- "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

There is a childcare center on the 2nd floor that is mostly under control. This apartment is on the first floor with 5 stairs to reach the apartment. The terrain of the area is made up of hills. The street is on a hill and the adjacent avenue is on a hill. There is anything you could need within a few blocks but right across is a Dollar store that really offers everything and an amazing hair salon along with laundry service. The neighborhood can get loud but there's fans within the apartment that drowns out all that or turn on one of the huge fantastic televisions in the place. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. With lovely, beach- themed decor, this place is loaded with board games, karaoke, a Super Nintendo, a full entertainment system, business hub, and Home system to play your favorite songs while showering in the marble decked out bathroom.

There is a full sized bed in a private bedroom, while more sleeping space in the convertible sofa. The convertible is actually family favorite- as the L-Shaped sofa changes to a really huge bed area, (or a jumping pad for most kids). There are stainless steel appliances available for your convenience. I try to stock it up with a bunch of utensils, for various cooking/baking needs. The apartment is located on the top floor with limited access to the rooftop where you can get a good view of the concrete jungle.

The bathroom has nice marble paneling, and what’s really neat is that you get to boss around Google to play your favorite tunes, audiobook, news, or topics that you enjoy. I personally find the bathroom one of my favorite spaces. There is central heating and air in the premises as well, but I have an extra ac/heater.. if you need more energy.

Cozy apartment in Bronx close to restaurants, and shopping. A perfect crash pad for touristing in New York. I'm a quiet person and an early riser and this is a space for like-minded guests. You have your own entrance but since people in this building are working from home, and need to sleep at night, no loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
