Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.) Lovely place and would stay again if we ever return to Toba."
