- "The location is good other than that i don't recommend this place to stay. The instructions send to us by email were totally different then when we got there. We had no access to the codes on gates our entire stay...The apartment said it sleeps 6 but in fact its for 2 people that don't cook and just need a place to seep. There was a full bed (not comfortable) and a regular sofa that we thought was a sofa bed but it was not and 2 stools you could not sit on because they were falling apart. There were No pots or pans nothing to cook with and we stayed for 6 days so that would of been nice not even a coffe machine. This place was basically naked it had a Bed, sofa and a T.V that literally was on the floor. Definitely not family friendly. Cleanliness was the worse the fridge had food left over from previous stay and there was eyelashes all over the bathroom i don't think they cleaned the place.It was my 18 year old son and husband and I and I'm so glad there was no Infant becuae this place was not meant for FAMILY!!!! There was trash left all over the building just dumped definitely nothing Luxury about this place although thats whatg they call it.. On top of that i booked with VRBO and paid up front and there was some form of miscommunication and the Host reached out to me to ask me for another direct payment which i thought was pretty unprofessional and shady. said " I was staying there for free" Clearly this place was so unprofessional and i would never stay there again."

I like a firm mattress, but this bed was so hard that it was just one step above sleeping on the floor. The manager tried to move me to a different place because he had double booked this one, even after I had already paid for 6 weeks. The bathroom shower, toilet, and countertops is more suited for shorter people. I am five foot and it was perfect for me. The townhouse sits very close to a busy road so it is extremely noisy. Here's the positive: I liked that it was in a gated community and the repair man was nice. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We require you have rubber or felt bottoms on legs of furniture to avoid damage to flooring.

Our home is in Dallas, bordering Addison, Plano, and Carrollton in a quiet treelined residential neighborhood. Access to other cities is amazingly easy with President George Bush Tollway and Dallas North Tollway only are 1-2 miles away. Within a 1/2-mile radius, you will find restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, laundromats and parks. You'll love our place! It's a quiet neighborhood and convenient to get around. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.

The space
Yellow flowers is your private room with a queen size bed, pillows and linens, have a dresser with mirrors, 50" HD TV, a closet to keep your belongings and a laptop friendly table and chair. A full bathroom is in the corridor next to the room and is shared with another guest. Please use our dining table to have your food. In the dining area a mini pantry is set up with Fridge, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and microwave, paper cups, plates and other accessories for your use.

The house is set up for the perfect stay, whether you're you are coming for a short time or an extended stay, we have thought of all the details in order for you to have the best stay. The decor is kept airy and minimal but with all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, Wifi, Netflix and toiletries.

If you plan to work from home during your stay, there is a designated work desk, with a standing desk if you prefer, reliable wifi, and clean decor to get you in your work zen mode.
There is a 2 car garage and unrestricted street parking.
A small outdoor space is also there for your enjoyment if the weather allows.

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis, with prior notice and an additional $80 cleaning fee.

We take great care to make sure the house is clean and thoroughly sanitized between each guest. Door knobs, light switches and other frequently touched surfaces are extra clean. The House has a lot sun Light during the day with many windows. Every bedroom has a lock. Also, the house has a water filter for shower and for consuming .
