An amazing space with everything you need. I've been doing this for over 5 years and love having guests in my basement. It's a 10 to 15-minute Uber from Downtown Denver or Red Rocks and it's an amazing open studio type space with a queen Memory Foam bed a giant LoveSac to chill, snuggle or sleep on a giant sectional with all the soft pillows and blankets you could ever imagine, also two queen-size air mattresses if needed. I have a 65in huge TV with Smart Blu-Ray DVD player and free Netflix preloaded with YouTube, other apps and Wi-Fi included. There's even a second TV at the foot of the bed with an internet browser built into it and Netflix also. Soundbar with subwoofer that is Bluetooth compatible also in the space. There is a private SHOWER and bath in the basement, next to it is a laundry space in the basement. There's a great area next to the bed for hanging clothes or storing luggage. This is also where the towels are. A small fridge for the basement area only is behind the sectional couch (with free bottled water in it also). Near the fridge you have your own microwave and a medium size toaster oven (no full size oven in basement space) , next to it also are paper plates, cups and disposable utensils all provided free of charge. Outback in the yard there is a huge yard and 7 person freshwater hot tub (shower before using and no bathing suits is preferred since the soap in them throws the PH of the water off and causes white flakes and foam). The basement has its own door with deadbolt keys are on black table right behind door.

A little more about the space. It has an amazing rain shower head in the bathroom that everyone loves (please do keep the inner shower curtain inside it so it doesn't get the floor all wet). There's a desk setup for work or makeup or recreation with great lights. On the desk there's also anything you could need for your 420 fun including a dab straw and torch bowls and pokers. I also offer an E-nail upgrade for a $20 per day rental fee (includes enail and rig for dabbing concentrates). Cannabis smoke inside is totally fine cigarette smoke is 100% NOT OK I am allergic to it. Be sure if you smoke CIGARETTES OR BLUNTS you step away from the house and take care of your butts or there is an extra $30 fee for butt pick up each time I find them.

We have three awesome cats and pups visit from time to time but there is no cat smell in the place at all and if you have a pup or are allergic it's easy enough to separate the two areas by just keeping the stairs door closed and the cats won't bother you. We are a 420 flower and dab friendly household. Derp the smallest cat will try to steal your bacon, cheese or pizza if you leave it out and your door open just FYI. There is a fire pit and covered seating area in the back yard for you to use where the hot tub is just be sure all fires are put out after use and kept safe the entire time they are burning.

The basement is your space, there is everything you could need. You're welcome to use the washer and dryer it does only have cold water hookup though. Upstairs is MY SPACE. Sometimes I do have friends over so please do be RESPECTFUL OF US if using the backyard or hottub. You have a small fridge and microwave and small convection oven downstairs. Please don't use the toaster oven and microwave at the same time or it will BLOW THE FUSE. If that happens it is very easy to reset.
I also ask all guess are 21 plus and NO Glitter in the space please or there will be a $30 cleanup fee if I need to clean up excessive glitter (a few flakes is no big deal) . There is plenty of space, 2 separate sleeping areas, it’s very clean, and any and everything you could need is provided. Did I mention the hot tub in the lovely secluded backyard? And the kitties are super friendly, too 😻 The location is central enough that you don’t have to spend hours driving to see the local sights. The neighborhood is nice, and quiet.
