Important Update_ We have started hosting again with all the necessary precautions and the biggest plus is that this place has natural distancing with huge open spaces plus the fact that we host few number of people at one time. Most times you will have the entire space to yourself. Also, the cottage grounds are separate to the camproom or tents area so the cottage sits stand alone with your own privacy and space intact. Plus the cottage side has its own garden, fireplace and places to walk.So if you are looking for space then perhaps in all honesty this is the place coupled with great food and nice helpers with most food ingredients being local.
This is a perfect spiritual space specifically designed and chosen for people looking to have a retreat in the midst of the lower Himalayas amongst beautiful virgin mountains and verdant forests. THE SPACE
It’s all mountains around, quiet, serene with views of the Himalayas and nestled in a beautiful valley with all necessary facilities while are more than what such places normally provide.The idea is not to make it harsh for people wanting to experience such a thing for the first time. So you have your things and are at ease while you experience the real thing here. You have hot water, electricity, phone signals.. JIO works best and a little bit of airtel and idea. Dhanaulti now has all jio towers. You also have a cook who makes wonderful, healthy food according to your tastes.You have a wonderful choice of books to read and lots of wonderful material to ponder over but above all you have a very wonderful and spiritual setting where you feel on a literal high.Green spaces in the huge garden where you can make any one corner your own in the beautiful sun. The biggest thing about the place is the space where you stay and our green space where you do whatever you come here to do. Just being one with nature or trying to find yourself afresh and finding , re-finding meaning to your life. This is the biggest plus of being here . You will know when you come here. The energy is the biggest asset of any space and you have here what really touches you and charges you beyond words.
SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE
This place would work wonders for people not just looking for retreats and quiet solitude but also people looking for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. You would need a minimum of atleast a couple of days to truly feel something but normally it would work best if you come here for a week to a few weeks. Of course you are also welcome to spend a day here to reconnisance but honestly you can only experience the serenity and energy of the place if you come for a few days. Would suit small groups, indiviguals, couples, single men and women. It's important to know what you are actually looking for before deciding to come here. If you really feel you are going to enjoy nature . Walking down the pebbled path being one with the basics of the mountains then you would love it. You also need to be aware of your physical adaptability. This is a place where we have 70 year old guests and 7 year old children but there is a huge difference between 2 sets of people. You may be 20 and yet you may not have developed the awareness liking and physical requirements for the place. This is a proper mountain trek walk and a steep ascent when you check out. People love the experience and 25 minutes mountain trek is not a lot for them but its an indivigual thing. Come here only if u feel you can do this and enjoy it. That judgement has to be yours and you are solely responsible for that. We can only guide you with the description here.

Accomodation is in very good quality and warm tent houses and cottage. Carpeted and cozy.
CAMPFIRE
You always have fire burning in the evenings which feels wonderful with the chill outside. The sun is out in its full glory and when it starts to get dark we have the fire going on where you can sit around and relax and talk or even do some kind of barbecue if you want.
HOW TO REACH
The place is accessed by a 25 minute trek which is very basic and done by even children and older people but you have got to be atleast moderately fit and carrying no major illnesses. It's around 1200 metres down the mountain one side and going uphill the same way when you check out. It's basic but a proper mountain trek . Its a place for adventure and nature loving people. Rough and tough kinds with love for the mountains.
A lot of people inquire about this trek but honestly for most people who are even average fit this does not even classify as a trek as it's too short a distance and time to be considered a trek in the right sense. But what it does is that it gives an unbelievable setting to the place.
But bear in mind that this is a proper mountain trek . You should be reasonably fit and carrying no health issues. You have got to decide on your own if you are fit enough to do this mountain trek walk and enjoy it.Some find it easy and exhilarating and some may find it challenging . So judge and decide for yourself before booking.
We are right in the middle of nature and the mountains. It's something to behold and experience. It is common sense to not bring suitcases but shoulder bags which you can yourself carry down. On your own. In exceptional cases where we feel that you really need help we will try to get someone to help you.one of the biggest highlights of this place is actually this most beautiful trek and the place is a perfect retreat spot where you feel cut-off from the world and absolutely no one to disturb you and yet within close reach of every other facility you may need if you want.
WHAT MORE WILL YOU GET AND EXPERIENCE
The best sunset and sunrise point in the area. Huge garden space where you can lie down or do anything and most of all you have your privacy where you can do your own thing and be yourself. There are numerous beautiful trails in this area and if you love walking in the mountains also then this would be like eden for you. The Himalayas start from here and if you intend to stay for a few days then we could take you on a drive to more beautiful spots in the upper Himalayas if you want. For those that want specific healing we have people who help you with it if you want. Pranic healing , soul healing , ayurveda are all provided if you let us know before coming.
To sum everything up this is a place where you can really find your true self. This is not just about commercialism but to give you what your body, soul and mind really need especially at certain moments in life. Not everyone understands this but we do and some of you do too. It’s about giving you the real thing. And we try to tailor-make things according to what will serve you best and give you the near- perfect experience. We have put this on AIRBNB for the first time as we feel that there may be sme AIRBNB guests who would want to experience this. But we have had many guests from India and abroad over the last 7 years to this very place so it’s actually running successfully for a long time.
