You may bring your dog with you. Each dog is £50.00 per short stay and £59 per long stay (7 nights plus). We ask that you bring your pet basket/bed with you and ensure that your pet(s) does not lie on the bedding or chairs. Pets must not be left unattended in accommodation or elsewhere and must be exercised on a lead and in the charge of an adult.

Animals other than dogs can only be accepted with specific permission.
In the interest of visitors’ safety, and following government legislation, we are sorry we are unable to accept the following types of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Dogo Argentino, XL Bully even where these types of dog are muzzled as required by government legislation.

The ground floor:
The Retreat has a bright and spacious living room where you can relax with your loved ones. With a large sofa, matching armchair and a 4K Smart TV with SKY Q, it's the ideal spot to unwind. The property also boasts a second living space with a large U-shaped sofa and a 4K Smart Tv with SKY Q so you can head here for some peace and quiet.

The second living area leads off to the kitchen to the left which features spotlights and bright fittings which give the space a light feel. Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

The Retreat has a convservatory dining room with a large dining table, 4 dining chairs and a bench.

The first floor:
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you'll find three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Spacious and comfortable, the master bedroom benefits from a super-king size bed, plush bedding and premium bed linens, as well as a 4K Smart Tv with SKY Q.

The second bedroom on the first floor is home to a comfortable four-poster king size bed. A chair bed is also available in the room which can be made up on request. A 4K Smart TV with SKY Q is also available.

The family bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub with Smart TV, rainfall walk in shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience.

The second floor:
On the second floor, you'll find a further bedroom with three small double beds. The space also forms the property's cinema room with a walk in wardrobe, along with a modern en-suite shower room.

Garden:
Head outside and you'll find a family-friendly enclosed garden. The large space includes private hot tub, outdoor seating area , a spa style cold water bucket, cold water plunge and a small football goal.

There is private off road parking for one car to the front of the property as well as free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first serve basis. No permit is required.

Please note that our property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or any excessive noise. Due to council restrictions we require guests to refrain from use of the hot tub and any and all excessive noise in the garden between the hours of 9pm - 8am.

Check-in is from 4pm and the latest check-in time is 7pm. Check-out is before 10am.
