- "I spent a lovely relaxing night at the peebles hydro. I was in a single room which was a perfect size. Had a lovely view from my window too. Especially enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. I felt there wasn't a lot of gluten free options on the menu though. The helpful staff member offered to tweak the dishes by removing food containing gluten but it's not the same if there's no actual alternative. I didn't really enjoy the salad but the mock tail and starter was lovely. "
