- "It was beautiful and very nice. Thanks " - "The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. There was a large fridge, kettle and mugs provided, just take your own coffee. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air con unit is quiet and works well, it is peaceful and we slept really well. You get a lovely sunset which we enjoyed from the gazebo which is lit with fairy lights. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent in quality and the menus are really nice, although some of the ingredients may be missing (Greek salad minus the feta) The callaloo parcels were just divine! I wanted the chefs signature herb crusted chicken but was warned off by the waitress saying it would take an hour to cook. Instead we ordered chicken pasta and goat curry which then took over an hour and a half to arrive. By the time our main course arrived 2h after we’d initially sat down we were past wanting to eat much. The locals seem to know to order in advance so it is ready when they arrive. If we had stayed longer, we would have done that for breakfast and dinner. It was the only thing that we didn’t like, you do want to wait over an hour for breakfast."

- "We had a delightful stay at this property. Its prime location right by the water is enhanced by beautifully maintained grounds. The exceptional cleanliness and brand-new mattresses added greatly to our comfort. There are several dogs on the property, all remarkably well-behaved. It took two days for the dogs to warm up to me as I tried to pet them, so concerns raised in previous reviews about a dog on a chain seem unfounded. Shakira and her family showed incredible hospitality, making our visit even more enjoyable."

Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. Water backs up in the shower stall. The bed linens looked like they were borrowed out of the Crimean war. I was served rotten fish in the onsite restaurant and was still charged for it. While the hotel is located on the main road it was not easy to be located due to poor signage. The stairs and hallway is poorly lit. "

There is a full shared outdoor kitchen on the outdoor upper balcony. The indoor Cocoa Lounge can be opened for your to purchase beverages, wine, beer and alcohol.
