This home is in a great neighborhood. It quite peaceful having the home located towards the back of the property. I personally know the neighbors next door they are very nice.

There is designated parking at the unit along with street parking. Getting around is very easy, you can get onto the main road (Division) within a minute that connects you to to rest of the city. Downtown is also relatively close about 15 minutes away. Highway 205 is about 10 minutes away and Vancouver is only 15 minutes away.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- "I usually have a go to rental for my monthly trips up to portland but it was booked for one of the days i would be up so i found this one, which is actually way closer to my sis than the other place! Its a super quiet neighborhood not far from gresham/fairview area. Id definitely do street parking if your in a larger vehicle or arnt confident in backing out of small spaces since they do have a long narrow driveway with minimal parking, still better than only street parking tho like some rentals. The place was super clean and just absolutely beautiful! Some places like to "updo" their space pictures but this one was on point! Super modern up to date feel, gorgeous shower set up, full laundry set up if your in for a longer-term stay. It is an "upstairs unit" but the lady bellow was so quiet (and very sweet when i did speak with her) i didnt even feel like i was in a seperated unit, i felt like i was just in a comfortable home.there is a big set of stairs to get up to the living space so keep that in mind if you have troubles with steep stairs or balance issues, it gave me a bit of a work out myself goin up and down. Not the best spot for food, but its not too awful far to get to an area with more range of foods. The owner communicated promptly and was very comfortable to chat with when i was worried id get locked out from the batteries dying on the door lock. Literally my only complaint would be that i need to bring my own black out curtains for the bedroom cuz it is just sooo "

Our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is situated in a quiet country neighborhood to the east of Oregon City with amazing views of the Clackamas River. Choice of paths on the terraced lawn to take you to the river's edge. This home was recently constructed in 2016 and the floor plan of the new home was created with the view and our guests in mind. The house has 3 full baths with showers and also a tub in the master, 5 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full futon with memory foam mattress in the upstairs entertainment area. The home will sleep up to 12 with all linens and bedding provided.

There is wheelchair accessibility to the main floor, but it is not ADA compliant. An electric heat pump provides central heating and cooling, and the home includes an impressive gas fireplace and granite counters throughout. Floors are tile and hardwood. There is a large covered balcony off of the upstairs entertainment area for birds-eye viewing of the river and woodlands. The entertainment area has plenty of seating with a futon, reclining sofa, and 2 recliners. A DVD player and DVD library accompanies the 55" LED TV with internet connectivity. Books for adults and children and board games are available for use as well as outdoor sports equipment and games.

The full laundry room includes an additional refrigerator. Gas grill on covered patio off of living/dining area. Property features beautiful river and forest view and outdoor area with picnic tables and fire pot for toasting marshmallows, as well as easy access to the river for fishing or rafting depending on the time of year. Large, private yard great for gathering extended family. We are on the Clackamas River between Milo McIver State Park and Barton Park, and nearly at the end of a dead-end road. This is a favorite location of international fly fishermen.

It is very quiet. I have never stayed in a rental that had everything you needed, and then some, especially in the kitchen. This is great for a family such as ours that enjoys cooking. And in such a location, it is important as you would likely stock up on groceries and settle in for the stay. There are a lot of requests, as far as do’s and dont’s, listed by the homeowners, but they are clearly marked and posted. Would recommend this location to those who are very careful and considerate of others. There are fun things like cornhole, croquet, games, books and movies for older children, teens, and adults. Might be a tough spot with really young ones as there is no carpeting anywhere and access to the river. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend this spot to those looking for a peaceful riverfront vacation."

Through the dining room is the kitchen that includes everything you need to cook your entire family a home-cooked meal.
Off both sides of the kitchen, you’ll find two separate living rooms, one with a tv and one for socializing. Board games are found in the cabinet directly across from the stairs leading downstairs.
Remaining on the upper floor is one cozy bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom.
Heading downstairs leads to a cozy basement living space, the grey couch pulls out into a full bed and further in leads to another living space with a cute, teal blue chair that grows into a single bed as well. Extra sheets are foudn in the closet adjacent. Past that is the other bathroom.
You will also find two additional bedrooms and the laundry room for guest use.

- "This house is great for a large group, several areas to hang out and have fun. "Sports bar" room is awesome and opens up to back yard. Just enough space for outdoor games, plus outdoor seating and hot tub. House has what you need but not cluttered. " - "We rented this home for the weekend and found it even better than the pictures. We are only 15 minutes from Steigerwald Lake national wildlife refuge. 20 minutes from Washougal Motocross. 35 minutes from the beautiful Beacon Rock in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, with sights such as Multnomah Falls, Latourell Falls, Bridal Veil, Vista House, Cape Horn, and Hamilton mountain trail to name a few. Jones creek ORV trail is only10 minutes away with many more sights to see. A rental agreement must be signed and information to place a security deposit hold must be completed before booking is complete.

Located just 7 miles off the 205, only 20 minutes to the Portland Airport and Downtown Portland. 60 minutes to Mount Hood, 90 minutes to the Coast. Minutes to Clackamas River, McIver Park, Barton Boat Ramp, hiking and horse trails. Looking to have a nice night out? The Beautiful Stonecliff Restaurant just a 5 minute drive, overlooking the Clackamas River.

You will have a designated parking space, gated, right next to the cottage. The entire place to yourself includes a kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, full bathroom, living and dining room and One bedroom with closet and queen bed and dresser. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Cottage is Pet friendly!
Other things to note
Horse lessons with a professional Trainer are available onsite during your stay! The property also has pastures and stables for an extra fee if you are traveling with horses.

- "We booked this cottage do get away from the city with our senior doggo who hates fireworks. Although we could still hear them a little between the TV and A/C he didn't hear a thing. The cottage was so cute and Cara & Josh left us fresh eggs as a welcome gift! You can see the chickens & goats from the windows. We loved the farm tour. The back yard is secure for dogs & there is a sniffspot private dog park across the street. Cara & Josh were very responsive with all communication. The coffee/tea bar had great selections. We were very happy here."
