Leavenworth Christmas lighting and Lake Chelan Ice Festival are just a few of attractions that are close by. Walk out basement suite. This 900 sq' area has a a Large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, work out spot. The electric fireplace adds a cozy feel to the room. There is a desk set up looking out at the Majestic Cascade Mountain Range. If you have to do a little work, wireless internet is available. Relax on the comfortable furniture and watch a great movie. Queen size bed with good closet space in the bedroom private bath. Outside is a relaxing courtyard with lounge chairs to lay and read.

My home is close to Mission Ridge Ski Resort, Columbia River Waterfront and Parks, Airport, 25 minutes from Leavenworth, 35 minutes from Lake Chelan. Bicycle Paths, Mountains hiking. We enjoy many wineries for wine tasting, Brew Pubs for Brew tasting and mingling. Pybus Public Market is one of our favorite attractions, located down by the waterfront with Shopping and Restaurants. An 11 mile bicycle trail next to riverfront is just wonderful!!
Boat launch is a block away from this area. So bring your jet skis or boat and come enjoy our warm summers!! Bring your skis or sleds and enjoy Mission Ridge Ski Resort.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, garage, back yard, pool & hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.

PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
We can allow for up to five vehicles and one trailer (boat, jet ski, or snowmobile), if there is room. Vehicles cannot be parked on the private lane leading to the home's driveway

Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays & Fridays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays during the low season.

- The pool is typically available April-October, please reach out to check on availability if your stay is early spring or late fall.

- If you are looking to host an event that will have extra day guests like a micro wedding or family reunion please reach out first as we do charge an extra event fee and have additional information you will need.

- We supply wedding amenities upon request including tables, tablecloths, chairs, an arbor, a large tent and tabletop decorations. Just ask for details! I am also happy to give recommendations for different vendors.

- We charge $30 per person per night after 16. Infants 24 months and younger do not count towards the total. We can supply blow up mattresses upon request. We have a California king, twin and 3 toddler beds.

- There is no garage parking as one bay is locked up for supplies and the other is full of exercise equipment.

Guest Access + Interaction

Guests have access to almost the entire space. One of the garage bays is locked up for personal storage as well as the closets of the upstairs bedroom on the right and bunk room. The front door has a combination deadbolt lock for self check-in. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, I am just one phone call or text away to provide you with any information or assistance you need to make your vacation as relaxing and easy as possible!

Our property (home & landscaping business) is split into two parcels. The house is located on the upper parcel with it's own access and parking spaces. It does however have a small office OUTSIDE next to the bedrooms where 1-2 employees work during the day (you may see them at times, checking the mail, or taking out/brining in the trash).

Our landscape business runs from the lower parcel but has a separate private entrance to provide access to our buisness employees. On occasions (mostly mornings and afternoons) you may see employees and/or hear business vehicles accessing the landscape business lower area.

Please note that sometimes (especially during the summer time) employees may arrive to the property as early as 6:00 am.

We are steps away from Downtown Wenatchee, Leavenworth, and Chelan. Plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in this area including water sports, golfing, hiking, skiing, and biking. We offer early check-in (1pm) and late check-out (12pm).

The house is designed with easy living in mind. Open floor plan between living room, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Sliding door in the dining area provides easy access to the backyard. Garage is also easily accessible via the door next to the dining area. Furniture throughout the house boosts a mid-century/modern vibe. Each room has a queen size bed and nightstands. One of the bedrooms doubles up as an office with a sit/stand desk, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Full size stackable washer and dryer are in the hallway closet. There are two full size bathrooms, one is shared and the other is off of a bedroom.

One-car garage can be opened via the inside. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway and off-street parking.
You are welcome to use the camping chairs in the garage to sit outside in the backyard. Please place chairs back in the garage when done.

Our travel trailer welcomes and awaits you to enjoy 'camping life' with all the comforts of home. The comfortable bedroom has queen bed with memory foam mattress topper, as well as, double over double bunk beds. Kitchen has a small refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave as well. Bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Our large tidy backyard has garden space, deck seating with gas fire pit, and our hens are sure to give you pleasure when watching their minute by minute antics! Casual and relaxing!

Guest access the unit through the large gate at driveway. (Gate must always be kept closed so our friendly house dog cannot stray). The unit is directly inside the gate. A lock box is mounted on the house is a few feet from the unit entry.

We are experienced hosts and have enjoyed Airbnb. On selling our former home and relocating, we were excited to venture into hosting again on a smaller scale. The RV has one Queen bed, XL trim bunk beds and dining that sets up as Dbl bed. In addition, its a perfect place to spend time for those working remote!

Our warm and cozy home offers a perfect home base for all the Wenatchee Valley has to offer. We are just minutes away from a variety of year round outdoor activities including winter skiing and summertime biking. We donate 10% of our annual earnings to the Alano Club of Wenatchee.

The space
Our home was built in 1920 and completely renovated/updated in 2006. It is located within the city limits of East Wenatchee and is adjacent to the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club which was established in 1923.

Guest room has California King bed, in suite private bathroom, small closet space and a small in room refrigerator.

We are minutes away from the mall in East Wenatchee as well as shopping and entertainment a short trip across the river in Wenatchee. Wenatchee’s newest jewel the Pybus Public Market is about 5 minutes away by car or is within walking distance (2.5 miles) for the traveler interested in a non-motorized transportation options.

Guests will have access to our kitchen which is located on the main floor. We have a large covered patio with table and chairs, plus a hammock to hang out in while you watch the sunset. We have available space in garage to securely store bikes, skis and other outdoor toys.

