The upper east side of Manhattan is a beautiful , quiet neighborhood with that is in my opinion the best location in the city. It is quiet with tree lined streets but only a few minute ride in a cab or subway to the busier downtown area or times square. It is just a few Minutes walk to Central Park and the Met Museum as well as other beautiful parks overlooking the east river.
And of course , there are more amazing restaurants and bars and shops within steps of this apt ! Everything you need is within a block or two of the building.
There is lots of great and easy transportation including , trains , buses , taxis, and if you have a car easy parking on the street or parking garages if you choose.

Also the crosstown bus stops at Columbus and 80th St. Couldn’t be more convenient. Also worth mentioning is that this is a ground floor apartment, so no flights of stairs to navigate. The area around us, on Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue and Broadway had a fantastic array of restaurants to choose from. Anthony, the manager, was quite responsive when we contacted him. The air-conditioning did not work in the bedroom, and he wound up buying a new one to replace it. Very nice. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is not claustrophobic, since the rooms are extraordinarily small. We enjoyed our stay."

- "Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. One of the reasons we picked the property was because of the advertised location. We never saw pictures of this new location. It was only one bathroom when we thought we were paying for two. Property manager continued to say because of the amount of guests we stated we were assigned this new property. After asking about why the pictures are not correct, he finally admits that the property advertised had a leak from the ceiling, and it was not available. This was not communicated on the time of booking. He offered to put us in a new location, which looked worse than the one we were in. He did offer a refund, but with all our luggage, having a young child, and the time we were staying there, it would have been too difficult to move. Do not stay here. Property management is poor from communication to misleading information. "

This furnished property is located on the Upper East Side. It’s by far one of the city’s most upscale and chic neighborhoods. The area is best known for its cosmopolitan living, prep schools and designer boutiques. Central Park is the perfect place to exercise or simply get back in touch with nature. For amazing river views, check out the lesser-known Carl Schurz Park. Many locals flock to Second Avenue for a late-night drink. From here, the Financial District is about 45 minutes away by subway.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

Well located, central to everything. Roosevelt Island is a beautiful, safe and comfortable place in the heart of New York City. You can easily reach Roosevelt Island by the F train or take the Roosevelt Island Tram. We have 1 beautiful cat. The room is super clean, very safe & quiet. Roosevelt Island is great for kids, because of the several playgrounds and parks, that provide children with outdoor activities to keep them happy. I also have a young child, therefore, I am children friendly. For adults, near by neighborhood restaurants and cafes, including Starbucks, offer places to have lunch, dinner, coffee or tea. And the tight security, allows for adults to relax by the river, even at night. The Island offers a variety of food stores, including special fresh fruits, vegetables, and home-baked goods, brought in by Amish Farmers, every Saturday(morning until noon).

Going out at night is safe, some public transportations run 24/7, and some run until early hours of the morning.
The tramway stops at about 3:30 AM. You can always pick up Uber, or yellow taxis. Never-ever get into an unmarked car.

Roosevelt Island is the heartbeat of Manhattan 5 to 10 minutes walk to the train station, Ferry and the tramway. 10-15 minutes to Grand Central 42nd Street, Herald Square 34th Street, Union Square 14 Street, Rockefeller Center 47th-50th Street. And the Ferry/Train also takes you down town Wall Street around World Trade Center. It’s a paradise living on Roosevelt Island.

The apartment features hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Living room access includes giant flat-screen TV fully stocked with Netflix, AppleTV, and HBOGo. The kitchen includes a large dishwasher, stove, and microwave, should guests decide to enjoy a home cooked meal or grab a quick bite to eat before strolling Central Park or catching a show on Broadway.

My bedroom is located on the top floor, and our interaction can be as little or as much as you prefer. Other things to note
I am a dog enthusiast, and welcome any four-legged canine companion to join you in your stay. I also dogsit now and then so there may be dogs in the apartment occasionally (all very sweet and friendly!), though they never go downstairs into the guest room at all and I mostly keep them in my room. Due to allergies, I am unable to accommodate cats.

All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.

Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.

For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

Welcome to my spacious 4th Floor Penthouse Apt in the heart of the Upper East Side. This lovely unit is on a quiet street lined with beautiful buildings, walking distance to Central Park, the best museums, restaurants, and shopping in the city. You'll enjoy a Temperpedic Luxe Adapt cooling mattress, jacuzzi tub/shower, full kitchen, washer/dryer, high speed wifi, office w/ a wireless keyboard & mouse w/ plug-in large monitor & 40in Smart TV with a pullout mattress that comfortably sleeps two.

The space
I want to make it very clear it is 3 FLIGHTS of stairs to the top floor which is entirely yours to enjoy. There is NO ELEVATOR which is quite common in historic NYC apartments. My assitant or I will be available to help bring any luggage up or down and help with anything else that may be needed. There are thick walls so no neighbor noise to worry about but some street noise at times on one side of the apartment as in any big city. You’ll have lots of windows on both sides of the apartment to allow near all day sunlight. The backside of the unit by the kitchen and dining room area is very quiet as it only faces backyards or other buildings and not a street. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower jacuzzi tub and equipped with most any amenities you may need or have forgotten. The kitchen is fully stocked with ALL DISHWASHER SAFE pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, utensils, silverware, an easy to use toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle, both of which are not dishwasher safe. And if you don’t feel like making your own coffee then not to worry cause there are probably 5 coffee shops within a 2 block radius not to mention one on the corner, nearly across the street. You can also use the washer and dryer which are located behind closet doors to the right of the fridge in the kitchen and there is everything you may need provided. The office is attached to the bedroom but easily separated from the rest of the unit if you shut the bedroom doors and need to get some work done while taking advantage of the comfortable, well accessorized work station. The living room couch very easily folds out into a surprisingly comfy bed or a chill place to enjoy an evening movie/show on the 40 in Samsung Smart TV equipped with Apple TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, or Bloomberg if you want the financial news, among other apps. You can also access Spotify with your own account and utilize the easy pairing to the soundbar and play music directly from your phone or computer if you want the TV off. You may need your own password for certain apps, and purchases of any kind will be blocked and/or charged to you afterward. The two fireplaces are both inoperable and purely decorative, not that I imagine anyone will desire to build a fire during their stay. And for the animal lovers like myself, I found that deer skull intact hiking in the snow in the middle of winter in the Catskills in Upstate NY, which is absolutely beautiful any time of year if you ever get the chance. There is a glass door to a large Fire Escape that provides a lot of light inside and looks enticing to use as a balcony but it is unfortunately not a balcony and for your own SAFETY DO NOT GO ON THE FIRE ESCAPE UNLESS IT’S AN EMERGENCY. This spacious, well lit and uniquely decorated 1100 sq ft unit has everything you need to comfortably make yourself at home while experiencing the best NYC has to offer. My assistant or I will always do our best to assist in anyway such as carrying luggage or providing anything else you may need and we are happy to help, so never hesitate to reach out at anytime!
