- "The area was somewhat suspect surrounded by homes that were not well kept. Somewhat difficult to identify The place. Good lock systems. I liked the fact that room doors were coded lock. I do not think sheets were changed. Hair noted. Slept on top of bed. Host helpful & helped get to right spot." - "For starters, the building code and the individual apartment codes were the same, so anyone in the building could walk in if they felt like it. When we got there, there was a man still in the apartment, who was apparently supposed to have moved upstairs, but hadn't because it hadn't been cleaned for him. Our place plus one of the bedrooms was also still very dirty. It wasn't until the next morning that the cleaner was able to come and clean the place. Three nights into our stay, a group of men came in during the middle of the night. Apparently, they had been scheduled to stay there even though we had booked a full week. They ended up having to get their money back and go to a hotel. They were nice men, but it was still terrifying to have a group of strangers walk into your place, and I'm sure they were very inconvenienced by the property manager's lack of planning. Overall, it was not a good experience. Very unprofessional and unsafe. DO NOT stay at this place."

The space
Simple, cozy - overall the perfect spot. A studio in the basement of the house with a private entrance. The upper portion is occupied by other guests and you do not have access to or interact with each other.
Free flowing unit with a memory foam mattress, a comfortable couch that turns into the ultimate cuddle bed, and a kitchenette area for small meals prep.
During the summer, You can also head out onto the backyard if you'd like and may use the hammock and BBQ grill if you bring your own charcoal! (November to March Ask me if the yard is open for use!)

Guest access
You have access to the studio which is in the basement and has its own entrance door in the driveway. Please do not go up the stairs, as you will set off the alarm!

Other things to note
Backyard closed during winter up to April. Let me know if you want to use the backyard area so I can tell you whether or not you will be able to fully enjoy it!
