Our cozy vacation rental is located next to Historic Downtown Dodge City, where you’ll find great eats and shopping (our favorite is the Boot Hill Antiques).

The Santa Fe Railroad came to town in 1872 and the town grew exponentially. Dozen of train cars were loaded daily with buffalo hides and meats. You’ll be able to walk to the tracks that are still operating today! Stay and enjoy a show at the renovated Depot Theatre!

If you’re visiting during the warmer season, bring the kids to enjoy a trip to the Longbranch Lagoon - over 27,000 sq foot western themed water park!

Need to wet your whistle while exploring the the streets that Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, and Matt Dillon once walked? You’ll feel as if you’re reliving the legend, in our cozy home-away-from-home. Built in 1925 and recently restored, you’ll still be able to enjoy today’s luxuries and amenities. Which brings us to our next point...

AMENITIES
Although this will be a disappointment to some, the streets are not dirt and we do not commute to work on horses anymore (in town anyways). You’ll be able to check in with family and work with our provided wireless internet, and be able to stay up to date on the latest news with the included cable.

PARKING
There is an off street parking lot located in front of the house that borders the back side of the Boot Hill Museum.

CLEANING FEES
With it being an industry standard to pass cleaning fees on to the customer, we want you to be sure that you’ll have a sparkling clean experience. We have selected the best cleaners to ensure that your stay is comfortable.

When you enter from the outside lockable door, there are starirs that go up straight into the apartment along with stairs that go down to service doors of businesses below. Felt a bit strange not have its own lockable door on the apartment. With that said, i didnt feel unsafe, just an odd setup."

The Rev's Suite is a recently renovated bedroom and living area below our home. It has a separate private entrance through the back yard.

We are within walking distance to historic downtown Garden City as well as St. Catherine's Hospital. Many shops & restaurants nearby. All of Garden City is less than 5 minutes away.

You will find the space clean, quiet and relaxing. We are available to assist you as needed.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and standard bedding. Tech charging nightstand. Lamps, clock, small desk & chair, rolling rack and shelving are available. The door has a lock with key.

Laundry facilities are located inside the main bathroom area. Feel free to use our supplies.

The bathroom is brand new. Tile floors, vanity with mirror, toilet, & stand up glass enclosed shower. This room has a locking door for privacy.

Living room with tv, sofa, and dining table is available.

TV equipped for Netflix, Prime or Hulu via Apple TV. No cable, some local channels accessible with antenna. Wifi is available with password.

Kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker. Stainless steel sinks and cabinets with basic amenities for cooking. There is no stove or cooktop.

THIS HOME HAS PETS. We have two cats and a Golden Retriever named Scarlett in the house. The cats may come downstairs so be sure to keep the door to your bedroom closed if you don’t like visitors.

This suite is in the basement of a family home; the space is not sound proof. While we try to be respectful, you may hear us above you. When we cook, you may also smell food downstairs.

Please do not smoke or vape in or near our home.

Other things to note
The bathroom does not have a tub, but a walk-in shower. Internet access is located in the the link on your confirmation page day of check in, but you can also message for that information. The back bedroom is the darkest for day sleepers. Close the door, turn off the lights and it is blacked out. Double closets in both bedrooms.

This is a private ADA studio addition to a residential home near downtown Garden City. It is clean, bright and quiet. You will have a private entrance and parking, access to an outdoor grill and lounge area, and a shared laundry. The studio has a large living space, and a small kitchenette with full size appliances. We will supply a Keurig and some breakfast basics. Restaurants, parks & shopping within walking distance. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE LAYOUT. Discounted rate for extended stays.

The space
Much more private and personal than a hotel. Fully enclosed fence around the perimeter of the property. Come and go as you please. Large vehicles welcome. Feel free to book an extended stay. Relax in peace on the outdoor deck. If you are a handicapped person, you will find that our facility meets all your needs and can accommodate a wheelchair.

I do have a 2 new family members Koda, a well trained/calm, male 100lb Rottweiler who is Kenneled at night and is with me throughout the day, & a 10 month old standard poodle puppy. Who is also w/ me or kenneled.

Your room upstairs faces the front yard w/ a view trees from your bed (Queen size).
The bathroom has private access from the bedroom, you have a private large en-suite full bath double vanity, with tub/shower. There is a half bath in the front hall, so you will not ever have to wait to use the lavatory if more than one guest is with you.

KITCHEN:
Full access to everything you will need, pots/pans, utensils, oils, spices, coffees, teas, Ninja Blender, rice cooker, & more.
(You do need to provide your own groceries) :)

The kitchen is everyone’s favorite if you love to cook you will love the gas cooktop, griddle and double ovens.

Small town, if you are visiting on business you will need your own transportation. Car rental is available at the airport if you are flying in.

This is a very safe neighborhood, and perfect for day or night walks, either around the neighborhood or down to the Talley Trail area.

Second alarm system Is to the private areas of the home. Should you or family member set off this alarm, the police will escort you off the property & this will end/ cancel your stay IMMEDIATELY !

Please keep your area free from smelly fast food trash, bring wrappers/bags/boxes down to the trash can In kitchen or outside trash bin, if you are eating in your room.

If your trash becomes full please take it to the bin outside the back patio area to large black trash bin.

We ask that you use the squeegee in the shower on the walls & glass doors, using the hand towel provided to then wipe off glass doors, faucet & grout lines to keep mold and soap scum from building up during your stay.

ONLY TOILET PAPER IS TO BE FLUSHED!

NO WIPES! there Is a covered trash can, where those may go, right next to the toilet. Extra small trash bags are on the bookshelf In the hallway .

The Complex is 5 minutes away from downtown Dodge City. Rancho Santa fe complex has its private drive with multiple airbnb Rentals available . As a RSF guest you will have access to our Fitness center on the complex as well. There is also someone available 24/7 for any questions. Please view policy!

The VIM house is filled with custom wood work. Rancho Santa Fe Complex has other airbnb rentals as well. Dodge City is known for rodeos and the big wild wild west so the Bunk house is a nice little studio to come rest to when traveling to Dodge city! We are always looking to improve our space as well.
