- "The property was cozy, clean and the host was prompt on responses. We enjoyed our Christmas with the family and will definitely stay again." - "Reading the description and what we got were night and day. Where was the cozy fireplace, not working. Not quite sure what recently update meant, looks like 10-12 years ago. From the outside entrance with dead leaves (January) to walk over and dead trees and broken pots everywhere. When opening the door the mat inside was a dirty mess. Walking into the house was the same. Rugs not vacuum, and carpets very very stain, not pretty. The Refigerator a dirty mess. House fireplace broken. Shower head broken, bathroom sink broken, hair in shower floor, went to wipe up the cloth BLACK, walked from bath to down stairs the fresh white socks black on the bottom. Not to mention the black mold we believe is growing around the edge of the carpet. This was an uncomfortable feeling. And to date the owner has only offer to come back and have the house cleaned. - "So I booked this property not knowing it’s a IGH Hotel.…I thought it was a condo, kinda like misrepresented what it actually was. In addition, I could have got a queen size bed for cheaper on the hotel website. The property stinks, at least on the first floor like terrible bad feet. Bad for the hotel and a bad look in general. I’m pretty sure it goes against Vrbo policy since you are advertising your brand on their app/website. Beware that this is a hotel, check the website for cheaper rates and a larger bed. If anything the hotel is using this site to take advantage of people."

There's no TV, but high speed Wifi is included with the price of the room. You're welcome to borrow a boardgame or peruse the bookshelves for something to read while you're here. There's a surge protector power strip in this bedroom for your laptop or other devices. Bathrooms are shared, and light kitchen use is negotiable.

Winter can bring heavy snowfall in my area. I make every effort to clear snow and provide for the safety and comfort of my guests in case we lose electricity. My road is a Snow Emergency Route, which means it will always be plowed out quickly. But please be aware that hazardous snowfall conditions might occur any time between November and April.

Winter can bring heavy snowfall in my area. I make every effort to clear snow and provide for the safety and comfort of my guests in case we lose electricity. My road is a Snow Emergency Route, which means it will always be plowed out quickly. But please be aware that hazardous snowfall conditions might occur any time between November and April.

You will need to climb two flights of steps to get to the bedroom some people say the steps are narrow.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms 1, 2 & 1 half bedroom where 1/2 bedroom is a room you’ll have to walk through to get to the bathroom also 1/2 bedroom has stairs down to 1st fl to the kitchen, living room dining room & laundry on a picturesque St across from a creek.

1883 twin Victorian, (two separate living units that share a common wall), or semidetached as listed.

Charming house with original architectural details, window shutters, pocket doors dividing dining room from living room, ceiling mounted fans & Window AC in living room and two bedrooms. set in semi-rural Macungie.
Original wood floor, bathroom and kitchen floors are cleft black slate, rustic finish purposely picked inline with the house age amazingly great looking!.

Please note stairs are steep as this is an old Victorian home in and many short steps to get to some rooms to be consider when traveling with elderly people.

Within 5 minute drive to restaurants supermarkets and stores, starbucks, Wholefoods, Target, Cotsco, Walmart, movie theater, farms, and much more makes the location very convenient.

First floor has living room, dining room, kitchen & laundry.
2nd floor has two bedrooms, 1 half bedroom and the one bathroom. Please note that you have to go through the 1/2 bedroom with the single bed to get to the bathroom.

Please make sure you park in my house as the space across the street does not belong to me and you might get towed away but there is plenty of street parking around the block.
For winter season snow shovels and salt provided (will be in the porch).
I'm still working on improving the place even more once finished will be amazing !

New boiler in the basement and propane tanks outside can not be touch or reset under any circumstances any problems with the heat must be reported asap you can control the temperature from the thermostat in the dining room only.

Parking space is in the house will fit two small cars, the parking across the street belongs to my neighbor I can not use it
