Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation.

Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Three House rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

- "The host was very gracious and responsive. This place worked great for me for a month as I was transitioning to relocate to Dallas. I will say this, the neighborhood is not a a good place to spend your time. This property is in South Oak Cliff and even though it is new construction the neighborhood is very sketchy. I would not recommend for a single female or even for someone with children. I also had to spray some bug spray as the unit had ants, roaches and rolly polly bugs. I don't want to say anything bad about the host because the unit did work for what I needed, but this is not a spot to relax and spend vacation."

City Park is a great area for kids to run around, have a picnic, or just have an afternoon stroll. There are also beautiful views of the Dallas Skyline from City Park.

Guests will have access to a 1 car parking garage that is covered and attached directly to the unit. The unit is also 1 mile to downtown so you can walk or drive to explore downtown Dallas. There is easy access to multiple highways within .5 miles from the unit, so you can explore all of the DFW Metroplex.

Being able to use the garage was especially nice! AC worked very well as it was extremely hot during our stay in Dallas. The house has a laundry room with brand new LG w/d, a study area with a built in desk, and a two car garage. The back yard is the perfect size and provides a calm and beautiful vibe with trees and a beautiful skyline. It is right across the street from Cedar Crest golf course and just minutes from downtown and deep ellum.

The space
This is a three bedroom home with 2.5 baths. I am a nurse and have a small dog that you will see around the house. I work a lot but am always available via messaging. There is a tv upon request in your room. There will be two other people (including myself) living in the home. There is also private parking for an additional fee.

This is a three bedroom, three bathroom home that is for Airbnb guests. Each room has its own bathroom but the common spaces such as the kitchen, dining and living room are shared.

Rooms have their own lock & key and there is ample of free parking on the front street or on the driveway of the house.

Huge backyard and cute front porch are great for enjoying the outdoors.

10 mins drive to Downtown Dallas and close to major highways

The closest stores to me are Oprah Beauty Supplies and Sunnyvale Food Mart - this gives you an approximation to where the home is located.
