I reached out to host several times before the stay and never received a response. If you call number provided, 9/10 times it says no operator available. I was emailed two days before the stay letting me know I hadn’t paid the security deposit and if I didn’t pay, they wouldn’t be able to host me. I never received communication about the deposit until this email two days prior. I was having issues making payment, sent multiple emails about the issue with payment I was having. The floors were sticky in the kitchen living area, there was trash behind certain furniture and it was kinda of sketchy when we saw signs in front of the door saying they were getting evicted. The email asking for the security deposit felt really sketchy and when they didn't send the code I was convinced I'd been scammed. Luckily they finally sent it the morning of my reservation.
