- "Wij waren hier met 8 volwassen personen in de herfstvakantie. Zeer mooie, grote en goedgelegen chalet. Vooral de leefruimte is indrukwekkend groot, met bar en biljart, zeer grote zithoek met voldoende zetels, grote eettafel, goed uitgeruste keuken. We vonden enkel dat er (te) weinig glazen waren, vooral bierglazen ontbraken. Alles wel heel proper en goed in orde! De ligging is top, vlak bij het meer van Bütgenbach, de wandelwegen passeren langs de chalet. We hadden geen hinder van de andere chalets die er achter liggen, het is er compleet rustig. Enig minpuntje zijn de slaap- en badkamers: 2 van de 4 slaapkamers zijn zeer klein (je kan nauwelijks langs het bed). De beide ruime en moderne badkamers zijn enkel toegankelijk via één van de slaapkamers. Dat is soms wel vervelend, zeker omdat er geen aparte WC in de chalet is. Ondanks dat laatste zouden wij er zeker nog teruggaan."

Wij bieden deze chalet te huur aan voor gezinnen met max. 7 personen. De chalet heeft een ruime woonkamer met eetkamer en salon, een ingerichte keuken met alle voorzieningen, een badkamer met toilet, lavabo en douche. Er zijn drie slaapkamers. Op het gelijkvloers vind je een 2 persoonskamer en daarnaast een 3 persoonskamer bestaande uit 1 stapelbed (2 p) en een eenpersoonsbed. De chalet ligt in het vakantiepark "Le Bochetay" in Heure (Somme-Leuze)
Het vakantiepark is rustig gelegen op een soms heuvelachtig terrein en is een ideaal startpunt voor wandelingen en fietstochten. De bungalows zijn volledig gelijkvloers en liggen in groepjes verspreid in het bos. De binnenafwerking is steeds in hout wat een hartelijke sfeer geeft.

- "We really enjoyed our stay it was well equipped as we are british and the chalet i presumed gets more french and belguim visitors as signs where not in english I did have to translate the supplied information on how to access the property but i have given this to the owner incase he gets anymore british people staying. We took our own anazon fire stick which worked well so we could watch some of the apps on there netflixs anazon abd disney channels but the uk freeview like pluto iplayer etc wouldnt work due to the location but this wasnt an issue for us There are a few dogs around that bark a bit during the day and early evening but not at night so didnt spoil the stay Theres a handy bar restaurant 1km from the chalet as well plus a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations in Durbuy Altogether it is a great place to visit the decor is fading and not as fresh as the photos but everything's as it should be"

All lights in the chalet are energy saving LED lights. They are all dimmable and controlled by remotes.
Colour lights can be found in the Dining Room, Lounge and on the bedside cabinets in the Large Bedroom.
By pressing the Top button on the remote several times you get the following settings:
Last Setting, Warm White, Daylight White, Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Light Blue, Green.
In the other area’s you will find different tones of Warm-Cold White light.

Heating:
Electrical Wall Heaters with Built-In Thermostats are available in the Lounge, Dining Room, Hall, Large & Small Bedrooms.
For our and your convenience and comfort, a brand new pellet stove with remote control has been installed. The instructions to use the pellet stove are available, but if you have never used a pellet stove, then we would suggest that you use the wall heaters. (You can buy pellets in the department stores in the area or bring them from home.)
The pellet stove is only available from October to end of March.
(Pellets can be purchased at the Reception.)

Pets:
We allow pets to keep you company in the chalet, but, you are expected to fold all blankets on the couches and put them in a cupboard, and replace them with blankets of your own to capture your pet's hair. Do not leave your pet alone in the chalet at all times.
As our chalet is pet friendly, we advise people with pet allergies of this.

Patio Furniture:
From April to the beginning of October, our patio furniture is on the terrace. This is stored away in the cold months of the year.
