- "Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is allowed to request them. So they failed to secure them, leaving us at risk of being towed if we parked on the street or damaging our vehicles due to the icy driveway. A refrigerator water line broke, which caused flooding issues in the home and eventually leaked into the basement. The line had been wrapped in electrical tape, indicating prior issues, and the area showed past water damage. We used towels to clean up, but emergency calls went unanswered. Replacement towels didn’t arrive until the next night. Plumbing was also problematic—showers had no hot water when used simultaneously and the pipes were extremely loud. The poor responsiveness and lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I cannot recommend this property or any other managed by them. "
