This home is in a great neighborhood. It quite peaceful having the home located towards the back of the property. I personally know the neighbors next door they are very nice.

There is designated parking at the unit along with street parking. Getting around is very easy, you can get onto the main road (Division) within a minute that connects you to to rest of the city. Downtown is also relatively close about 15 minutes away. Highway 205 is about 10 minutes away and Vancouver is only 15 minutes away.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- "I usually have a go to rental for my monthly trips up to portland but it was booked for one of the days i would be up so i found this one, which is actually way closer to my sis than the other place! Its a super quiet neighborhood not far from gresham/fairview area. Id definitely do street parking if your in a larger vehicle or arnt confident in backing out of small spaces since they do have a long narrow driveway with minimal parking, still better than only street parking tho like some rentals. The place was super clean and just absolutely beautiful! Some places like to "updo" their space pictures but this one was on point! Super modern up to date feel, gorgeous shower set up, full laundry set up if your in for a longer-term stay. It is an "upstairs unit" but the lady bellow was so quiet (and very sweet when i did speak with her) i didnt even feel like i was in a seperated unit, i felt like i was just in a comfortable home.there is a big set of stairs to get up to the living space so keep that in mind if you have troubles with steep stairs or balance issues, it gave me a bit of a work out myself goin up and down. Not the best spot for food, but its not too awful far to get to an area with more range of foods. The owner communicated promptly and was very comfortable to chat with when i was worried id get locked out from the batteries dying on the door lock. Literally my only complaint would be that i need to bring my own black out curtains for the bedroom cuz it is just sooo "

Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is situated in a quiet country neighborhood to the east of Oregon City with amazing views of the Clackamas River. Choice of paths on the terraced lawn to take you to the river's edge. This home was recently constructed in 2016 and the floor plan of the new home was created with the view and our guests in mind. The house has 3 full baths with showers and also a tub in the master, 5 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full futon with memory foam mattress in the upstairs entertainment area. The home will sleep up to 12 with all linens and bedding provided.

There is wheelchair accessibility to the main floor, but it is not ADA compliant. An electric heat pump provides central heating and cooling, and the home includes an impressive gas fireplace and granite counters throughout. Floors are tile and hardwood. There is a large covered balcony off of the upstairs entertainment area for birds-eye viewing of the river and woodlands. The entertainment area has plenty of seating with a futon, reclining sofa, and 2 recliners. A DVD player and DVD library accompanies the 55" LED TV with internet connectivity. Books for adults and children and board games are available for use as well as outdoor sports equipment and games.

The full laundry room includes an additional refrigerator. Gas grill on covered patio off of living/dining area. Property features beautiful river and forest view and outdoor area with picnic tables and fire pot for toasting marshmallows, as well as easy access to the river for fishing or rafting depending on the time of year. Large, private yard great for gathering extended family. We are on the Clackamas River between Milo McIver State Park and Barton Park, and nearly at the end of a dead-end road. This is a favorite location of international fly fishermen.

It is very quiet. I have never stayed in a rental that had everything you needed, and then some, especially in the kitchen. This is great for a family such as ours that enjoys cooking. And in such a location, it is important as you would likely stock up on groceries and settle in for the stay. There are a lot of requests, as far as do’s and dont’s, listed by the homeowners, but they are clearly marked and posted. Would recommend this location to those who are very careful and considerate of others. There are fun things like cornhole, croquet, games, books and movies for older children, teens, and adults. Might be a tough spot with really young ones as there is no carpeting anywhere and access to the river. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend this spot to those looking for a peaceful riverfront vacation."

Through the dining room is the kitchen that includes everything you need to cook your entire family a home-cooked meal.
Off both sides of the kitchen, you’ll find two separate living rooms, one with a tv and one for socializing. Board games are found in the cabinet directly across from the stairs leading downstairs.
Remaining on the upper floor is one cozy bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom.
Heading downstairs leads to a cozy basement living space, the grey couch pulls out into a full bed and further in leads to another living space with a cute, teal blue chair that grows into a single bed as well. Extra sheets are foudn in the closet adjacent. Past that is the other bathroom.
You will also find two additional bedrooms and the laundry room for guest use.

