All laundry is done with commercial-grade machines with hot water and fragrance-free detergent. Drying laundry is heated to the highest temperature and tumbled dry for at least 45 minutes.

The unit is on the first floor and accessible. We have two bedrooms, a cozy living room, fully furnished kitchen, and a full bathroom. My family, consisting of my wife and son, live in one bedroom.

The sofa, which can also convert to a sofa bed, faces the TV. The bedrooms have a full sized bed, a bedside table, and ample closet space.
