- "I was initially impressed by the well organized check-in and by the room itself, particularly the private patio area. But I had the misfortune to get quite ill (NOT the hotel's fault.) Hotel staff arranged two trips to hospital emergency, and then stayed with me throughout my time in emergency making sure I was not alone. After I was admitted to hospital, hotel staff visited me every day, 2, sometimes 4 people. They made sure I was getting treatment I needed, provided amenities, and arrange needed extra hospital services. In over a week in hospital, the Cher Resort staff made sure I never felt alone. They made me part of their family. And they made what could have been a very difficult time for me quite bearable. Staff at the hotel went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected and I am extremely impressed. "
