We invite you to our peaceful Creekside Haven, a private guest house nestled in a country forest next to a creek. You'll have access to the fire pit for S'mores, the relaxing hammock for two, the tire swing, and walking trails. We're just 20 miles South of downtown Portland.

Guests are welcome to roam the four-acre grounds with paths, picnic tables, and a fire pit. Enjoy the splendor of our colorful flowers and the aromas of honeysuckle and lavender. If you're fortunate you may encounter the deer, squirrels, raccoon, possums, hummingbirds, and other wildlife that roam here. No dangerous animals have ever been seen on our property.

Our new guest house is wheelchair accessible with our ADA-compliant ramp and shower support bars. The front door is 36" wide and the bedroom and bathroom doors are 32" wide. The kitchenette and bathroom vanity are at regular countertop height.

The Creekside Haven guest house is attached to our garage, but not attached to our house. We don't allow weddings, parties, pets, or smoking of any substance.

This is a private studio. The space was originally built as a game room for my father's hunting trophies, to watch sports and play pool. It has slowly converted into a private studio for guests to stay. This property is very private, it's .5 miles off the main road. Surrounded by farm land with cows, horses, and a small Vinyard.
The studio is above the garage off of the main house. Private entry. The space is an open floor plan with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, pool table, small closet area to hang cloths, and a couch area with a TV & Wifi. Washer and dryer down stairs in the garage. This space sleeps 2, but can sleep 4 apon request. We have a queen blow up mattress that can fit in the couch area.
The house is 5 miles to the freeway, and 5.1 miles from down town Oregon city. Down town Oregon city is lively with, food carts, a wine bar, restaurants and bars, live music in the summers on Fridays and Saturdays. Also very close to the Willamette River, where there are parks and places to rent paddle boards, and kayaks.

Lovely place on two acres where tall trees, deer and a private cozy fire pit take all of your stress away from the long day of work or play. A Little More About The Space:

This themed guest suite is the entire downstairs of a home. You will enter through left garage bay, which will also be yours to use during your stay. In addition, you will have private access to use the front yard lawn at your leisure with beautiful views of Mt. Hood on a clear day (we provide a blanket in case you want to enjoy a picnic).

There is a queen bed in the bedroom and there is a couch that folds out into a small, full-size bed in the living room area. While the space can comfortably sleep 3 adults, it could also easily sleep 2 adults and 2 younger children. Sound machines and blackout curtains are available in both rooms.

Although you will not be "locked" in your suite, you will have the option to partake in an escape room adventure that we have built into the space. In your arrival text, there will be directions for how to participate in the adventure, if you wish to do so. We will be available to provide assistance if you get stumped or run into issues. On average, it takes around an hour to complete the quest.

The space is great for a quick weekend getaway to Portland, an overnight "staycation", or a longer-term stay if you work remotely and want to explore a new place.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Please do note, this home is almost 100 years old. There are quirks and imperfections at times. This home is meant to provide a laid back retreat with a truly spectacular outdoor space.

This tiny house is best for 1-2 people.
4 is possible, though not desirable, and only if you get along VERY well (2 people in King bed in loft, 1 in bedroom/office, 1 more in spare loft bed or on Living Room sofa).

It has everything you need:
--Cozy living area with a kitchen (THERE IS NO OVEN! One induction hot plate and microwave, full size fridge and big sink, plenty of counter space).
--King size bed in an upstairs (up ladder, technically) loft.
--A small (72x32) bed in the office for a solo person who can't climb ladders. Some people also like to sleep on the Living Room sofa (70x31).
--At 450 square feet, the Tiny House isn't that tiny. 300 sf on the main floor, and the loft is another 150 sf. All on a trailer.
--Two TVs if that is your thing. We only have a Roku, so bring your own stick if you are picky on programming. There is a BlueRay/DVD player (and movies).

No children at any time due to danger of falls (responsible teens ok).

Non-smokers only. No smoking of any substance.

Absolutely no cats due to extreme allergies.

Dogs allowed on the main floor only, and the sofa will be covered. NO DOGS IN LOFT!

Yes, the $100 cleaning fee is steep but it takes two hours to clean the cottage after guests leave (more if they've made a mess or have a dog). It is 450 sq ft of cleaning and a lot of surfaces, so it takes time.
The additional $30 pet fee covers the following:
1) removal of hair and nose prints on glass.
2) covering the sofa with a dog blanket.
3) deep vacuuming to get all the hairs before the next guests.

