~In-house Meals~

We have a meal package as below:
*Rs.1200 per person for breakfast and one major meal (Lunch or Dinner)
*Rs. 1500 per person for all meals

~Ordering & Dining~
* Dining options are available in nearby hotels
* We have tied up with a local resto kitchen nearby and have prepared a selected menu with them for our guests (available at the property). Guests are welcome to order food using the menu. The food is prepared fresh, and all ingredients are bought fresh. The order should be made at least 3 hours in advance (between 10 AM - 7 PM) for the kitchen to prepare and deliver at the property. This encourages local community involvement to promote tourism. Our caretaker will heat and serve the food for our guests.

* Extra Linen change is chargeable @ ₹ 500 per room including towels.
* No meals are included in the price
* Barbecue apparatus is available at an additional charge of ₹ 1000
* Bonfire is available at ₹ 1500 for 3 hours

~Pet Policy~
* We welcome guests with pets, however the same is chargeable at ₹2000 towards a one-time cleaning fee.
* Mess and poop to be managed by the guests. Pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds.

Stay arrangements for helpers like cooks or drivers is not available at the property. We can help find accommodation within a 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the cottage - the patio and a small private green lawn at the rear side of the apartment.

Other things to note
The parking for the property is in the visitor parking near to the main gate. Guests will need to walk to the cottage from the visitor parking.

Our property is a private home and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality well-maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests.

The nearby stores selling basic groceries are located about 500m away. The market shuts down by 7:30 - 8:00 PM.

* Water is scarce in the mountains. We request our guests not to waste water. Adequate water will be provided for your stay. If we observe a wastage of water, a water refill charge of ₹500 per day will be applicable.

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 attic bedroom on the second floor of the main cottage.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a comfortable queen-sized bed, AC, heater, Wi-Fi access, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
- All bedrooms open up to a separate lounge area, with ample seating arrangements. 
- The bedroom on the second floor also has an extra single bed. 
- A few bedrooms overlook the beautiful plunging valleys. 
Please note, there are a total of 7 bedrooms and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 5 bedrooms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 snug and well-furnished living rooms, 2 in the main cottage and 1 in the second cottage. One is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor. 
- Both the living rooms in the main cottage offer sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 5 people and are equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and a heater.
- There is a separate dining room on the ground floor of the main cottage that can seat up to 6 people.
- The first floor of the cottage houses the games room and entertainment area. It features stocked bookshelves and a selection of indoor games. 
- The breathtaking exteriors of the property feature a 2000 sq. ft. lawn with a seating capacity of 10 people. 

KITCHEN
- There is a commercial kitchen and a kitchenette. Guests may only use the kitchenette for reheating purposes. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

Guest access
There are 2 cottages on the premises. Guests have access to the main cottage, except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Other things to note
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Whisk away to a dreamy holiday amidst the mountains. This cosy, yet spacious holiday home will leave you wanting more. Within the property, guests can start their day with a lazy morning stroll on the lawns, and soak in the refreshing air. Be one with nature and capture the breathtaking views that come as a norm in each nook of this property. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully, amidst the incredible landscapes. Play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Lounge and unwind in the various common areas of this home. End the day with a bonfire night in the company of your loved ones.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is spread across 2 cottages and there are a total of 6 bedrooms if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen and the ground floor of the second cottage. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. 
- The property has several indoor fireplaces, however, for safety purposes, guests do not have access to the same. 
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas for security purposes. 
- The location of the villa is secluded. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of monkeys around.
- Owing to the narrow roads and limited parking space, guests are advised against driving SUVs and large vehicles to the property.
