- "On the outside it appears like a nice place, but the rooms are old and rickety, the shower is very cramped, the bathrooms are on odd half levels that you have to wander around to find. I happened to have very friendly roommates for the nights I was there, and the lockers for things were very small---too small to fit any carry-on luggage in. You just have to trust that no one will go through your things. The area is close to major shopping centers, which is great because there's a lot of food options. However, everything closes very early. Check-in took a very, very long time, but check-out was a breeze."

Overall, the hostel staff was wonderful! We paid for a 3 person room with private shower. Essentially, you walk in and they hand you your sheets. The room was rubber mattresses (you put on your own sheets), and rubber covered pillows. Bunkbeds. Blankets are folded on the foot of the bed. They seemed clean, but you re-fold and leave on the foot of the bed, so I'm not sure how often they are washed? It was a good strong shower, but they don't provide towels normally. We asked, and they did give us some to use. Bathroom was in the hall and shared. Floors in our room seemed a bit dirty, we kept our shoes on. We went to dinner and the hostel was empty, when we returned an hour later, the place was packed. We hadn't realized that you can buy dinner there for very inexpensive. They also serve beer and wine. Breakfast was traditional breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. That was quite nice. Overall, people were wonderful, but if you're looking for a "hotel", this is not it. If you just need a bed and a shower and don't mind potentially sharing space, this will work. Also, free wi-fi, pool table, and tv in a community space"

- "Everything was well" - "Very unpleasant stay! I booked a full room using Hotels.com website as the shared rooms were no longer available, and the room is advertised to have 4 beds for family setting. i paid the total amount of 132 Euros for the room and when i arrived onsite, i was given a bed in a shared room with other people that acording to the person who gave me the keys costs 29 Euros per bed. She asked me to cancel the booking online which is not refundable and to pay 29 Euros in cash. She could only speak spanish and after several trials in commmunicating and using google translate she understood that my room is paid online so she gave me the keys. I contacted the host to ask about the amount i paid and the return was that i booked on hotels.com site and i should have booked on HostelWorld site. He said that since i paid, i agreed to the payment conditions and that they will not refund any money. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the host, again he refused to reimburse claiming that the room i booked is the room is was given. I fail to understand that as i paid way more than the price of a bed in a shared room. The room state overall is not that bad, although there is an upper bed with no easy stairs or climb to reach. there is one bathroom and one toilet shared with 2 other rooms (mixed) so 12 total people sharing same bathroom and toilet. If one signs up for this, it is not that bad as a hostel experience, but the communication and the customer service are terrible. "