Play some bumper pool in the game hall, and rustle up some grub at Mama's ookhouse. Try your hand at leatherworking, or maybe some old pioneer games.

The main entrance has a easy key pad lock, enter code and turn lock to left to open. The room is 3 steps from the door. You will be given the code to the main door the day of your arrival. The studio room is just inside the front door, 1st door to your left and has a key lock, you will be given the key.

Guest has the only access to the room. (other than myself in case of emergency) You are provided a Key. The bathroom is close to the room just down a short hallway. This is a shared space. The other tenants( 2) use the shower early mornings or late evenings. They stay in their rooms and keep to themselves.

Washer and dryer are available upon request and laundry soap is provided.

If the room key is lost you will be charged a 25.00 replacement.

Since we live in the house there is a potential for some normal noise. It hasn't so far been bothersome to guests but if you're very noise sensitive, this is probably not the space for you. We do live here, we are respectful, but there are normal home noises, i.e., voices, tv sounds, people walking through the house ect. 14 min from PDX airport, 15-40 min from lovely hiking spots, 8 min from Van Ebert brewery and Glendoveer golf course and tennis courts, 10 min from Rockwood Market Hall which is a beautiful public house with local and international eateries and groceries, 2 hours from Tillamook, and 8 min from public transportation. There is plenty of street parking, the neighborhood is mostly quiet with typical city sounds. This is my home and I do have two dogs that are dog and human friendly.

The space
My home is a 3 bed 1 bath ranch style home that was built in 1964. The guest room I am offering is big enough for 2 people. It is cozy and kind of eclectic as the furniture was gifted so nothing matches. It is on a corner lot with lots of back yard space and plants. My friend is living in his 40ft school bus home in my driveway so expect to see him around occasionally. I have one roommate that lives in the house with me.
I have a pretty spunky 6-year-old Springer Spaniel dog who is a little excitable, a 11 month old Bishon Chihuahua he is still learning and is eager to expeience new things, and a 4 year old bishon poodle who is sweet and very shy around new humans. All of them can be noisy when you meet them, you are coming into thier home as well, please be patient and say hello. Once you do they will calm down and just be happy to see you.
The kitchen is not updated, so it has old appliances and countertops you are welcome to use it as long as you clean up after yourself.

Welcome to our country home a mile to the Clackamas River, with panoramic view of Mt Hood from deck and hot tub. Advertised rate is for a private room and king bed with its own entrance in the lower level of our two story home. You enter along a garden path onto private deck.. 14 mins to I-205, a mile to restaurants, 30 mins to airport (PDX).

The space
Nightly rate includes studio with 1 King bed for up to 2 guests. There is 1 private bathroom. In cooler seasons, sip cocoa and watch TV relaxing in front of a cozy electric fireplace or hop in the hot tub on the deck. Close to skiing at Mt. Hood (45-55 minutes). Amenities: Internet, TV, ensuite bathroom, mini kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee pot), hairdryer, iron and ironing board. You will find everything you need and more. There is a security camera floodlight on your parking area. We strive for you to have the best BnB experience ever!

Beautiful front yard, semi private deck with Mt Hood view and hot tub are available for guests to relax and enjoy in our fenced property. Dedicated parking for up to 2 cars. Many have commented that this is truly their "home away from home". Come and let it be yours!!

Dog lives on premises, but she is gated away from the studio and hot tub areas so as not to bother you, but you can ask to play with her! Lexi is very friendly, energetic and loves to play ball. She's a great vacay dog!

The not so tiny home has one queen bed in one loft (access via staircase) and a twin XL in the other loft (access via ladder). The living room area has a comfy loveseat. Relax in the tiny or in the yard after Portland sight seeing, snowboarding, kayaking or whatever you decide to do. It’s an awesome space to come explore Portland or head to the coast, rivers, or lakes. The tiny is on the lot (backyard) of the main house; about 150-200 ft in between. Wifi is spotty, more info in listing.

