next door if needed!

Our lovely studio is adjacent to our small villa. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.
In the studio, you will find everything you need to spend a nice vacation.
The swimming pool is free to use at any time and the jacuzzi as well. A BBQ is also provided if needed.
