Prior to arriving, the hotel offered to arrange transportation to/from Porto Seguro airport. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me by first name and we toured the property and amenities. The staff also helped me arrange taxis to/from Quadrado, which was ~ 10 minutes away by car. The suite was clean upon arrival and the staff offered turn-down service and laundry. The breakfast each morning was delicious with many options available. The beach club/bar was peaceful and a great spot to relax during the day.