The space
We have two lofts. One loft has a queen bed (access via staircase and handrail) and the other loft has a twin XL(ladder access only). We have a couch in the living room area, kitchen with gas stove, microwave, a pretty full size fridge. The bathroom area is large for a tiny house. We do have wifi however with high use from us because we both work from home and just in general more people using internet it works most of the time we just don’t want to misrepresent that it’s flawless.

We have fenced out a whole section for the tiny home and it’s guests because we do have dogs; they are friendly but we don’t want you to be bombarded by them. We never let them out there for long or unsupervised. There is a backyard camera pretty high up so we can try to minimize our dogs from bothering guests. You are able to hang out anywhere in the backyard although there is a divider fence due to dogs.

Other things to note
We have had family and friends stay just to try to give us feedback but I think the biggest tip/trick is that even though it works and looks like a house the inner organism still functions as an RV so you just have to be aware of this fact, but she functions better than our house honestly haha. If you have questions we are always here to help. We do have WIFI however because it’s about 150-200 from our router it’s not the most dependable so please plan accordingly. We have a DVD player with some movies upon request. If you are dependent on our wifi this is not the place for you. Additionally, the main loft has a staircase with a railing. You must be able to walk up the staircase. The additional loft has a ladder for access. We do not have the tiny available in the winter as it can be difficult to keep it warm.

Other things to note
Please no shoes to be worn inside the Loft at anytime. There is a shoe rack provided by the front door you can remove your shoes to. Additionally I provide protective shoe covers (booties) in a jar by shoe rack if you want to keep shoes on. You are welcome to wear soft slippers with no hard sole in the loft. These can never be worn outside. All the flooring is new and it is also to keep the noise at bay from us below.

Washer and dryer provided in unit. Please observe times for usage from 11 am to 9 pm. The washer is slightly loud and can be heard downstairs. We appreciate your observance of this. For long stays over 30 days I will provide you with enough supplies to last you a week or so after that you will need to purchase your own.
Additionally for stays over 21 days you will need to sign a Temp lease agreement for your stay. You will also need to provide a copy of your Government ID.

Outside is secluded. The home is a rustic, bright, clean open concept single level home elevated to the tree top height. From the Kitchen and both Living rooms we feel like we're in a treehouse!

The Cloud 9 room is your space while you're here. Entry, living, music room, family room, kitchen, and bath of the home are shared with up to 4 others. Family-friendly, free wireless wifi. I live in the home and am a caregiver for one other who lives here. You can expect a country-type bed and breakfast vibe here.

Our home is very secluded, close in, but not easy to access unless you've been given directions. Surrounded by security-minded neighbors in a pocket of forested and pasture areas. We are the last home on the road. Outdoor security cameras are another layer of security.

The nearest convenience store is 1 mile away safe and easy to walk or ride a bike drive to the best gas station around. People jog and walk their dogs, as the neighboring area are encampment freth

The whole house has Central Heat and AC via ductwork heat pump. However, in the room, I have heat pads and fans available if you need it warmer or cooler.

The bathroom is shared as the main bathroom and is rarely used by others. We keep it guest-ready clean.

However, if more privacy is what you're after, we are currently working on having a tiny home placed in the backyard.

Our Outdoor Security Cameras - We have couple of cameras in our outdoor yard areas. A couple of cameras over the parking and drivway area, outdoor walkways, and front porch. We have a doorbell camera monitoring the front door.

If you would like to take a stroll around the property, please note that while there is a path to walk, some of the ground can be uneven, strong ankle a must! Can be a little muddy at times, Mira & I walk it most nights on our way to lock The Girls (chicken) in..If you feel like you need more heat, there are cadet wall heater in living room & bedroom, if needed. Please try to conserve when leaving the apartment and turn off! There is no cable but there is a fire stick that you can access Neflick or You-tube. Kitchen stocked with most utensils and some spices.

