The upper east side of Manhattan is a beautiful , quiet neighborhood with that is in my opinion the best location in the city. It is quiet with tree lined streets but only a few minute ride in a cab or subway to the busier downtown area or times square. It is just a few Minutes walk to Central Park and the Met Museum as well as other beautiful parks overlooking the east river.
And of course , there are more amazing restaurants and bars and shops within steps of this apt ! Everything you need is within a block or two of the building.
There is lots of great and easy transportation including , trains , buses , taxis, and if you have a car easy parking on the street or parking garages if you choose.

Also the crosstown bus stops at Columbus and 80th St. Couldn’t be more convenient. Also worth mentioning is that this is a ground floor apartment, so no flights of stairs to navigate. The area around us, on Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue and Broadway had a fantastic array of restaurants to choose from. Anthony, the manager, was quite responsive when we contacted him. The air-conditioning did not work in the bedroom, and he wound up buying a new one to replace it. Very nice. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is not claustrophobic, since the rooms are extraordinarily small. We enjoyed our stay."

- "Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. One of the reasons we picked the property was because of the advertised location. We never saw pictures of this new location. It was only one bathroom when we thought we were paying for two. Property manager continued to say because of the amount of guests we stated we were assigned this new property. After asking about why the pictures are not correct, he finally admits that the property advertised had a leak from the ceiling, and it was not available. This was not communicated on the time of booking. He offered to put us in a new location, which looked worse than the one we were in. He did offer a refund, but with all our luggage, having a young child, and the time we were staying there, it would have been too difficult to move. Do not stay here. Property management is poor from communication to misleading information. "
