- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

This home is located within walking distance of Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located near Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We do not anticipate this would be an issue at this property, but we have stocked the property with a noise machine to help with any possible disturbances!

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly yet close to all the happening things going on around town.

Highland Hideaway-rural gardens, very cozy, and just 20 minutes from anything in Fayetteville proper. Enjoy the outdoor areas around the acre of greenspace and woods. Shared area- a fully stocked kitchen and nice dining area with light and airy vibes. Washer and dryer are right by the bedroom as well as a dedicated bathroom with shower. You may likely come across me and my Golden Retriever in the common areas in the evenings. Come enjoy our space!

Gas grill in peaceful backyard. Short drive of 1.5 miles to hiking trails by lake and horseback riding. Local paved road is used for bicycle road race training. The nearest full grocery store is 4.5 miles, and Fayetteville's Square is 8 miles. Spring rains have made our short road to our driveway bumpy!

Compact quiet usable space with just what you need to relax. Short drive to town with it's many fine local restaurants or stay and cook what you want in your room. One-tenth mile on a dirt road off a paved road. Both roads have light traffic.

There is a small refrigerator + microwave + some dishes - but NO kitchen. Vintage 1950s tiled bathroom with shower. (The "vintage" applies to plumbing, as well - so do not expect a luxury spa shower experience - it is about the size of a phone booth!)

Immaculate property located in Fayetteville on the west side of Mt. Sequoyah, this large studio apartment comes complete with a comfy queen sized bed, living area with smaller sofa bed, new kitchen and bathroom. Quiet street just minutes from downtown!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located just over 1 mile from the University of Arkansas campus and under 2 miles from Dickson Street. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living space has a queen size Murphy bed. The back yard is spacious and includes a covered patio, gas grill, and fire pit and is completely fenced in. Parking includes two covered parking spaces, one inside the garage and one under the carport, with additional parking in the driveway.

The space
There are two Roku smart TVs, allowing easy login access to your own favorite subscriptions (no cable services).

Although the home does not have a central heat and air system (HVAC), it maintains comfortable temperatures quite well with a mini split heat pump (heating and cooling) in the living space and a window room air conditioner in the bedroom. Space heaters and floor fans are also available, especially for those extreme cold or warm days.

This house is centrally located in a wonderfully lively area, so some street noise is unavoidable. For your sleeping comfort we have provided a white noise machine, should you have the need for it.
