- "We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and courteous despite this. The cappuccino is wonderful! It is in the newer part of town so the vicinity is half-finished and while we had a fantastic view the immediate area was unkept and poor. Location fantastic for the Basilica but we were basing ourselves there for a holiday so we would have been better nearer the old town for an evening atmosphere. Expect the customer service of a 6star Hotel but anything else definitely not a 4 star Hotel."
