The space
This home is a Tri-level, located between Colonial Heights and Hopewell. It is 1400 sq/ft with three bedrooms and an office. We have a large fenced in yard for the kids and your pet. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet. The back yard is fenced so waldo won't go missing. There is cornhole and ladder toss games in the back.

We have TV's in two of the bedrooms, and a 50" in the Living room. We provide Netflix and Prime video on each and the ROKU provides local news and various free programming. There are kid games for the little ones.
Enjoy a refreshing drink on the screened in porch, while enjoying the sunset. Entry to the main level exposes the family, dining rooms and kitchen. Seven steps downstairs open to a large bedroom and half bath, while six steps upstairs take you to two bedrooms and an office, as well as a full bath.
House rules do apply. A booking request constitutes acceptance of all House Rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description. We assume no liability for injuries. Should you experience a minor injury, we provided a first aid kit in the kitchen drawer. If used please let us know so we can replenish.
There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet should you need them.
The kitchen is equipped with all new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Please only use wooden or plastic utensils on the cookware. We look forward to earning your 5-star review!

You have access to entire home. Our home is a Tri-level design, please keep in mind from the main floor there are 7 steps downstairs and 6 upstairs. Not suitable for toddlers. On site private laundry room. Trash pick-up on Monday. Please roll the cart out to the street with the arrows facing away from the house. On site parking.
Other things to note

We feel the most important aspects of Corporate Housing, or any housing is safety, and comfort. Along these lines we provide video security outside at the front door as well as the back yard. For comfort, we use 600 count sheets and pillow cases. We even went to the added expense of purchasing mattress covers so no critters can hang out in the mattress. We spray monthly both inside and outside with an enviro-friendly pest spray, to minimize any critters. Lawn service is provided bi-weekly so you may hear some noise while they are there. We live in the community in the event you need us, but it's unlikely that you will even see us during your visit unless you ask. Also, the neighbors try to keep an eye out on the home for us, we appreciate them and hope you do too.

- "Clean and met expectations!" - "Tried to check in after 4:00 pm during a downpour and had not been sent the code. Tried calling the main office phone x 3 and emailing host several times. Welcome matt at front door has a most unwelcome message. Air return grates were filthy. Dead roaches on the floor in multiple places. Carpeting was markedly stained . Many windows were not locked and one window on the ground floor wouldn’t lock at all. We had to put a broom handle wedge in to keep someone from gaining access . A left over carton of beer and canned water were in the fridge and the freezer was almost completely frosted over with a frozen pizza stuck in there. The dishwasher seemed to have been run ;however, one of the cups in the dishwasher was stained with lipstick. The outside garbage dumpster was already full with garbage. I can provide pictures"

Landscaping and pest control are on a regular schedule and cannot be rescheduled due to any stay.
Guests must allow access to landscaping crews and pest control technicians for both outdoor and indoor treatment, should their stay coincide with a scheduled service.
The landlord will do their best to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance, but the guest agrees not to refuse access.
Landscaping crews may mow the lawn, trim hedges, and perform general yard maintenance at any time during daylight hours.

We are conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 3.5 miles from 95 with easy access 20 minutes or less to Richmond, Petersburg, FT. Lee, and many of the historical landmarks for the history buff. We are less than an hour away from Colonial Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Kings Dominion. We are within 4 miles to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. A common door to enter the premises, but the entire upstairs containing the loft, 2 bedrooms, and full bath are yours to enjoy.

Perfect for parents traveling with children, the twin bedroom is only an extra added 10.00 per bed, per night. Portable crib available for infant. BATHROOM
The bathroom is shared, so guests should not leave clothes, towels, wash cloths or other personal items inside. When you are finished using the bathroom, please take everything with you back to your room, including shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, lotions, etc.

KITCHEN
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking and the dining room table for eating. Please clean the kitchen before eating and avoid leaving the area unattended when appliances are in use. Each guest is expected to leave the kitchen clean and put everything back where found. Do not leave utensils, dishes or leftover food on the table, atop the counter or in the sink. Eat only in the kitchen area. No food should be eaten in the bedrooms or other common areas. Do not expect others to clean up after you.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Guests are welcome to use the laundry room. The washer and dryer have countdown timers. Please note the time and be prepared to remove your clothes promptly at the end of the cycle. Leaving items in the machines after the timer has finished may delay other guests who wish to use the laundry room.

SMOKING AND VAPING
Guests are not allowed to smoke or vape inside the home or within 15' feet of the home. You are welcome to smoke outside at least 15' away from the home. We suggest smoking or vaping under the carport or near the street.

DRINKING ALCOHOL
Guests are not allowed to drink alcohol inside the home or anywhere on the property.

VISITORS
Guests are always welcome in our home but visitors are not. All bookings must include the full number of people who will be accompanying you into our home. If you wish to add an additional guest, please request to modify the reservation in advance.

PARKING
Guests are encouraged to park behind the house. You are welcome to park under the carport which is sized for two cars. If you prefer to park on the street, please park in front of our house, not in front of a neighbor's house.

The space
This home built in the 1980’s is a Tri-level, located between Colonial Heights and Chester. It is a family friendly home with a large fenced in back yard. It is 1400 sq/ft with three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and an office. All the furnishings in the home are new, as well as furniture and beddings. We recently replaced tub and surround!

We know the best therapists have fur and four legs, so we welcome your four legged companions. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet. We have furniture covers in the closet by the front door. We ask that you use them if you are bringing pets. We have TV's in two of the bedrooms, and a 50" 4K in the Living room. We provide Netflix and Prime video on each and the ROKU provides local news and various free programming. Games are provided to entertain the little ones.

Enjoy a refreshing drink on the screened in porch, while enjoying the sunset. There is Cornhole and ladder toss in the back yard, along with a play set for the kids. There is outdoor seating by the provided charcoal grill.

Entry to the main level exposes the family, dining rooms and kitchen. Seven steps downstairs open to a large bedroom and half bath, while six steps upstairs take you to two bedrooms and an office, as well as a full bath. Have fun!

House rules do apply. A booking request constitutes acceptance of all House Rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description. We assume no liability for injuries. Should you experience a minor injury, we provided a first aid kit in the kitchen drawer. If used please let us know so we can replenish.
There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet should you need them.
The kitchen is equipped with all new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Please only use wooden or plastic utensils on the cookware. We look forward to earning your 5-star review!

We think you’ll find the location perfect! We are less than a mile from a winery, a mile from Colonial Heights, SouthPark mall, history abounds all around with battle fields, confederate White House etc. Richmond is only 20 minutes away.

Richmond was voted beer capital of the US. We are also a foodie town with many renowned restaurants.

You have access to entire home. Our home is a Tri-level design, please keep in mind from the main floor there are 7 steps downstairs and 6 upstairs. Not suitable for toddlers. On site private laundry room. Trash pick-up on Monday. Please roll the cart out to the street with the arrows facing away from the house. Free on site parking.

Other things to note
We feel the most important aspects of Corporate Housing, or any housing is safety, and comfort. Along these lines we provide video and audio recording outside at the front door as well as the back yard. For comfort, we use 600 count sheets and pillow cases. We even went to the added expense of purchasing mattress covers so no critters can hang out in the mattress. We spray monthly both inside and outside with an enviro-friendly pest spray, to minimize any critters. Lawn service is provided bi-weekly so you may hear some noise while they are there. We live in the community in the event you need us, but it's unlikely that you will even see us during your visit unless you ask. Also, the neighbors try to keep an eye out on the home for us, we appreciate them and hope you do too.
