- "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

Check-in was smooth and the host showed me around the neighborhood to see where the subway stations and local markets were. - "I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I personally did not feel comfortable there, but she keeps a nice and clean rental and can be a perfect place for a short vacation."

Check in 3:00 PM to 7:00PM Very quite, respectful place with visible security Camaras on the común areas whole way and Kitchen.

My apt. Is in one of the most friendly and safe communities in New York and certainly the Bronx. The community is family oriented with owned apts., private one family homes and prestigious private schools. Sleep comfortably with pillow top mattresses and mostly everything is within walking distance by walking, car, or public transportation.

The space
The apt has new ROKU CHANNEL 55in TV with cable ,wood floors. A new seating living room area and redone bathroom (faucets, medicine cabinet, toilet and shower) as well as new kitchen appliances (refrigerator,stove and Microwave, new washer and dryer. .) The main bedroom has pillow top mattress and day bed as well. No visitors or parties/loud music or noise is allowed. Only ID registered guests with pre provided government issued ID in the apt.

You will have your own exclusive door entry in a private home.private parking is available for and additional cost. The parking is next to door entry. I can also facilitate self check-in with communication and pre approval.

Beautiful guest quarters in turn of the century Italian Villa in park like setting in Riverdale.
We, the hosts, resides at the house and are present during your stay at the house. The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking.
Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

The space
Our house was built in 1921 by a famous architect and we renovated it over the last 2 years.
The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms within 6000sqf, an expansive park like yard etc.
The guest quarters of 660sqf are part of the main structure while offering a lot of privacy.
We have private security in Fieldston and the house has outside cameras.
LGA is only 20 minutes away and you can reach JFK in 50 minutes.
Manhattan is a stone throw away and reachable by express bus, Subway #1 and the Hudson line (20 minutes to grand central station).
Manhattan University is in walking distance and Fordham University is less than 3 miles away.