The space
The queen bed, as well as one of the twin beds, are located in the main living area and are not private rooms (you can see it in the photos.) There are 2 other spaces for guests to sleep in. These adjoining bedrooms are “mini bedrooms” and have one twin bed and a desk in each room. The bathroom is quite cozy, so although we can accommodate more than five guests, it is good to note that the bathroom is more of a ‘one person at a time’ type of bathroom :)
Feel free to walk around the Apple Orchard in the front yard and pick from any of the fruit hanging there. The backyard includes a covered pavilion that you are welcome to use. The hot tub is also at your disposal. Just let us know so we can be sure to give you privacy. This is the kind of place you come to if you’d like to stay within a five minute drive from Lacamas Lake, 15 minutes to the Columbia River, and 20 minutes from the breathtaking Columbia Gorge.

We offer whole property rental for retreats such as yoga, family gatherings, artists, weddings, film, dance, meditation, or anything you can dream up.
Our 11 acre farm has a 45 year old Pinot Noir vineyard, a beautiful garden, fruit orchard, red barn with a spacious deck/full outdoor kitchen, and a majestic grove of old growth cedar trees with two ponds.
Muse Cabin was the original homestead on the property dating back to the late 60's, which has now been remodeled for the purpose of reconnecting with nature and oneself.
The cabin overlooks the forest and spring fed pond.
We consider this land sacred and are only passing through and honor the original peoples of this land, the Molalla, Clackamas, and Kalapuya tribes, who were "relocated" to the Grand Ronde reservation in the mid 1800's.
Please be mindful of the energy of the forest, and all the animals who reside here.
The forest is home to beavers, coyote, deer, raccoons, salamanders, frogs, many bugs and birds, and several species of owls.
The cabin has many windows and abundant natural light, as well as a sweet back deck with a daybed, table and chairs.
The cozy loft bed is accessed by a small ladder.
The kitchen comes with a mini fridge, two burner cooktop, pots/pans/dishes/cutlery, tea kettle, toaster oven, spices, oil, honey and a french press, with coffee and tea provided.
The source of our water is a 200 foot deep well that provides pure clean drinking water. There is an electric kettle for hot water in the cabin.
A wood stove exclusively heats the cabin during the chillier months. (With wood included with your stay)
We are happy to help make a fire if needed.
We have an outdoor communal fire~pit, please inquire on the status on fire bans/availability.
The hot tub and outdoor shower are private and yours to enjoy for 75 minutes. You are also welcome to come back for another soak.
In the warmer months, if we have campers, there is a sign up sheet on the barn for all the guests to schedule their hot tub time.
In the off season, we ask that you message us so we know when you're going to use the hot tub/shower, as to give you privacy.

The closest grocery is 12 minutes away in Oregon City, (Albertsons/Fred Meyers) And Clarkes, a smaller historic convenience store/restaurant is 5 minutes away.

The Molalla River has several great swimming spots 25 minutes away, as well as the Clackamas River corridor for swimming and hiking.
Milo McIver state park is just a short drive.

In the summer we have hammocks out front and picnic tables with a fire pit to enjoy. There is also a large fire pit next to the cabin.

The hot tub is shared by us, and other guests, but is completely private for your time there. In the winter months, please message us with when you’d like to hot tub.
Our cabin is heated exclusively by a woodstove. If you do not know how to make a fire let us know. When it is cold, we usually have a fire started for you to warm up the cabin, and are happy to help start a fire.

If you love long country walks, this is a wonderful place to stay in a park like setting, 30+ acres on river level Large fields of vegetable and trees are growing in season. This is a working farm, in season there are farm vehicles coming and going, to adjacent farm fields, and work shops.

There is a security system for the house if desired. You will receive details access from the owner who is on site.

Nestled among tall cedars, you'll find the Creekside Cozy Cabin a perfect place to relax and enjoy its calm surroundings. While there are neighbors on both sides of the cabin, you still get that country feel away from the city. We are 20 miles from PDX Airport and 21 miles from Downtown Portland, but the drive out to the cabin is worth every mile.

The space
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. When there is a chill in the air, guests may warm up the space using the wood stove in the living room. (We request it not be used during the dry summer months)

There is a small sleeping area off of the main bedroom that is set up with a double bed, both rooms share the same bathroom. A Queen air bed is located under the bed in the back room that could be set up in the living room, or out on the deck during summer months under the stars.

