Beautiful waterfront home located on beautiful Lake Martin. The home has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a sleeping loft with twin beds. The outside setting is breathtaking with a custom made rock waterfall with two ponds that flow into the lake. A boat house with outdoor storage, and two separate docks lends itself to a total relaxing vacation. The town of Dadeville offers wonderful golf courses at Still Waters , plenty of restaurants both casual and elegant dining, many water activities, several marinas where one can rent boats or other water toys, and some of the friendliest people in the south! I know you will enjoy the lake life living as much as I do and I hope you find my home relaxing and stress free. I live 30 min. away so should you need anything while on vacation, I can be at your disposal.

This is a two bedroom one bath cabin and fully furnished with Bobby McAlpine inspiration. It is only 25 minutes from Auburn so is an ideal location for football fans to stay. It has a waterfront beach area, private pier, seadoo docks and a floating dock that floats nearly year round. It is located in a very popular area but is secluded and located in a cove with little boat traffic. You will have spectacular lake views whether lakeside, on the deck grilling or relaxing on the screened porch complete with a hammock, swinging bed, and futon. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has two bunk beds. Additionally, during the warmer months the screened porch is popular with the kids for sleeping.

The Cabin comes with all you should need including, bath towels, bed linens, dishes, utensils, microwave, wifi, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile from the cabin.

3-levels of sleeping and living! Not just places to crash but real space to enjoy (no need to pack them in here - it's a vacation)! Lots of ways to play in the lake and the yard slopes gently to the water for more space for games and hanging out. The front entrance has a full concrete driveway with plenty of parking space and as many as 4 vehicles can be in the garage and under carports. Relaxation in this quiet cove starts on one of the many leather couches yet you can drive for dining, boat rental, or supplies in just a few minutes if you want. And, of course, the water is calling for your best cannon ball off one of the docks! Room to dock a boat or two plus jet skis and water toys. In the off season when lake level is down (October-April) you can put the kayaks and canoe in the water fromthe lakebed. Air hockey, foosball, and ping pong for indoor entertainment. Please note our checkin (4:00 pm) and checkout (10:00 am) times, but we are happy to allow a bit more time if you request it, and we don't have a quick turn. We want to do everything feasible for you to have a fantastic time!

Doesn't get any better than this!! 2 bedroom/1 bath on large lot with extra parking. Long sea wall and pier to allow for 2+ boats. Completely remodeled. Large deck. Conveniently located near restaurants by land and water such as, Niffer’s, Oscars, Coppers at Stillwater, Chuck’s Pizza and many more. Dollar General is a short 3 minute car ride away. About 10-15 minute boat ride to Chimney Rock. Large queen bed in one room, full bed and set of bunk beds in second bedroom. Great little place for a small family or couple’s getaway to relax by the water!

- "Nice Place." - "We originally chose this rental to accommodate our 15+ year old lab, Buddy. Unfortunately, he passed away before our vacation. We are thankful however that we chose this location even though we didn't bring a fur family member. The views from the kitchen, living area, porch, yard and dock are spectacular. The porch was our favorite and where we spent most of our time when not out boat riding. The house is in a very quiet and shaded area. The house pictures are very accurate. The house was well furnished to meet all our needs. There is construction very nearby, which seems to be the case all around Lake Martin. It was not disruptive to our stay. Billy, the owner, was super nice and very responsive. we would definitely stay here again."

There is a marina nearby where we rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon. The cabin is an easy 35 minute drive to Auburn where we visited our daughter during our stay. Very relaxing get away. Great location on the lake. The house is in a neighborhood but feels like a cabin in the woods. It surrounded by tall trees. We will be back!"

All of the supplies and utensils were perfectly stocked, leaving a need for nothing, so a huge thanks for that!The one setback I would note was the temperature inside the unit. It was unseasonably cold during the nights at the property, yet the thermostat was locked to not heat above about 63 degrees, so we were left layering up and using extra blankets after sundown. All in all, the lake area and hiking were beautiful. Other guests on the property and residents were very friendly, and while not the most diverse of getaways, it was a pleasant experience to say the least, and enjoyed by all. "

The Union public boat ramp is .06 miles from the apartment, so bring your boat or personal watercraft for a day of lake fun. Water access across the road belongs to neighbors. Chuck's Maina is less than 1/4 mile from the apartment. Check their Facebook page for entertainment. Auburn is 25 minutes from the apartment, and Auburn Stadium is 30 minutes away. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. The apartment has a king-size bed with memory foam. When requested, a queen-size sofa bed is set up. An extra 3-inch memory foam is added for a more comfortable night's sleep. Special deluxe amenities are available. A tip is requested for these services: Deluxe coffee bar with assorted coffees, syrups, and coffee creamer (located in the refrigerator), tea, and hot chocolate. This would be a great place to stay If you don't mind getting through the garbage of half drank bottles of beer and the food encrusted dish cleaner (no washing liquid to use anyway) in the kitchen to the dirty stains on the sheets in the master bedroom to the basic amenities like soap being absent. Oh and did I mention I was charged a very expensive "cleaning fee". I was told by the host that I would be refunded my cleaning fee but it would take a month to do so. Amazing how charges are deducted out of accounts the day of reservations but have to wait a MONTH for a refund? Doesn't make a lot of sense."

This one level home is situated on a beautiful flat lot with over 400 feet of waterfront, has 2 jet ski ports, and has a spacious lawn for more outdoor fun. It sleeps 10 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a screened in porch, a covered dock, and lake views from the living room to drool over.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, a large vanity area, soaking tub and a standing shower. Be sure to check out all of the board games located in the walk in closet area should you get rained in during your stay! There are 2 bedrooms off of the main hallway; one with two twin beds and the other with two twin daybeds with trundles. There is a queen bedroom close to the foyer entrance of the home as well as another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Once you step into the French doors, you are greeted with amazing hardwood floors and a sneak peek view of the lake in a deep-water cove that is perfect for floating or fishing. On the main level, there is a queen bedroom, a full-sized bathroom with a combination tub & shower, and a bedroom with 2 double beds. Enter the living room with vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with a large island and bar with seating for 4, and one of two ice machines. The large dining area is just off the kitchen to enjoy your meals while taking in the lake view. Just off the living room is the King master bedroom with and ensuite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs has an amazing floor plan with even more sleeping space! The TV room has 2 queen size beds and a bunk room with two twin beds and a Pac Man video game console. This home grants you access to the double garage for extra parking that houses fishing poles, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for your use.

Outside, the porch area is to DIE for with plenty of outdoor seating, a dining table, gas grill, and an extra ice machine with a sink area to clean those fish you caught!
