Amongst the untouched wilderness and vast blue skies, Elmley has managed to combine conservation and luxury to create a truly unforgettable stay. The custom-made, cosy Shepherd's Huts - Little Owl or Samphire - were commissioned especially from sustainable materials and have incredible views over the reserve. Wood-burning stove, en-suite bathrooms, double beds and outside fire pit, all contribute to the barefoot luxury feel. Both huts have self-catering facilities or guests can dine on a menu of seasonal and local produce at our restaurant or get supper baskets and breakfast hampers, delivered direct to your hut door.
There really is no bad time to visit, as the changing seasons see the reserve unfold in all its incredible natural surroundings. The 3,300 acres of protected land are yours to roam (within designated conservation paths) on this unique island, which is all within an hour’s commute from London.

We have recently acquired our lovely direct sea view, front row clifftop caravan. The caravan is nearly new, boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 loos, is centrally heated and in good condition throughout. We are a very short drive from two of the best beaches on the island, and have easy access to some beautiful walks and natures reserves. The site itself has an indoor and outdoor pool, clubhouse and shop (March-November), outdoor play area and basketball MUGA.
We very much welcome couples & small families.
Other things to note
We welcome couples, tourists, bird-watchers and small families. Our place isn’t suitable for parties or big get togethers as it is our family place & we’re situated in a quiet area of the holiday park.
The pool is open every day in the summer holidays (closed Thursday off season). Passes for the swimming pool & clubhouse are £1 per person, per day - children under 5 are free.
You cannot directly access the beach by foot from the property as we are on a cliff top, but there are beaches just a few minutes drive away in both directions.
