- "The location is good other than that i don't recommend this place to stay. The instructions send to us by email were totally different then when we got there. We had no access to the codes on gates our entire stay...The apartment said it sleeps 6 but in fact its for 2 people that don't cook and just need a place to seep. There was a full bed (not comfortable) and a regular sofa that we thought was a sofa bed but it was not and 2 stools you could not sit on because they were falling apart. There were No pots or pans nothing to cook with and we stayed for 6 days so that would of been nice not even a coffe machine. This place was basically naked it had a Bed, sofa and a T.V that literally was on the floor. Definitely not family friendly. Cleanliness was the worse the fridge had food left over from previous stay and there was eyelashes all over the bathroom i don't think they cleaned the place.It was my 18 year old son and husband and I and I'm so glad there was no Infant becuae this place was not meant for FAMILY!!!! There was trash left all over the building just dumped definitely nothing Luxury about this place although thats whatg they call it.. On top of that i booked with VRBO and paid up front and there was some form of miscommunication and the Host reached out to me to ask me for another direct payment which i thought was pretty unprofessional and shady. said " I was staying there for free" Clearly this place was so unprofessional and i would never stay there again."

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Please note that our fireplace is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional degrees in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Our apartment is in a well-maintained community. Our community management does everything in their power to ensure that all amenities are always available. However, there are occasions when factors beyond our control affect the availability of shared amenities. Please understand that in such situations, we cannot be held accountable.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
