Built in 1900, this former farmer’s house was completely renovated 10 years ago. Its structure is typical of the farmhouses of rural Galician making distinction on the outside, in capital and solid granite stone facade holding its wooden beams and stone, but also inside the home makes their past record its stone walls, wooden ceilings and fireplace typical of Galicia, which give the house a unique charm.

Excellent location between Ferrol and A Coruña, within walking distance of Cabanas Beach, Fragas do Eume, Pontedeume, the AP-9 motorway, supermarkets, and a swimming pool with spa. Van parking space, bicycle and surfboard storage. Car required.

This large apartment has a carefully designed and personalized decor that will make you feel right at home. The area is quiet, very sunny, and the space is cozy and magical. Its decorated facade is inspired by my ceramics and is intended to be a tribute to the joy of living.
