- "I booked a Deluxe apartment. I didnt realise it would be seperate to the hotel. We were disappointed with the bathroom as we were expecting a bit of luxury at the price per night. Instead we had bathroom suitable for disabled access. One of the reclining chairs had bare wires hanging out. There were 3 of us but only towels for 2 people. The sofa bed had not been made up but when we reported this to reception someone did come and make it up. On booking it said robes were provided, no robes on arrival but reception did organise this later, although we didnt get additional towels for third person. Because the sofa bed wasnt made up the lady on reception did offer to move us into the bothy which i viewed, but i declined as i thought it was very dark "
