- "The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of room for accommodation. We stayed at Gulmohar house, which was ideal for our group of 7 Adults. We had a special request to have chef onsite who can cook jain food for my parents and in-laws. Nirmal and Chunnilal (the caretakers) went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. They even took care of some last minute/urgent food related requests. The neighborhood is also in a safe and nice location with a beautiful area to take morning walks by the flowing river. The garden has a nice overlook to the mountains to watch morning sunrise with a cup of tea/breakfast. The only thing maybe worth noting is (which wasn't an issue for us), the place is about 35-40 mins drive from McLeod Ganj - so something to consider for those who want to drive up there everyday."

It is our house where we welcome you in our family. We are situated in the centre of Kasol, Malana, Magic Vally, Manikaran, Kheerganga and Tosh. You just have to pack your bags with your winter cloths and reach our place, rest will be taken care by us. The house is on the top of a hill from where you will have a beautiful view (please refer to the pictures). Our previous clients tell us that they have found their #HomeinHimalayas.

It is an independent house with 4 rooms, out of which there is one room for our guests. There are 4-5 thick floor mattresses in each room with enough blankets to keep you warm :)
- In the room we can accommodate 3-5 guests.
- There are two common washrooms (WC & Indian) out of which one has attached bathroom with geyser so you can have a happy bath even in winters ;)
- A kitchen: It is a very normal kitchen with fridge, utensils, a gas stove with two burners, a chulah (Earth stove) and always an option for bonfire and roast something under the stars

Noise:
Playing loud music, excessive noise, and shouting are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment.

Smoking:
Smoking is permitted only in the gardens, balconies, and verandas— Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Pets:
We regret that pets are not allowed on the property.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner.

Occupancy:
The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

Children:
Children under 6 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents' room, provided no extra bed is required.

ID proof:
Every guest is required to provide a valid photo ID at the time of arrival.

Parking:
Parking is available within the premises; however, it is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please note that only cars and SUVs can be parked within the premises. Larger vehicles like tempo traveller cannot be parked here.

Drivers:
Meals for drivers are available upon request (chargeable), but please note that we do not offer accommodation facilities for drivers.

Meals:
We provide freshly prepared meals from our kitchen at an extra charge. Orders should be placed in advance, with the final order accepted by 9 PM and the last serving by 10 PM. Our kitchen opens at 7 AM

Heating & Cooling:
The room is equipped with air conditioning system that offers heating and cooling options for a comfortable indoor atmosphere.

Bonfire:
Bonfire can be arranged in the garden area and is chargeable. However, due to weather conditions such as snow or rain, this service will not be available

Illegal Activities:
Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.

Guest Belongings:
We prioritize the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However, guests are responsible for the security of their personal items. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.

Laundry:
Washing clothes in the bathrooms or cottages is not allowed. You may utilize our in-house laundry service, which is available at an additional cost.

Housekeeping:
Housekeeping services will be provided once a day for your convenience. Linens are replaced on alternate days, while fresh bath towels can be provided daily upon request.

Power Backup:
Though power cuts are rare, but we have an inverter backup to ensure room lights remain operational. In the event of extended power cuts, a full backup generator will be operating during the night hours from 7 PM to 11 PM and in the morning from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Damage:
In case of any damage to the property or breakage/ damage of any items in the house, the guests will be charged at actual cost and the decision of the management shall be final.

Due to the wooden interiors of the house, the use of candles or any fire-related items indoors is not allowed for safety purposes.

All guests are expected to maintain decorum during their stay ensuring that other guests can also enjoy their privacy and comfort.

To help us keep the cottages in excellent condition, guests are requested to treat the home with care. While we take great effort in maintaining the cottages, if any maintenance problems arises, please inform the caretaker immediately so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