During your stay
I work full time in Wenatchee and my partner works part time. We are happy to make ourselves available for any questions about the area. We have installed a secure keyless lock on our kitchen/patio door so our guests have easy access to come and go as they please.

We do offer a long term room rental in our basement for individuals who work in the area. The renters also have access to the shared space in the house, particularly the TV room in the basement.

We do have a big screen TV in the basement with a DVD player, however we don't subscribe to cable/satellite. Guests are welcome to watch movies on the system.

The 2 Bedroom 1 bath home is small but cozy with exceptional views of Saddle Rock. Mission Ridge is a 15 minute drive up the hill. Located just two blocks outside city limits, within walking distance to grocery stores and other businesses. The house has a passcode to enter the front door. When leaving the property please ensure the door is locked.

This home has a top level and lower level. The basement is unfinished which is unavailable. The garage is being used for storage. There is plenty of parking on site. You will also have access to the front and backyard, as well as the outside deck.

There is a code for the front door to access the home. The code will be sent the day of your check in. Front yard and fenced in backyard are included in your stay. There is also a small irrigation pump in the corner of the lot, watch your step around that area.

Next door neighbor has chickens and a rooster, the rooster makes its presence known in the morning. It is not noticeable when inside the house. Mostly heard when outside.

Situated on one floor, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, situated on the east side of the house, with a king bedroom and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms (one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed) will share a common bathroom.

The open concept kitchen and living room provides a great space for hosting. The kitchen comes fully equipped with baking and cooking utensils as well as a full cabinet of spices available for use.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook for a large group, (pots, pans, a full spice cabinet, serving dishes, and plenty of cutlery and plates). Our large dining table, with a bench, can seat up to 8, with bar seats for 4 more.

Parking on site for 4 or 5 vehicles.

Guests have access to the entire house and yard however please avoid stepping down into the bottom parcel where landscape business runs.

Tv: You can enjoy Roku Premiere tv; Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming options will be available with your own sign in accounts.

*******IMPORTANT: Selah Vivienda is located in an industrial area. Our family landscaping business runs from the same property but in the back LOWER area of the home while still maintaining privacy for guests. Please be aware there is potential for noise or businesses during the day.

Our property (home & landscaping business) is split into two parcels. The house is located on the upper parcel with it's own access and parking spaces. It does however have a small office OUTSIDE next to the bedrooms where 1-2 employees work during the day (you may see them at times, checking the mail, or taking out/brining in the trash).

Our landscape business runs from the lower parcel but has a separate private entrance to provide access to our buisness employees. On occasions (mostly mornings and afternoons) you may see employees and/or hear business vehicles accessing the landscape business lower area.

Please note that sometimes (especially during the summer time) employees may arrive to the property as early as 6:00 am.

The space
Main Space:
We wanted to go with a “fun super cool grandpa moves to Wenatchee” kinda vibe. Functional great room design that promotes togetherness.
Dining table seats 10, island has another 4 stools.
Kitchen is stocked with most normal cooking tools perfect for making meals. There is a grill on the deck easily accessible from the kitchen.

Deck with Views:
Start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail on the deck off the kitchen. Take in lovely sunset views of the foothills mountains and Columbia River. In warmer seasons, enjoy the sounds of the nearby canal and explore the Canal trails.

Bedroom 1:
Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, desk and chair, spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom complete with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy panoramic views of the hills (but don’t worry we have a curtains so passengers don’t get panoramic views of YOU 😂😂)

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with nightstands and lamps + closet.

Bedroom 3:
Queen bed with desk if you need a work away situation. Closet.

Bathroom 2:
(Upstairs) Full bath, sink, shower/tub combo, toilet, mirror.

Bunk Room:
Perfect for kids or groups, the custom-built bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds), each equipped with curtains for privacy, individual lamps, and charging stations.

This room also includes a large TV, comfortable couch, a designated working/crafts station and board games, + bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and mirror.

Bonus Room:
The converted garage space serves as a fun-filled game room with a ping pong table, basketball shooter, air hockey, and retro arcades. We also provide kids toys and bikes for outdoor play in the cul-de-sac.

Backyard Bliss:
Our fully fenced backyard offers a solid blend of relaxation and fun! Unwind and rejuvenate in the inviting hot tub, surrounded by the tranquility of the mountains. The grassy area provides ample space for outdoor activities and play. Enjoy quality time under the bistro lights with loved ones in this delightful outdoor setting.

The space
Please note as with most other houses on Lake Entiat it is tucked off and a long property, but is on the highway, if noise bothers you from road traffic, consider a different rental- the house if protected mostly from noise but the top room in a frame does hear traffic. Also, we are on the lake -it is wonderful for boat, paddle and fun. We do our best to keep milfoil down throughout the year but it also is another factor sometimes late summer we try our best to control it. Never enough to stop my kids from swimming or jumping. The bathrooms will need an update but they function fine and it’s on our list - we’ve done a lot of work on the house so it just takes time.

The loft is private. Has its own private outside deck with comfy seating and a bbq. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with 2 sinks and a private shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and the other with 2 twins or a King on request. Living and dining space with a kitchenette that has 2 mini fridges, microwave, coffee and hot water appliances, convection oven/air fryer and other small appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 65 in TV included in 1000 square feet of private living space all to yourself. Oasis on the river!

Shared common entrance at Main entrance to our home. The private upstairs loft and patio are all yours for relaxing, reading, Sunset gazing, Mountain View’s, and watching the wildlife ( ducks, geese, eagles, beavers, and quail ) . Laundry upon request. Street parking.