We think that the best part of the cabin is sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of rapids in the creek. It is a special place to sit in the morning with a good cup of coffee or to wind down at the end of the day.

This charming comfortable 2 story Gem has many updates however this is a 1940's farm style home, I have kept many original things within the home to keep its charm ( we love this about this house) most of the walls and ceilings are original tongue and grove wood (painted) and bedrooms have sloped ceilings (see pics) we think its charming and have kept a lot of its originality. It is NOT a new home. The pictures are exactly how the home is.
The home sleeps 4, the rooms are smallish ( it is a cottage style home) bedrooms have....(larger room) 1 queen bed with a Brand New 14 inch Hybrid back and lumbar supportive mattress,(see pic) and 1 full size comfortable bed, with nice linens.

The neighborhood is safe and convenient and great for walking. You will see people walking their dogs and children playing within the neighborhood.
Stores are close by as well as restaurants, shopping, Coffee ( Dutch Bros 1 block) much more.
Light rail train is 4 blocks great for exploring to Downtown Omsi and the Zoo and waterfront.
.The neighborhood is safe and walkable. It is however a mixed use neighborhood and as such can be somewhat noisy.

Larger bedroom with queen bed also has a brand new 32-inch smart TV as well with roku and netflix included.

Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, and bake ware that you need, so cooking is a breeze. There are a lot of spices there, oil. Pure water filter in fridge for your use also.

Comfortable nice sized living area with 55-inch TV with Roku and Netflix included. Washer and dryer in unit. A/C installed in the summer months. Fans to support cooling also available.

Living room couch turns into a full-size bed easily for sleeping or just to lounge around on jfor movie night! A plush 2-inch gel memory foam topper is also provided for your extra comfort! Converting to the bed is simple and takes just seconds, and putting it away for day use is just as simple and quick! There is a diagram on the desk next to the couch. Clean sheets are stored in cube under tv, pillows, comforter, and topper are stored in chaise part of couch just lift the end up to retrieve linens, comforter and topper. Fully remodeled downstairs 1/2 bath.

Amenities included are as follows...

Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking pans. Cookware, wine glasses and all dishes and kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, some games, cards, books, hair dryer, vacuum , mop and more!

There are enough basic supplies to get you started, i.e., dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, napkins, and laundry soap. You will need to furnish your own supplies once these run out for the duration of your stay.

I have installed 2 new cadet heaters, one under the dining table downstairs. The thermostat is just above it, even with table top. The second is at the top of the stairs next to the cube storage with the thermostat above it. The upstairs cadet will heat the whole upstairs if doors are left open. Both bedrooms have flat panel radiant heaters if needed for extra warmth. In addition, these flat panel heaters are economically friendly and are preferred over cadet heating.

Please let me know if there is anything not listed. I will try my best to accommodate you. Your excellent experience is my main goal!

PLEASE NOTE!
This is a family and mixed use neighborhood with apartments and houses, small school ect, as such there are kids playing, dogs barking, cars moving, and a potential for noise here like any big city neighborhood has. I can not control this, and it hasn't been bothersome to my guests so far. But PLEASE be aware of this, and if your noise sensitive, this likely isn't the place for you. You will see people riding bikes and walking their dogs here. This neighborhood is safe, and the Boys and Girls Club is across the street as is a small school. The neighborhood is patrolled often. We walk our dog alone at night as many other families here do, and have never had an issue.

In addition, I started working on the cottage 1st and am in progress working on the rest of the property clean up and the other home located on the same (huge) lot on the property. The entire house is yours! There are NO shared spaces here! Fenced front yard with seating area /patio also yours alone! Enjoy this little oasis! The front yard is artificial turf as such if you have a dog you will need to take it out and walk it to use the bathroom or out back behind house is a perfect space also. Please do not allow your pet to urinate on front turf if possible it will smell, especially in the summer. If this happens ( it can) please flush with a pan of hot water.
You can take your dog out the back but will need to be leashed at all times (per city ordinance). Thank you!! Much appreciated!

