The split floor plan ensures privacy, with three bedrooms situated down a separate wing from the primary en-suite. The primary bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet for added convenience. Please note: closet will be emptied out prior to your stay.

The family room, adjacent to the kitchen, provides a cozy gathering space. A breakfast table that seats 6 is perfect for casual dining, and a half bath is conveniently located down the hallway off the kitchen.

We are located on the boarder of Paradise Valley & central Phoenix, right off the 51 highway. Our backyard over looks squaw peak mountain. Home is in the PERFECT location of Phoenix! We are 10-15mins from all upcoming sports events, downtown Phoenix, & Scottsdale. Airport is about 5-8mins away

Sumida park is a 2min walk from our home. The park is equipped with high end play ground, basketball court, & even has workout equipment. Across the street from the park you’ll find the famous Aunt Chiladas restaurant & bar, which not only has fantastic Mexican food, but a great outdoor patio, & fun bar. About another 2min walk you’ll find a small shopping center with a BofA bank, bar, restaurant, nail salon, yoga studio. We do have two bikes, but need notice if you’d like to borrow them. Beside that Uber or Lyft is a good way to get around.

4. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur while you are staying at the townhouse and any amenity spaces offered with your stay (including, but not limited to pool, etc.). If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone travelling with you, or the townhouse, please let us know as soon as you check in.

5. Mind the neighbors, please! Quite time is 10 PM-7:30 AM. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our townhouse - misbehavior costs $500.

6. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside of the townhouse, but please do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky townhouse costs $500.

7. A clean home is a happy home. If the townhouse is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

8. Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $50 charge for each hour.

9. Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. Our townhouse comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. However, if you are staying 30 days or more, there will be a charge of $150 for each additional 30 days and the condo will be cleaned every 30 days.

Arcadia Lite is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Phoenix! The homes are a mix of traditional Ranch homes, and tear downs with new builds on them. Grandfathered mature landscaping and a private floor irrigation system allows the neighborhood to have tall tress and mature landscaping that much of the Desert cannot offer. Avery East is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath single family home completed in August 2020. The ground floor offers a spacious, open concept with a large great room and dining area with ample windows that brighten up the warm and inviting living spaces. The chef’s kitchen features a handmade, oversized island, custom cabinetry and a gourmet appliance package.

The downstairs offers three bedrooms, including the master, each with their own design personality. The spacious master suite includes a luscious and inviting king bed and a show stopping master bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk-in closet. One guest bedroom has a beautiful queen bed that looks out to the impeccable backyard. The other guest room features two extra-long twin beds, which is is perfect for kids, teens, two adults.

Head up stairs to find a huge loft space, complete with a fourth bedroom, large walk-in closet, magazine-worthy bathroom, as well as a relaxing area to watch tv and enjoy gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain.

Our entertainer’s backyard features a heated pool (heating the pool is included in the nightly fee), lounge chairs, and a built-in gas BBQ. There are yard games and plenty of space for the leisure sport kings and queens to show off to friends and family.

The space
This is a mid-century home that I am only the 2nd owner. I have completely gutted it and added a 2nd bath. It is remodeled in an industrial boho style. It is very eclectic and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The floors are concrete and the walls are block. I made the chandelier and also the island with butcher block top. Super unique and industrial master bath with a giant vintage French gold chandelier, exposed copper plumbing, open shower, concrete counter and sink, and an amazing stick tank tub great for deep soaking! The furnishings are a mix of vintage and antique and new. I love to create serene, luxurious and comfy spaces no matter the size. This provides all those things and more. I use green "paper" products, natural cleaning products, no chemicals (except bleach cuz sometimes you just have to 😊!) I also provide a variety of beauty products not normally found in rentals, for both men and women such as face masks and shave cream, scented bath salts, bombs and candles for for a romantic relaxing bath, also standards-soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner. There is a private laundry and covered parking.
Guest access
This is a duplex that is completely private and separate, front and back. You will not share any areas. There is a private carport that is very long and can fit 2 small cars. Driveway is also quite lengthy. Super convenient to the I-10, the 202, the 51, the airport and ASU campuses. You will have access to all parts of this property which includes a very private backyard with 2 patios, one covered and one under the amazing grapefruit tree. Both have fairy lights. In front there is a courtyard with a fire pit and a front porch.
I do have high chair and pack and play crib along with children's dishes and books.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome with only a $75 pet cleaning fee. No extra nightly charges.

Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome one house-trained dog (medium or smaller). We kindly ask that your dog remain off the furniture and beds, and that they not be left unattended in the home or yard. Please ensure your pet does not disturb the neighbors, as we want everyone to enjoy their stay.

A $30 per night fee will apply for your dog. We also ask that any pet waste be picked up and properly discarded before check-out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these pet rules.

And don’t forget to enjoy fresh lemons, oranges, and grapefruits from our yard – the perfect addition to your stay!

Guest access
Entire Home Access – Enjoy full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and the master bedroom closet. Don’t worry, the master bedroom is equipped with a large dresser and a luggage stand for your convenience. Plus, there’s plenty of closet space in the other three guest rooms for all your belongings.

Other things to note
Parking: You’ll have plenty of parking available in the driveway, as well as on the street in front of the home—super convenient!

Entertainment: For some fun downtime, we’ve got a game cabinet full of board games, puzzles, and card games—think Monopoly, Jenga, Battleship, Scrabble, Connect 4, and more! There’s also a box of Lego to keep the little ones entertained.

Security: Just a heads-up, we have a doorbell camera at the front door, along with cameras in the side yard, backyard, and front driveway. These are simply for security purposes and to help us keep track of how many guests are in the home. We appreciate your understanding!

Permit & Pool Heat: We’re fully licensed with the Shape Phoenix Short Term Operating Permit, and you’ll find the license number in the guest handbook inside the home. Feel free to reach out if you need the permit number! Also, if you’d like to enjoy the heated pool during your stay, just let us know—it’s available for an additional fee.