As far as value... don't forget that VRBO adds up to 18% to my charge (what you pay is not what I receive).

The entire Tiny House and its porch is yours for the time you are renting.
It is separate from the Main House, which is across the driveway and a lawn. One of the photos shows the Main House so you can get a sense for the distance.
You can walk our forest and fields.

Other things to note
No smokers. No smoking inside or outside (where it is a fire danger).
If the cottage smells like smoke, you will be charged $500 for smoke remediation.

The King size bed is up a ladder (see photos) and you'll need to be fit to access it. For people who can't climb ladders, the chair in the office converts into a small (72x32) single size bed. You can also sleep on the sofa in the living room. In the summer, the loft can get hot because the AC doesn't reach up there. Moving hot air out with fans is helpful, but if it is an issue, you can sleep on one of the two downstairs beds.

Due to zoning laws, we are not allowed to have a stove/oven in this cottage. However, you'll find a hotplate and a microwave as well as a full sized fridge.

'The Owls Nest' guest suite is nestled in a quiet and secluded corner of the Lavender Owl Farm, a wedding venue.

PLEASE MESSAGE FIRST to check availability during the wedding season.

The property, perfect for early morning strolls, or evening relaxing, sits on an 20-acres that boasts hundreds of amazing mature specimen trees of Oaks, Maples, Aspen, Cedars, and more, and just as many species of birds. It is close to many central Willamette Valley destinations and I-5 access.

The space
While you have access to wander the gardens and woodlands, a private drive takes you to your own private entrance with parking. The space is connected to the lower level of the main house but is very secluded and hidden from all other areas of the property.

In the summer months, we have limited weekend availability as the space is also our wedding suite for couples getting ready for their big day! The entrance takes you through to a king bedroom with an exceptionally comfortable memory foam mattress, breakfast room, and a private bathroom.

The pull-out chair bed, located in the breakfast area, is suitable for a child, teenager or small adult. Or just a great place to put up your feet!

Enjoy the covered patio on a nice day or a stroll around the property and enjoy the trails of our disc golf course. It is open for private play and free for guests any day of the week. You might find others enjoying the course Wednesdays through Sundays.

While convenient for I-5 travelers looking for an overnight stay, it is also a wonderful place to stay longer and explore the surrounding historic towns, local parks and rivers or just bring back a picnic and sit in one of our many gardens or wooded areas.

We do not provide a full breakfast; however, we do stock snacks, oatmeal, tea, and coffee. A small fridge, toaster and microwave are also in the breakfast room.

We like to enjoy a smoke-free property. there is no smoking inside and close to any of the buildings. Smoking areas can be found in the Disc Golf parking area and main drive.

With a private drive, you can park and enter the space via a personal entry code (that will be sent to you before arrival) for self-check-in and re-entry.
The parking space is ample for two compact vehicles but turning to leave can be tricky if you have a long bed truck or larger vehicle. It is suggested that you park at the top of the hill in front of the main house, a small walkway leads down to the entrance from there.

Other things to note
This is a rural farmland area. It can be dark at night, so drive carefully. We are outside of most food delivery areas but there are three larger shopping areas within 6 - 15 minutes of us in any direction including grocery stores and restaurants. Stop in at Woodburn from the south and downtown Canby or Wilsonville from the north if picking up supplies.

We also host weddings and events if you are looking for space for a small garden wedding or elopement let us know.

This suite, as secluded as it is, is part of our home. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10:30. The bedroom is completely insulated from normal travelling sounds, but we all keep the same rules in the rest of the house for your comfort.

Rosie Lea is our little get away travel trailer. When not on the road, she’s available for your visit to Canby. Decorated with a rose theme by a Brit, she’s a perfect little snooze spot for your vacation.

This is a self catering unit. We supply a ‘starter pack’ to get you thru first night.

There is one main bedroom area that closes with a sliding door. At the other end by entrance, are two full size bunks suited for kids/teens/young adults.

The space
This is a 24ft travel trailer in our back yard.
It has one bedroom at front with an RV sized queen bed and two full size bunks at rear.
There are two entry doors.
An awning is available on non- windy days.
All systems within the RV provide sufficient heating/cooling/hot water. However the hot water tank has an 6 gallon supply.
Rosie Lea has an outdoor ‘kitchen’ with water source, mini sink and a Blackstone griddle. There is also a mini-fridge/cooler.