Please park in front of the bamboo fence to the right of the white line.

This is a 1940's style farm house/cape cod style house has many things have been updated, however we have kept it's old style charm within as we love that about this cottage. The walls are real wood slated farm style.
But has many new upgrades and modern style furnishings. Do keep in mind she's an old Gem tho and we love her!

Portland has a well documented ant problem even in new construction. I address this monthly and provide traps if you should encounter any during your stay. THIS IS OREGON, and we have nothing but trees here with that you will see occasionally other bugs (this includes spiders) that come with trees and a wetter more green lush environment. I treat for all monthly.

I can accommodate 2 cars off street parking.

I can accept dogs but no aggressive breeds. Sorry no cats due to allergies.

I charge a 500.00 refundable ( if no damage) pet deposit that you will pay through the app if your dog is allowed.
The pet fee charged is NOT your deposit and is not refundable. This fee is for the extra cleaning ( carpets ect) to remove all traces of your animal being in the unit from your long stay for our next guests that may have alergies to animals. It is important for us to accommodate ALL people safely in our unit and give everyone their best experience possible. Thank you for your understanding.

I strive to make my guests comfortable. If you find anything concerning please let me know and I will do whatever I can to accommodate you but PLEASE bare in mind that this is not a NEW home! That being said parts of it are kept original to keep its charm. We are a family of 3 with a toddler. Because we do live in the main living area, sound does travel easily. You will probably hear his little footsteps running around and playing from the next room.

The space
This a guest house situated behind the main house. You’ll have complete privacy with your own entrance and parking space. We live in the main house and use our backyard quite a bit but we respect that privacy is very important and so you may hear us cooking and hanging out with our friends but you won’t see us unless you want to. You have your own entrance on the other side of the yard and a patio behind the guest house to use. All of which is out of sight of our back yard.
But we’re happy to interact and give suggestions for sightseeing if you like.

Guest access
Your stay begins with a dedicated parking space adjacent to the pathway to the entrance of the guest house. You’ll receive a code to the smart-lock in your welcome message. You have run of the guest house and the back patio for your enjoyment.

Please note that there are not 4 beds as Airbnb has it listed. There is 1 king bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room.
We do have dogs on the property but they are fenced in the backyard or inside our house.

Sleep tucked in the trees in this cozy, light filled log cabin! Relax in the cedar forest on your private balcony or dine outside with sweeping views of the Clackamas River. 20 wooded acres with a private rustic beach for swimming, fishing, or paddling. Lounge in a hammock by the garden or visit the beehives. Listen to the river from the covered outdoor pavilion with sofa and fire table, cozy year round! Timber Park and McIver Park are steps away, Mt Hood National Forest is just minutes!

The space
The cabin is a big studio with knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a full bath, dining area, and lots of creature comforts like TV with Firestick, high speed wifi, Parachute linens, Tuft&Needle queen size bed, Malin&Goetz body products. The kitchenette is fully outfitted for preparing meals or you can BBQ outside on the covered pavilion.

You're on vacation! We don't ask you to do any cleaning or bed stripping :)

For accessibility, please note the cabin requires stairs to access and the river requires a walk down a hill.

Come and relax in our newly built cozy guest home nestled in the woods, in Oregon City. It's a place to unwind in the peace and quiet of country living but just a couple miles back to the hustle and bustle.... Where you'll find the sweet, charming town of downtown Oregon City. You'll also enjoy, the rustic décor and homey feeling that we want our guests to feel when staying in our guest home. You'll love a hot cup of coffee on the deck over looking our beautifully landscaped 4 acres.

The space
Our place is truly beautiful on 4 acres, quiet, peaceful, private and relaxing. We’re so blessed to have this beautiful property and able to share it with you and your family!

Other things to note
The guest house is above our garage. You may hear our garage doors open from time to time. It’s not too loud upstairs... we installed a side wall motor mount for less noise.. but you can still hear it a bit. We picked the back bedroom for the master because of this reason... for perfect silence all the time 😴💯!!
