The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is allowed to request them. So they failed to secure them, leaving us at risk of being towed if we parked on the street or damaging our vehicles due to the icy driveway. A refrigerator water line broke, which caused flooding issues in the home and eventually leaked into the basement. The line had been wrapped in electrical tape, indicating prior issues, and the area showed past water damage. We used towels to clean up, but emergency calls went unanswered. Replacement towels didn’t arrive until the next night. Plumbing was also problematic—showers had no hot water when used simultaneously and the pipes were extremely loud. The poor responsiveness and lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I cannot recommend this property or any other managed by them. "

Perfect Log Cabin family-friendly hidden away on 3.5 acres in the woods. This cabin is perfect for all seasons and is close to all that the Poconos and Delaware Water Gap has to offer.

The main area of the house (living & dining rooms) has 50ft vaulted ceiling and a beautiful stone fireplace that will keep you warm all winter. The first floor includes the living & dining area, the kitchen, master bedroom (Queen bed and TV), 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a back room. The second floor includes a separate loft and bedroom. The loft is a great play-area and has a pull-out sofa. The 2nd-floor bedroom is large (also with high ceilings) and includes 3 twin beds and a TV. The back room looks out to all that Mother Nature has to offer (back room includes 2 pullout couches -1 Queen and 1 twin & television). The cabin includes 2 bathrooms with showers. The first day the power went out but there was a flashlight and candles and the host kept in touch regularly. Unfortunately, the night before I was leaving, I shattered my shoulder pretty badly at the river. Only 20 min from Camelback for skiing, hiking, waterpark or just relaxing. Summer and winter you can't beat my place! 10 min from the cute town of East Stroudsburg. It’s a great place for a beautiful weekend and touring all the wineries!

I live here and rent it out while I'm on business trips. You have use of the entire house and its cleaned and all linens are changed before you come and after you leave. My clothes will be in my closet but I will provide a dresser for use while you stay!

Our home is newly renovated and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment! This bi-level home has everything you may need including a fully stocked kitchen that also has a wine cooler, a large living and dining room on the main floor, a game/family room on lower level, children's book and games, and so much more. The deck which is located off of the dining room has a grill as well as a seating area around a propane firepit! All linens, towels, basic necessities and toiletries are all provided for you during your stay! the bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows:
*Master bedroom on the main has a king bed with a full bathroom.
*2nd bedroom on lower level has a twin bunk bed.

Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 full beds), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front the townhome.

- "Our stay can best be described as "FANTASTIC!" The host communicated with us effectively and addressed all our concerns quickly, providing clear instructions for accessing the property. The rooms were wonderful, and as an LG fan, I appreciated that all the appliances were LG. Connecting to the televisions was seamless, and we were able to use our YouTube TV without any issues.Although we didn't explore the outdoor areas around the property, it looked nice and comfortable, especially for families with young children. We noticed a swing set, but we weren't sure if it belonged to the host's property. I believe this property would be delightful in the fall or winter, particularly for those who enjoy outdoor activities."

This newly renovated beautiful townhouse is a home away from home. 2 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse with jacuzzi room is located in a quite community and is suitable for up to 6 guests. Additionally, Master bedroom has a crib for our young guests (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other.

The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, or stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes .

Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine.
Dining room is suitable for up 6 people.

We have a high chair, booster seat and kids plates and utensils for the little once, if needed.

There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size crib* for our young guests. It has a direct access to the jacuzzi room and a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the shower. Second bedroom features two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) with a private full size bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided. *You will need to bring your own crib sheets and baby blanket.

The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries, if needed. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent.

Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze.

During summer season our community offers tennis and basketball courts. Children playground is located 2 minutes walk from the house.

Shawnee Mountain Ski area is 5 minutes away with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter. Bushkill Waterfalls and Delaware Water Gap attractions are minutes away. Camelback Mountain Ski Resort is 20 minutes away. Camelback also offers Camelbeach Mountain outdoor waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences.

- "The space is warm and cozy. " - "This is a very thoughtfully updated Townhouse in a nice quiet community close to everything we wanted to do over July 4th weekend. We had a full house of 6, and with two full bathrooms and the half bath, plus the comfy beds in both bedrooms we were very comfortable - nobody felt crowded, and we all had a great time. Our hosts were very welcoming, responsive and accomodating and we would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area. "

The bedroom and bathroom have their own thermostat for heat control separate from that of the larger living areas of the home. Also, the fireplace cannot be used by guests at this time.
